      My shipment from maxbhi.com with awb no [protected] reached its destination hub on 18th july 2020 but it is not delivered to me till now when i track it it is showing no data found and customer service is also not responding

            The product not even delivered he mentioned as delivered and i put a delivery address to my working place he said am there i will deliver him and asked the otp after given otp my friend call him he said something other place worngly mentioned after that my friend call and inform. He doesn't respond my call. And i complaint in courier service also no answer

              I have ordered my mother's medicine as it was emergency medicine she is suffering from brain hemerroge and paralysed... I was available for the delivery yesterday dated 7th aug 2020... As i received an sms regarding this delivery... I waited for whole day but the delivery guy did not deliver the medicine on time.. And i request him many times to deliver medicines any how but he refused... My mother's health condition is not well.. And they said that address was wrong.. My address is correct as it's shown on the pharmacy app.. Now i didn't get the medicine on time... For this who is responsible.?

                Dear sir/mam,
                I ordered pendrive classes from buy online classes site. They send my order through shiprocket on 27 july. But it is very unexpected that till now that mean 07 aug my order not delivered. 1st when i put my awb no to track my order it's shows that estimated delivery time 4th aug. After 4 aug it's show that estimated delivery time 8 aug now it's shows 9 aug. Is my order alive or not? I am totally disappointed. I know the present situation but already 11 days gone but not delivered. Each and every day time is extended from your side. I am not understand what is going on? 1st time i have faced this worst situation. I have already paid amount. And for your kind information it's a study related issue. As a result my study is hampered. Who is responsible for this? Daily new updates from your side, is it good sign as a courier service. Now i am disappointed. I am worried. Finally i request you please look my issue please is my humble request.
                I, therefore pray that please authority look this issue and delivered my order as soon as possible. My order awb number [protected].

                    I am a seller and my buyer placed an order on popshop app from where xexpressbees have to deliver the parcel in shimla. And what they receive is the damaged good like its been opened or snatched. This is your service that you provide. How the hell you can be so irresponsible.?
                    The client is angry and disappointed and so i am and my reputation have been destroyed due to your service. I have never experienced such service in my entire life.
                    First picture shows how the product was made and sent and have to be delivered.
                    Second and third picture shows how your services are and that's how it is delivered to a client.
                    Now you tell me how this have been ruined and destroyed unless it is been opened.
                    Is this how u deliver. I can't still understand how its been separated when it was glued with feviquick.?? How?

                      The tracking shows delivered but it's not delivered.
                      And customer care is at the worst, who don't respond on after complaint.

                      There sla is 48hr but didn't received any response after 3 days.

                      I am sure they are scam, not genuine.

                            I am thiliban from chennai,

                            I ordered one product at shop101 website on 30 july 2020 cash on delivery.

                            Your courier partner today (06/08/2020) try to deliver the product to me on 08.18 am, i am went to office and unable to pay the money via gpay. So our home ladies come and collect the parcel from your partner. He waiting for 10 mins (Next call time: 08.27 am).

                            He suddenly telling tomorrow deliver the product i am leaving. I need urgent and he speaking like rash "future order i will not deliver to you", "cancel your i. D itself"

                                        I was to recieve an order with awb-[protected] which was prepaid and i havent recieved any but it shows that the delivery has been made.
                                        The delivery boy who was supposed to deliver is not in a manner to speak (Abusive).
