This is to inform you that the status showing as oda is wrongly written by xpressbees office. I have received call from [protected] on 23 sep 2020 regarding my courier but he was not the delivery boy. I tell him that give me the delivery boy no and i will clearly tell him the address. However the given address is absolutely fine and i have just purchased a mobile from flipkart and an electronic item from paytm and same deliver with in time on my same address as given on ajio.com.

I called on the same no on 23 sep 2020 many times but he did not pick the call then on 24 sep 2020 i again call then he said that he is not in office due to fever and he also not know who has taken your courier for delivery. Before this he said that you may come to our office and collect your courier. I said that i could not come as i have not much time to come to you but you can give my courier tomorrow means today at the gate of defence colony, meerut. Defency colony on mawana road is a vvip area of meerut city and you may ask from any person about it.

Still while i am writing this feedback to you, i have not received any call from delivery guy and he bluntly mentioned it oda. Most strange is it that before one year and from ajio.com and of same brand product i have purchased and it was also delivered on time but now the delivery guy has declined this order and marked as oda.

Really very shameful to you.

There are 2 products that are not delivered but as per you they have been delivered. The products were from meesho and it was a prepaid delivery.

.. When will i get my product... After 18sep the tracking details is not yet updated n it's showing that it's in chennai hub from last 7 days. I got received the parcel which i placed on 8th sep... But this i placed on 31aug still it's not delivered.

I had ordered a replacement for my boat headphone, which was then assigned to xpressbee from the boat company. I awaited for the delivery person to come and pickup the old headphone and even attempted calling him but his phone wasn't available.
Later in the day i got the message "xpressbees couldn't pickup the order awb:[protected] of imagine market.. As customer request for future pickup. For queries cont: [protected]" which was a false message as i had not requested for future pickup.
I attempted to call the customer care but neither my order shipment no. Nor my phone no. Was registered so a complaint wasn't possible.

On the date of 23rd september i supposed to get my delivery. But as i am busy so in morning when the courier person call me i told him either cancel the order or come tomorrow he said i cant cancel the order i will wait for you.. As i am getting busy in my work he called me in the evening and i didnt receive the call.. He called me severel times.. He reach to my home and my parents told him to cancel my order.. Then he text me and threaten me.
I want a apology from the boy..
Either i have all the call recording where he admit that its a company policy to text the customers with slang languages.. Even i have the chat also..

The delivery date of my product was 19/9/2020 awb:[protected]. I raised compaint with pantaloon on 22/9/2020 and after that on the very next day i got msg from xpbees that product is out for delivery.
I got call from person who said that come to near by police station to take your product. I asked them 'can you please come behind the police station', because of the distance. And he said, that "i think you are ordering for the first time and told me to cancel the order". I mean who talk to their customers like this. He just cut the call and didn't picked up again.
I went to police station which is almost 1 km away. But nobody was there i tried calling him again but he did not pick up the call.
I just want to say that you people are spoiling the business of pantaloon.

My parcel in the name of Mona shah order i.d[protected] tracking number [protected] has been delayed by more than 20 days.
no status has been provided, even after requesting a call back, havent received any calls.
revert asap.

I ordered nutrabay protein powder, the delivery man not respond properly, he don’t know how to handle customer, i’m ready to pay my online payment or phonepay. He is not accept my payment, he responded very badly.

.. I have ordered this on 31aug... And i'm still waiting for it... From last days it's showing it's in chennai... When it will my destination city?? Not this there are some orders have been stuck on chennai from last 10 days.

When i was ordering the product they shows good product. Then they delivered second hand products and it's very dirty.
Don't buy in this platform

The delivery executive ask me to walk 1 km away from my home to collect my product.. He i did not go my product will go back to the hub

Full day i was in home only but delivery boy not came atlest he should have called not called me and msg came consinee not available plz call me once

Awb id [protected] says product delivered but till date not delivered. I get an sms stating product has been delivered but till date no delivery has been done nor any calls from the courier team

I want to file a complaint on Xpressbees courier that, its been more than 1 month since the parcel is in Assam and not delivered to me,
It is Prepaid order, I contacted customer care many times, but I dont get any respond, they just tell it will get deliver, but no tracking is updated, nor does it get deliver

I have a received rock instead of my product.
The courier was proper packed and send to me. But when i got the courier the package was un even and the bubble wrap inside was unwrapped. It too 2 weeks for delivery. The courier services guys gave taken my product and put back rocks in it. Its clear about that. I have video proof of opening package.

My product already reached at destination point before 3 days and shows out of delivery bt still i have not received my packet.. Very very very poor service of xpressbess and no contact no of delivery boy,.. Third class courier service. Still i m waiting my packet.
