I'm complaining about parcel

Hi Team,

I got a message from Xpressbees regarding parcel delivery. After 2 hours, I called the Executive(Contact number was given in that message). He said that the parcel is not with him. I called customer support, No luck again. I again called the Executive and got the manager details. When I called the manager, he said that the same person is gonna deliver the parcel by EOD. I again made continuous calls to them to clarify...

I am complaining about my order pick up

I am a meesho seller and sell my products on meesho. I received a order and it's logistic partnet has given to xpressbess logistics. But no one from from xpressbess and i get fine for late dispatch daily. After 5 days from order I get a call from delivery boy and he said I came in 30 min. Whole day passes and he does not come and did not pick up my call . I call him from 2 days and did not pick up my call. I want to complain xpressbess logistics...

No return pickup

Pickup of AJIO, AWB:[protected], AWB:[protected], AWB:[protected]

The above mentioned pickups are never done. I am receiving text since 2 days that order will be picked up but I didn't even get call from the delivery executive. This is really frustrating as they are cancelling pickup as wrong address...

Xpressbees Order not received but shows as future delivery then rto

This is fifth time an employee of expressbees has scanned the package by himself and give it a future delivery time and order get back RTO without contacting me or calling me or come to give my order, my delivery address is in reach of express Bess for sure because I have received packages before from Xpressbees. Not delivering courier or not giving any updates regarding my parcel

I have send a courier through Xpressbees logistics to Mysore dated 14th October 2021. The AWB number is [protected], the parcel has been picked up on 14th October 2021 & in transit since then.

Showing RTO even the order is not returned

Delay in delivery of the parcel

I have placed an order on Meesho on 2nd September, 2021. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 8th September, 2021.

Today it is 10th September, and still the product has not yet delivered.

AWB:1385121141038 Shipment not delivered. Getting SMS stating I want delivery later but I did not choose any such option.

I have booked the courier on 28th from Mumbai to Jarkhand and the EDD was 1st June. it is a perishable product. however the delivery got delayed and EDD changed to 3rd June. i could see on the website that the parcel reached to Orissa. today is 5th June, parcel is not yet reached. by now my product would have gone damaged as it was perishable. the product cost was 1500rs. i need a refund of my amount.

Not delivered properly

During delivery I didn't pick the call at first due to low balance. But immediately second day itself I called and enquired to get the delivery. But they postponed by telling reasons and finally they told to order again. I told to hold d courier and send me whenever possible. But they have refused no response after that....

On 04 May 2021 your courier boy named Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees.
