I ordered my earbuds from the official site (Noise.com) and it shows me the status that it delivered by Xpressbees and today (27th August) i received text and mail from noise that it delivered at 5.59 p.m by Rk yadav . But in actual there is noone who came to deliver and i never received any product from the courier.
Kindly check it out and try to resolve asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved As i called in customer care, customer care executive talked with me very politely and told me to resolve the issue in 2 hours and in real the issue was solved by the Xpressbees and i got the parcel . Thanks, but atleast you should provide the realtime details to the customer (Like tracking status and active courier boy's number)
