      I have ordered a product in ajio. It was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees and on aug 28th. I kept on waiting for the whole day but nobody arrived. At 10.13pm, I got a message that "Your AJIO package with Xpressbees AWB [protected] has been delivered successfully to . " I was taken aback and tried to call customer care but to no avail. On the very next day i.e. on 29th I emailed to their customer care regarding non delivery but I got an automated reply that I'll be updated within 24 hours but nothing happened. I tried to call again and was successful in connecting to an executive who assured me for a resolution. Again I received an email on 2nd September that the delivery was done and I should inquire with my neighbor or security guard etc. I'm still waiting for my product but have lost the hope now.

            I order FirstCry.com Order AWB:[protected], it delivery handover by Xpressbees service kodad. I call him to handover his not give proper answer and also he talking aggressively with customer and he ask the customer collect item at there home only and this is not first time it already happened so many times so I request you take serious action him. He store/place the items very worst area

              On 25th August my order was collected by xpressbees logistics delivery boy for replacement of boat headphones as they were not working properly.Now after 8 days I want to track my order as there is no news regarding my headphones. After entering my AWB no. It's showing this AWB no. Doesn't exist. My AWB no. Is[protected]

                    I ordered a dress from ajio and they shipped it through xpressbees with awb number [protected] but when i tried tracking my order, it shows that they have no order from this shipping id. Same is being said by their customer care. I have read about many people who have faced the same situation with this company so i know that xpressbees is responsible for this. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order by finding out who is responsible for the misplacing or else i'll drag this company to consumer court being a lawyer and i am sure i'll have enough supporters considering the company's reputation and unprofessional attitude.

                          Return for my product arranged twice in this month august2020 but both the time the product not picked up from xpressbees delivery people
                          Instead i got a message saying entry not permitted
                          I tried reaching out to the delivery person more than 5 time but they didnt answer my call
                          I emailed to [protected]@xpressbees.com twice but didnt get a reply

                          Ive been struggling with this throughout august and not getting response from xpressbees

                            I have order from limeraod a cloth in which top got found in burned condition.As it's look that your delivery excecutive smoke whose carbon upon the packet an its burn .And your delivery team use their title tap on the packet but their mind didn't work as it's clearly seen that it burn.

                              I have ordered a product in ajio. It was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees and on aug 7th i got a message and mail that product has been delivered to me but i dint receive it. Later i raised complaint with ajio and they got info from xpressbees and sent me the pdf file of my signature as a proof that i took the product. But it is completely fake and i did not take any product and that signature was done by courier boy himself and stolen the product.

                                We have not received the Product which should be delivered on 28th Aug 2020.We are waiting for the call from the delivery boy since two days and we didn't received any call.But the tracking status is showing customer not responded.please check into it

                                        First of all I am saying worst service of your logistics company.
                                        From last 3 or 4 days you are sharing different courier boys contact number in messages and neither any person call me nor come to my location.
                                        Although my location is at famous area yet you are not servicing here.
