Waiting for delivery. No status update for last 10 days

Address: Ernakulam

Sir, The Status of tracking ID number [protected] has not been updated since the past 10 Days. I tried to contact all offices in the nearby locations, but nobody knows its current status.
Kindly resolve this issue and deliver it to me on urgent basis as soon as possible....

My order is not delivered but it is showing delivered.
Fake delivery.
Please take some actions against the delivery person and genuinely deliver my order.
This is the second time you did this, your team is full of frauds.

    This shipment has been in transit since 11th October 2023 and could not get delivered even after 9 days. Is this your service SLA, a parcel taking 9 days still not delivered? I, as a customer, have been chasing pillar to post on the status of this parcel but you as a service provider have not shown any responsibility in this case. When I spoke with your customer care executive, I was told that the parcel would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. When I called customer care today, I got the same response again.

    Asking the same question again, is this expected from your service? While enquiring about this parcel, I was told that the parcel was returned back to Kolkata because of an issue with the wrong queueing due to the large parcel volume. The question here is that you are not capable of handling volume beyond a point. In this case, I (Meaning everyone) should now avoid using your service as you are incapable of handling volume.

    The parcel had dress material for the family along with kids for the Durga Puja, which now getting ruined because of your incapability. An apology from your customer care executive is not enough for the kind of psychological impact your incapability has posed. I have been asking for a timeline for the last 3 days which I haven't got so far. Today is the last day when I can expect to make use of the dress material coming through the parcel. This shows your incapability and ineffectiveness of your service.

      Order not delivered on two consecutive days with the reason -“consignee not available”. An entirely untruthful statement. After endless hours of follow up without any success, I am at my tether’s end. Please help.

        I placed an order on Friday : 13/11/23.
        I informed the shiprocket team that this courier is urgent and after 100+ calls, pickup was done on 5pm on 16/11/23.
        The previous agent contacted me on 15/11/23 and asked address and denied to pickup there after.
        Pickup was done on 5pm on 16/11/23.
        It is 18/11/23, it still shows it is at Hyderabad.
        Very poor service even after mentioning that it is a very urgent courier.
        ETA was 18/11/23, then they mad it 19/11/23, then they now made it 21/11/23.

            First of all the order was given on 9th Oct, then the order was shown to be delivered at 14th Oct, even the parcel has reached Kolkata..then it showed it is late by 2 days..and I let them be..then..now it is 17 th Oct but they are showing my estimated delivery date is 16th Oct..so what????I am gonna buy a time machine so that I can take my parcel on 16th Oct??and what is this terrible service..the phone number is for show..they don't even pick up...when am I gonna get my parcel even?

              My express bees parcel is been out for delivery 3 times and by the end of the day the status is updated as customer not available at location. Customer care number is not working or replying on email. They are delaying the delivery and updating the status is customer not available everytime.

                  This is the third time I'm experiencing w delayed delivery from delivery boy. I used to get notifications about delivery. But no one will contact me regarding this. Finally they returned my products and gave report that I'm not available like that.
                  In short if Xpress bees is your delivery partner better forget your product.they won't deliver properly

                          I live out of India and when the delivery agent came to deliver my mother who is close to 70 tried to reach over call for OTP and could not get
                          through for some network issues. The product was pre-paid though. He really misbehaved with my mother, did not even wait for 2 minutes.
                          He literally threatened my mother saying "I am taking this delivery and you will never get it". This is how customer service works?
                          His audacity and he speaks to an aged person like that when there was a genuine issue.
                          I want a strict action this delivery person and demand an apology

                            My package with tracking ID [protected] was shipped on 25th September and expected date of delivery was 28th of September but the package is traveling back and forth from Delhi hub to dehradun since 28th of September and the package is yet to be delivered.

                              I purchased the boat smartwatch from Flipkart on May 2023. While using the smartwatch I observed the smartwatch battery is draining too fast. I raised the complaint for warranty claim to boat company. They accepted my warranty claim request and I got the email from boat company to handover the product to delivery person. I packed my smartwatch in the company box and the xpressbees courier company delivery boy called me to handover the product to him. He came and I handed over the box for delivery person. He checked the box and he checked the product and he took and went.
                              After 10 to 11 days I got email from boat company and they said my warranty claim request has been rejected for wrong product. I called them and ask what is the reason for rejection. They said we received wrong product instead of correct product.
                              Then I shocked after seeing warranty claim rejection report. In that report my smartwatch was not there instead of my smartwatch someone stolen my smartwatch and he kept other watch instead of that watch. I called 15 times to xpressbees on 4th October to customer service. They didn't give any response. I emailed them regarding this and for email also no response. I called the boat company regarding this and they said we contacted our courier company to ask about product they said customer only sended likethis product they said. It's completely wrong information they have given. Someone stolen my smartwatch from the box and kept other watch in the same box, I want to product back.

                                  I had placed an order for 3 puzzles from First Cry on 16th Sep '23. They couriered my order through their sister courier company -- XpressBees.

                                  For the past 2 days, the package has been out for delivery, and at sharp 7 pm yesterday as well as today (20th and 21st Sep '23), the delivery man updated the status as "Customer not available".

                                  But here comes the truth! I was at home all day on both days. Neither the delivery man called me nor came to my address. I even confirmed with our society watchman.

                                  Now I can't cancel the order because it is in transit. The XPRESSBEES is a fraud courier service. Please urge all of you to not place online orders with companies that use XPRESSBEES as their courier partner. It is an unreliable and dishonest logistics firm.

                                  I lost my money and did not get what I ordered. So please BEWARE! And steer clear of XpressBees!
