With reference to my AWB no. Pickup AWB:[protected] xpressbees courier service from (Dhekiajuli-Thelamara) Tezpur, Assam, region is denying my pickup request again and again even after reinitiating return for 3 consecutive times from meesho app . It's totally disgusting please look into the matter and do the needful.

Since last 3 days the product has reached my town but status is showing as customer wants open delivery... I never requested anyone for open delivery. I didn't receive any call nor my any call to customer care number is answered. Worst logistic services ever

Hello sir.I am facing very worst experience in xpressbees parcel service without my knowledge how could you cancel my order.I never face this problem in any other parcel service im always facing this problem in your parcel service only please take this into very serious.
Note: delivery boy most of time not call for me but tracking sheet note on customer not atten the call . This is not fair

I have placed an order from Ajio app accidently and it got shipped through xpressbees delivery service. Today, i got this call from the delivery agent for this delivery and i asked him to cancel the order since it was placed by mistake. He told me that it will affect his performance so i have to accept the order and return it. I refused to accept the order and he handed over the phone to someone else, who claimed to be an office staff in...

Product has not been delivered since 10 days. I keep getting a message with otp saying today it will be delivered. But no one comes or calls regarding delivery and they leave a remark saying customer not available or customer denied otp based delivery.

It has been 2 days by update of out of delivery from XPressbees service but still they have not delivered my order.

I have already highlighted on mail to xpressbees logistics but they are not reverting.

Even they are not supporting on toll free number.

Requesting you to look into this matter.

The product with AWB: [protected] of mine was out for delivery for last 3 days.
Today I got a message that customer validation has failed, so the package wont be delivered.

The delivery guy never called me. I went to the warehouse and they told me it will be delivered today, but still I didn’t get any call.
The delivery guy(Santosh) is very unprofessional, liar and rude. His contact no is[protected].
He never picked up my call, let alone calling me for delivery. I got him called from the warehouse, he called me up at the location to gwt my parcel and when I went there I kept calling hin for half an hour and he didn't answer.

And today they just returned the package to origin without my knowledge.

This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable from your end.
I hope that non of my parcel are ever shipped with Xpressbees.

My package was couriered through xpressbee I thought they are geniune one. First I tracked my package it started showing shipped and place of origin details, on my case both origin and delivery are same Bangalore only.
In site it was mentioned that delievery date as Monday and it reached my nearest hub as well, so thought it will be delivered on Monday but then all started, first one person call'd and said he will not deliver to my home as it's 2 km away from hub. Then I checked with customer care and they said in 48 hrs it will deliver and after 48 hrs no update then again I call'd customer care this time the said 24 hrs but again no updates again I call'd they said it will be delayed and they don't know tentative date means it may take 10+ days I asked them hub location to collect it by myself but they said they don't aware of the location.
I wanted to cancel my package as I know they won't deliver it.. what will happen to my package? Can you help to raise legal complaint

Sir/mam, The Status order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been Updated since the last few Days . So, i request you Updated the Status of My Shipment and Deliver The Product As Soon as Possible.

Courier boy fake remarks mention kar rhe hai customer ko packet nhi de rhe hai pure pese lekar bhi kaam nhi kar rhe hai packet k andar ka saman gayab kar dete hai please solve this problem deliver this packet urgent as soon as possible

My order is not pickup by the pickup boy.Daily my orders cancelled

Sir/Mam, Kindly Speed up My Order ( AWB NUMBER : [protected] ) and Deliver it to me as soon as Possible and also Kindly Update the Status of my shipment .

I purchased some items from wow science on 3rd July 2022 Order id- 3572276. it's going to be 1 month, neither i got my order nor refund. I called to delivery boy many times his mobile reaches switch off every time. And no delivery attempted with no call also.

Since 26th July 2022 I've been getting message saying, my product is "out for delivery" and i didn't receive my parcel! Later i got message from Xpressbees saying the "delivery couldn't be made as customer denied OTP based". The delivery executive didn't attempt to make any delivery that day but cited his won reason (the above mentioned); he didn't even call once; instead i tried calling his no. but always said switched off;
Same story the next day (27th July), got msg "product out for delivery"; no calls from the delivery executive; didn't attempt to deliver my product and later in the evening got message saying "customer unavailable, so delivery failed". The delivery man didn't attempt to deliver but cited his own reason yet again!!
Same thing happened on 28th July as well.
Today (29th July), got msg again "out for delivery". Yet no sign of delivery; no phone calls from delivery executive.
I called up the Xpressbees customer care service, he said he will register my complain and get my product delivered itself today! But no sign of delivery again!!
Frustrated with the service provided by Xpressbees courier service.
I want my product delivered at the earliest safe and sound!!

I orderd cloth from one page of instagram @wonderclozet and recived today but the product is worst and very upsate to get it

We received the message of delivery from xpressbees & later received a message as follows:

No one arrived to deliver the item and no call is received.

We are facing very hardship due to this. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

We have ordered items from Meesho & we have returned 3 Items. Meesho have provideed AWB no of 2 items as[protected]Purchase Order No.[protected]& 1 item AWB as [protected] (Purchase Order No.[protected]. Invoice is attached.

We received the message of pickup from xpressbees & later received a message as follows:

"Pickup of Online, AWB:[protected] not done due to wrong address.For query call:[protected],...

I ordered a mobile in flipkart ordered Number is OD[protected] on[protected] and showing delivery date is[protected], It was handover by express bee courier services and AWB number is[protected]. i am asked to express bees courier costumer executive and flipkart customer care, they said it was coming on[protected] but courier not received, and again i asked to both customer care they said[protected]. still im not received that courier.
