I have ordered a product from nutrabay website and xpressbees was supposed to deliver day before yesterday.AWBNo- [protected]..Delivery agent had sent his personal number for transeffering money.. And i did so. But he didn't delivered the product.. Now he is not answering my calls.. So disappointed with xpress bees.. Such pathetic service you are giving to customers. If it didn't resolved in 24hrs.. We are taking this to consumer court!!! The screenshot of the payment made is attached

    Hi this is to highlight that some of the xpressbee are doing illegal things they ask there friends or known to place order with fake address and give them the product and make a packet similar to the one provided by seller with fake products and mark it rto and then return it as a seller we are bound to accept the rto even after knowing that the packet is not the original one sent and if we make any claim it will be rejected as per the policy. So its very serious scam going on . There must be some way to make this stop. Hope someone will help me. Expressbee AWB number [protected]
    Order was placed through meesho platform on 28th aug and customer called and activated the tracking device on 1st September and the rto was marked on 8th and was returned on 14th. See how much planning involved. I was able to trak it as we sell tracking gps device so was able to track it but think of other products. Such a big scam xpressbee is doing.

      I received a parcel on 12 sept around 4:10 pm from gurdeep singh. But when i opened it, it was not the item which i have ordered. They have given me a low quality product but in the same category. Nothing was there . Nor the design which i have ordered neither the quality...they have completely changed the item. This is a kind of fraud which they have done with me.. i want to return this product and want my money back. If this problem will not resolved i will file complaint in consumer court ahead but this kind of fraud will not be tolerated by me.

        The order came on 10th with delivery agent from urbanic. But till now 15/09/22 no response from the agent.

        When I called to agent they behavior is irrespective. And they are shouting 😒.

        How can we orders without response. We are keeping orders for needs only not for timepqss. And we are paying for that.

        Worst response and behaviour fro delivery agent.

          I order a product from TATA Cliq and was supposed to deliver through Xpressbees Courier, I had given my office address for delivery, The delivery agent had come to deliver my parcel to my office address on the date[protected] at around 09:15 pm and called me from the location, I said since it is my office address nobody is available to collect my parcel kindly come tomorrow before 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm, the delivery agent went back, immediately I received a message saying the item is delivered.
          The next day morning I checked my office CCTV footage and I saw the Delivery agent went back without delivering the product,
          I have sent the CCTV Footage to TATA Cliq and raised the complaint and also raised the complaint on xpressbees customer care

            My AWB number is[protected].
            First the delivery boy updated wrong information that I want an open delivery.
            He again did the same next day.
            I contacted xpressbees customer care and informed them about the same.
            They said your order will be delivered today don't worry
            After that my order was again out for delivery.
            And they marked it delivered without delivering it to me.
            I was at my home all day
            None came to deliver neither called
            Please help me with this

              My shipment with AWB No: [protected]. The package is out for delivery since 04th september 2022 and till date have not received my package. Everytime i just received the message that shipment did not fulfill as you were not available. Please note that this is not the case.I was available at my premises the whole day. I have called the delivery guy multiple times and he didn't answer my calls nor call back. My order is prepaid and still I am facing such an issue.

              I have not received any call regarding delivery. It's been over 15days from the date of order. Its a mental harassment to the customers.

              I was supposed to get my sss parcel on 4th oct as per the estimatee delivery date showing on the xpressbees courier tracking section. But it was out for delivery on 5th oct. On that till 2:53 pm I neither got any call or any message except that my order with AWB No:[protected] is out for delivery. Then at 2:53pm I got a message that customer is not available so the delivery was not possible. But they never tried to contact me
              So I rescheduled it for 6th oct. On that day I waited for the whole time but then I received the message saying delivery was not possible due to customer validation failure. Today is 8th oct and I still haven't got my parcel. This is the worst experience I am having with xpressbees.

                          I have ordered a drees from meesho.my I'd name anamika chakraborty.the price of the order is 198 I gave him 500 he returned me and said there is no exchange of 2 ruppee.then I told I want the money he threw the money to me with attitude.therefore i request @expressbees to take action on this number:[protected]

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This is really awful. I'm a seller in meesho. XpressBees keep failing to pickup my orders on time. It's been 3 days now, still no one came to pick up an order from XpressBees. they even failed to deliver 2 products to the customers.

                                    From the mail they sent the tracking shows out for pick up and at end of the day it becomes pick up not done, since 25th Aug it shows the same status daily.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I ordered 10 kg of idli rice 10 kg on 13/08/22.That time delivery date mention as 22/08/22,

                                        I have ordered an item for emergency purposes only

                                        I have not received the item so I have complained on 23/08/22 on jio mart, they told me to wait for 48 hrs.

                                        I have locally purchased 2 kg idli rice for the price of Rs.65 per kg

                                        On 25th sms came as your item out for delivery at 11.51am.Upto evening 6.30pm material not received.So i called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told before 9pm item will be delivered.

                                        On 26th Again i complaint and called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told before 9pm item will be delivered.

                                        Yesterday night 8pm i went Rayagada for personal reasons that time i visited xpressbees courier office they searched and told office is closing time we will deliver tomorrow.i have taken office number.

                                        Today i called Xpressbees courier for to know the deliver time.they told it is more weight you come and collect the material.I replied it is door delivery so you have to deliver to my home.They disconnected my call.

                                        I called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told it will be delivered.

                                        After that i checked the xpressbees tracking shows on 27th 1:54pm out for delivery and same day at 11:12pm customer denied OTP based delivery.On today 11:12 am out for delivery.

                                        Without contacting / visiting my house, Xpressbees courier person written as customer validation failure.

                                        I have complained and follow up with jiomart and xpressbees both more than 10 times.they simply telling as it will be delivered.

                                        Till now nobody contacted me and no action was taken.The output is zero

                                        I have mentally disturbed after this issue

                                        What is going on in Jio mart & Xpress bees? Both are fooling a customer.

                                        So please take the necessary action for the same and give me a compensation for this much of delay.Othwise i will go for consumer complaint.
