Since 31st aug 2020 order was booked and edd (Estimate date delivery is 12th sept 2020) on tracker there was last update on 2nd sept 2020 after that no update. What kind service you are giving.
No one is responsible even xpressbees head of mumbai branch spoke to them they are not answering the call. Waiting for order. Almost 12 days yet no update. Being a vendor concern about my product...

Your courier executive were so rude... They deny to come to the address... They called us
To the office to take our orders... They deny to come to the given address... They were very lazy n not know their duties... So i request u to improve ur services...

As I ordered my product on 6th September so it said I will be delivered on 15th September but after two days it shows that it will reach on 18th September. And now it has reached Chennai so why is it taking 7 more days to reach pondicherry ( which is 150 kms from there) . Kindly please do the needful and delivery it as soon as possible....

Since 26th august last delivery date, the order from pharmeasy was not delivered, and ultimately in the end i decided to cancel the order and somehow i found the contact number of the negligent delivery service named xpressbees in osmanabad, and i urged them to return it, as they never took any effort to deliver for more than 10 days even after the delivery date was over..

When the delivery boy came he call me to came down and receive the order but when i told him to came and delivery it to me at home he denied and went back and updated that i requested for future delivery.
