I canceled a product from ajio site and it was mentioned that i have to refuse the product at my doorstep.. But the delivery boy was so rude and uncooperative and told me that i have to pay for it and it cannot be returned...

We ordered dashing yellow and pink color and trendy blue and pink colour designer silk saree but we got wrong sarees. The address and the saree names are correct on the auto generated label, but the sarees inside are not the one which we ordered, so please check it properly and delivery us the correct sarees that we ordered, or give our money back. Please do the covinent....

My order is from ajio and i didn’t receive any call from the delivery man as corona pandemic no one is allowed to go upstairs
And the delivery man didn’t even called once reaching to the building
And in ajio app it’s written delivery attempted but no delivery was made
I hope to give me the parcel tomorrow or as soon as possible

I want to return my order which is delivered today. I ordered from dknots. Shopping order is AWB:[protected]. I got the worst quality product....

I had place an order on lulu and sky on the 9th of july and today is 30th, it's been almost 20 days and I haven't received my parcel yet....

I am a seller, I've sent a parcel ( containing clothing) from Surat to address in Bangalore, The courier person didnt called my customer, we received no intimation from him. When we checked tracking of the parcel in website, the tracking says "delivered"

Since it is a Gated community appartment, I checked with my appartment visitors for me and i see that the courier guy arrived at the apartment but "FAKED" delivery and took...

Notified to me is today my order is delivery to me... but till now not yet delivered.. very worst service.. here not maintained our punctuality...

Product is very worthless and it looks like it is used by someone and it has may stains on it...

My consignment no is[protected] from first cry not deliver yet... When i tried to reach on your local office they said that your product is delever at bathinda hub. But they cant delever us from 15 days...

I am ordered a india kits combo (5 in one), orderno awb[protected]. I have received on time, but after checking i see that one equipment is missing that is thermal gun. Others is present that is hand sanitaisor (100ml), gluvs, sprayer (Which is not work) & musk.

So therefore i request you please chenge my kits or returnedmy money.

Their franchise is providing worst ever service in nowshera - 185151.

My order has been out for deliver since 10:04 am today.. The delivery boy has called me to come in a location of his choice for 3 times and i went there.

The 4th time he called me and he said that he is still in his franchise center/office...
When i asked him of wasting my time, he started misbehaving in phone call.

Xpressbess in tirupur is working so bad that they don't even bother to call the customer n deliver the parcel.This is the second time i am facing the difficulty. My tracking details is [protected].
