Dear Sir,
I ordered 10 kg of idli rice 10 kg on 13/08/22.That time delivery date mention as 22/08/22,

I have ordered an item for emergency purposes only

I have not received the item so I have complained on 23/08/22 on jio mart, they told me to wait for 48 hrs.

I have locally purchased 2 kg idli rice for the price of Rs.65 per kg

On 25th sms came as your item out for delivery at 11.51am.Upto evening 6.30pm material not received.So i called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told before 9pm item will be delivered.

On 26th Again i complaint and called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told before 9pm item will be delivered.

Yesterday night 8pm i went Rayagada for personal reasons that time i visited xpressbees courier office they searched and told office is closing time we will deliver tomorrow.i have taken office number.

Today i called Xpressbees courier for to know the deliver time.they told it is more weight you come and collect the material.I replied it is door delivery so you have to deliver to my home.They disconnected my call.

I called jio mart & Xpressbees courier both are told it will be delivered.

After that i checked the xpressbees tracking shows on 27th 1:54pm out for delivery and same day at 11:12pm customer denied OTP based delivery.On today 11:12 am out for delivery.

Without contacting / visiting my house, Xpressbees courier person written as customer validation failure.

I have complained and follow up with jiomart and xpressbees both more than 10 times.they simply telling as it will be delivered.

Till now nobody contacted me and no action was taken.The output is zero

I have mentally disturbed after this issue

What is going on in Jio mart & Xpress bees? Both are fooling a customer.

So please take the necessary action for the same and give me a compensation for this much of delay.Othwise i will go for consumer complaint.

      I ordered muscleblaze proteins from healthkart. they were delivering my courier through xpressbees. i got message about successful delivery but i didnt received it yet. kindly deliver my courier fast.

        My Zomato kit not yet delivered

        Hello, My Order is not delivered yet, but it was marked as delivered.
        Delivery boy call me and asked for OTP and said will deliver tomorrow.
        But not delivered till now.

            The product was not delivered also a wrong claim being made two times that the customer was not available, where in I was always available at my address and the delivery was never attempted. Not even a single call from the delivery agent I recieved. Moreover the delivery agent's phone number which is sent by xpressbees via SMS does not exist. I have complaint many times but no resolution. This is an incident of sheer harrasment.

                No attempt for shipment pickup was done for order number [protected] . In fact the delivery guy’s number mentioned is [protected]
                Which is bizarre as he has left his job long time back.
                It’s shameless to put such a false excuse on your organisation being unprofessional . No one answered the customer care number . Shameless and shameful

                    I had ordered some products from The Man Company on 3rd August which haven't been delivered yet. Since last week the product is showing to be at Kolkata and repeatedly fluctuating between ccu / ib1 and ccu/hub but not being delivered. What the hell is this nonsense service? Kindly see to it so that my expensive order gets delivered by today.

                      I got msg that shipment was out of delivery on 09.08.2022, as I was out of station i called to delivery boy asked him about the arrival time he told me he will come around 2 30 but he came after 5 30 as i told to my family members to wait they went outside after 5 pm he called me at that time I stucked in rain i called him after 20 min he told me will deliver tomorrow as it was raining, nexy day on 10 aug 2022 i called him he told he was in leave, on 11th i called him from mrng he is not answering and disconnecting my call, i wait upto evng and called him from different number he answered and telling he is hospital and he telling why you are calling so many times and simply disconnected, on 12 aug 2022 I called to meesho customer care raise complaint they simple telling plz wait mam, at 3pm I got msg that shipment will deliver soon, but after 8 pm i got msg unable to deliver due to payment failure, but I didn't receive any call from them again I called to delivery boy he gave his supervisor number he simply answered and telling he is in leave for 1 week and simply disconnected and the trying to customer care call number simply waste of time it was telling plz enter pin number, after enter pin it will simply simple disconnecting.

I haven't share my OTP to anyone and I also haven't received any call from delivery boy . How can the delivery boy handover my product without intimating me .

                            My order was cancelled (AWB no.[protected] because no one came to take the parcel. Then I again requested for the pickup process (AWB no.[protected]. I don't know why are you messaging like "Pickup was not done as you want later pickup", I am getting this messages from last 9 days. My money is stuck due to this. Please help regarding this .

                              This package should have 5 kurtas in it. But I received only one. Four kurtas are missing.

                              When I opened package, what i observed is original package was torn a bit in center and again it was packed on top of it. As I didn't have any such rubbish experience earlier I opened the package. In the package I found only item and rest 4 are missing.

                              This shipment is initiate from Ajio online shopping portal with invoice No: FUP[protected]

                              Please do investigate. This is the first time I am facing such a bad experience. This highly discouraging if this sort of tampering is happening in between. Strict actions to be taken against whoever has done this.

                                  Dear sir, i have placed an order in meesho to anekal loctaion, but the delivery agent of xpressbees didn't deliver the product and updated as delivered.
                                  i tried to contact meesho, the customer service person is not responding properly. and when i searched in google, i couldn't find the xpressbees anekal office. the screenschots of product tracking details are provided.
                                  please help me resolving the issue. Here the xpressbess delivery agent didn't deliver the product.
