Hi team,
My products from pac cosmetics had been shipped on 25 july, 2020 with awb id [protected] but unable to track my order on xpressbees.com.
This is not acceptable as am not able to track my order during this lockdown.

Awaiting response.

Please help as i have already paid for the products.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with your services and attitude of your employees at qammerwari branch of Srinagar kashmir.
        I had a call from that office (attached call history) on 26th of july 2020 at 3.37 pm, 3.38 pm, I called back that guy at 3.39pm same day . He told me to collect the parcel from qammerwari though address on parcel was written boldly as SSPOS OFFICE SRINAGAR GPO., yet I said its okay I will come receive today only called back that guy at 3.59 pm asked him to come out of his office on road with parcel as it was off route for me to go into that lane, he misbehaved with me so badly and asked me to come to his office to receive the parcel and when I reached there he didnt even moved from his chair to handover me the parcel pointing his finger towards it and saying take your parcel and leave . I am highly disappointed by his misbehaviour . I would highly appreciate if you will take action against this guy whose contact number is [protected].I dont know his name, I dont want to face this guy again . I would have made him to taste his cup of tea but I preferred to write to the concerned authorities .

        My parcels keep on coming every next day though with different addresses . But I would surely dont want to encounter this guy again in future. details of my parcel are being attached.

          I had problem with my boat 220 blue earphones., i complained to boat company. The reverse pickup done from me through express bees. But i didn't get those back. It took almost 2 months but no response. Kindly check my issue. Thanks in advance.

            Dear team

            I have not received this courier, whereas the shipping co. Has marked it as delivered and conveyed the same status to ajio.com. Pls note that it was a prepaid order and i am unable to get my refund from ajio.com

            I got the call from the delivery boy and i told him that i do not want the delivery and that he should take it back and return the same to ajio.com.

            However the delivery boy forged my sign and marked it as delivered. Sign specimen as received from ajio, attached herewith.

            Kindly understand that in todays scenario of covid i would not give any signature in physical like this, this is not sign of mine or any of my family member, also this was a prepaid order. Moreover the delivery boy was informed over call for cancelling the delivery.

            Xpressbees services are really pathetic, i have put mail to them also but no response. Other delivery companies take otp on receiving and returning, but xpressbees take no receiving.

                My shipment delivery was to be made on 22 july 2020 bit for some unknown reasons you guys changed it to 23 july 2020. Your delivery guy called my client (Courier recipient) n told that delivery wil be made today. Afterwards the delivery was not made and my client is complaining that your delivery guy did not recieved his calls. My client called him atleast 5 times. Later on now tracking status says future delivery requested by customer.
                This is not at all fair. If this type of delivery is gonna happen i personally wil take care my future deliveries are not done with you guys. I am into reselling business i know how this all works. Kindly look into this n revert back asap.

                  One side of boat earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 16 july 2020 and product is picked on 18 july 2020 by xpressbees, after tracking my shipment it shows delivered on 22 july 2020.
                  But it wasn't received by me or my family, no one ever came.
                  Xpressbees wrongly updated shipment status as delivered.

                  Kindly look into this.

                        My courier tarcking id [protected] while tracking shows it has arrived at pen hub of xpressbees courier on 18-7-20. But till 23-7-20 nobody has contacted me nor delivered the item. I don't have the contact number of xpressbees pen.
                        This courier service is really a fraud company. They don't deliver but just keep taking the bookings. I have placed the order on 2-7-20. The item was shipped on 10-7-20. Till todate they have not delivered it.
                        This is not the first time this courier service is doing this. Even ealier thay have done this.
                        Kindly take strict action against this courier service.

                                This is to inform you with deep regret that I have a prepaid shipment AWB number [protected] from Vamaship that was supposed to be delivered by the 15th Jul 20. On 19th July 20 I have received a message from you that my package is out for delivery, as I did not receive my package I called to your customer care on 20th July 20 and spoke to Venkatesh and he said that he spoke to your delivery partner and the order will be delivered to me on 20th July 20. As I still didn’t received it I called up again to you customer care today morning (21st July 20) and spoke to one of your executive and he said that my package is damaged and you will not be delivering it and I need to ask my seller to resend a new package, when asked to provide a written confirmation so that I can speak to my seller as well as why this information was not been shared with me and why did Venkatesh didn’t inform the same to me and why he said the package will be delivered to me, he disconnected the call. Post that I have not received any call from your end. The Shipment Status Details is been changed post my call to your customer care.

                                Today (22/07/2020) i called up again to get a revert on the email that i had sent as per you agent on 21st July, and spoke to Shivani and in middle of the call she disconnected the call. called up again and spoke to Vishal and asked if I can speak to some with higher designation in customer care to get a resolution to which Vishal said he cant transfer the call and will arrange a call back within 1-2 Hrs, and said if I do not get a call I should call back.

                                Is this the customer service that you have. Highly Disappointed by your services.

                                  I have registered my complain for my bluetooth earphones for exchange on boat official site. On june 20, 2020 and after that the xpressbees took my product to be delivered to boat headquarters for product checking and then replacing but xpressbees has not delivered my product to boat till now and now they are showing no data found when i track my order they have picked my product on june 21, 2020 and now the customer support is not picking...

                                  I placed my order from purple.com on 30th june 2020. Estimated delivery that purple gave me was on 13th july due to covid pandemic. Shipment was couriered through xpressbees. But while tracking my order it showed that my order has been reached my district and not my nearby service centre on 4th july.in xpressbees the estimated delivery is shown as 7th july. But i waited till 13th july, still there is no call from the delivery agent. I informed xpressbees customer care on 14th july and they said they will be delivering once it reaches my nearby service centre. Still there was no improvement. I contacted purple customer care on 19th july and they said they have informed xpressbees for urgent delivery and it will be delivered to you within 2 days. I again tracked my order and as per purple customer care my order reached my nearby service centre on 21st july at 10.34am. Today is 22nd july 10.10 am. Till now i haven't received any call from the nearby service centre. I don't know why aren't they delivering my package. Please help me solve this.

                                    This incident started on 19th july2020 my name is manisha arora
                                    I have a packet to be deliveredin south point mall as my office is in the mallwhose timings are till 8pm which is sent via xpressbees courier from last two days in the morning i receive a message that your order will be delivered today and by the evening i receive a message that you asked for a future delivery and next day it says you were not available, when i was not at all asked or intimated for delivery how can you people make such assumptions. This is what your customer handling is this is how you treat customers it is a prepaid order your courier boy or any official if drops that order or take it. Whom will we ask. I lodged complaint in your customer care also but no resolution so i would like to talk to the owner of the company and i can easily take out the details i need a resolution to it. This is customer harrassment. My office is in the mall the mall closes by 8 pm i had received a message that packet will be delivered between 9am to 7pm no attempts are made at all kindly resolve this. I want my packets to be delivered today itself.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am really not happy with your shipping service. Since last 4 days I have been getting messages stating that the service boy is not able to locate my address to pick up for the return shipment.

                                      So, I have personally went to your office which is located in Neredmet, Telangana, 500094. And got an update stating that there are unable to find the shipment reference number and been requested the leave the parcel at there office. But since last 5 hours I have been trying to reach them for the turn shipment reference number and no ### takes the call.

                                      I, really hate your company service... but firstcry company does not understand the CUSTOMER pain and only for money sake there take your stupid service.

                                      I, kindly request you to look into this issue asap.
