    Hi sir I am lokesh. I have order in deliver for xpressbees courier. Still my order is not delivered but if you check the tracking status it will come order is delivered they are no calls so calling simply is putting delivered. After they customer was asking complaints they said simply after 3 to 4 days will be come sorry for the inconvenience they told after the cutting call. Some time the call also not picked they agent is not available only told. After the calling as is to speaking nicely and after that they are not action of customer queries they email send also they are not responding to us

      My order was supposed to reach by 12th july... This xpressbees has delayed it to 13 th july even though the order reached hyderabad on 8th july...
      First of all if it's reaching earlier they should hand it over to CUSTOMERs ASAP.
      Secondly, why will they delay it even though it arrived early
      Thirdly, their CONTACT number is a ###, where never u can get hold a line and talk to an executive
      So where should the CUSTOMERs go???
      When the application where I have ordered trued to CONTACT them, even they also could not CONTACT them..

      THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          AWB No: [protected] is not delivered yet. Please send it As soon as possible it's really urgent. Customer is trying to call delivery boy and it's not reachable. Please make sure to deliver this shipment by tomorrow. Please don't return back it to supplier as it is required to customer very urgently. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.             I have placed an order from The Souled Store. Order was supposed to be delivered on 11th July 2022.
            The order status is now showing as Delivered over the Souled Store app as well as on the Xpressbees tracking. But I have not received the order, neither did I got any call from the Delivery person/company for anything.
            I have verified my contact information everything required is available and correct.
            I tried to contact customer care but executives were not available.
            Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

            if my order show me proof of delivery, you delivered without otp, i have a recording of your delivery boy he sell my product to someone else, i have same issue two times, it almost a 2 month still not resolve my issue, and i didn't get any products, you clearly see their is not my company name, how you delivery products without otp

              This is not 1st time.

              Every logistic company delever my product at my home where 2 big lift, cctv camera
              But xpressbees person doesn't have manner how to talk.
              And never delever my product.

              And in tracking system he update as customer not available.

              I also raised grievance but no any solution come out.

                    The return was scheduled for 8th July, 2022 vide AWB: [protected] through the Executive Mr. Rohit (contact no.[protected]). But he totally refused to take my product.

                    I explained all the things to him that these are 5 in 1 lipsticks. (set of 2). It means 5 small lipsticks in one set. Similarly, 5 in other set. It has been clearly shown in picture (attached) also. BUt he was adamant to take 5 sets (each have 5 lipsticks).
                    It is clearly visible in the screenshot (which was also available in her mobile) that only two sets were delivered. (it was the offer for two sets only). I dont know why he was asking for 5 sets from me. He really very misbehaved with me, wasted my time and cancel my return request.

                      [protected] this is order no AWB, the agent from xpressbee has picked up and order which got later cancelled by customer so the order was held by xpressbee courier ppl and they were abt to return it back to me it's been more than 30 days order is stuck somewhere and not delivered to me i need my orde back as soon as possible the agent keep making excuse everyday why my order is still at your warehouse ?

                        It is regarding the Order Number: 1717910 - with AWB[protected] of Rs. 3384. When we ask for an option as UPI payment, agent name Bimal ask to PayTM to one number, saying that it is company's number. When verified as Seema Devi, he confirm to make payment. Payment was successful in our end but he was calling someone and getting the confirmation. From the other side they said payment is not received so this agent ask to make another payment to his account and said the first payment will be reversed within 24 hours. He took both the payment and when the other payment didn't get back and when tried to call this agent. He is not answering the call until now. It was on 27th April 2022 and we have been trying to reach this agent but we are unable to get through. As I found this forum I'm trying to find if someone can help us or not.                           My name is Meenakshi and I have a parcel with xpressbees to be delivered from landmark group with the order number AWN-[protected]

                          My registered number is [protected].
                          Their delivery person came on 30June, 2022 but I didn’t receive the order code so he went back and he was supposed to come again oin teh evening after checking from his office. But he didnt even reattempt in the another day and put a update on their tracking portal that we are not at home and our address is wrong. Which is completely false information. All I can see on the tracking history that he is giving wrong information and saying we are not available at home. We are very much at home but he is not even coming to our house. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would request you to please look into this matter and deliver my product today. It’s my kids birthday gift and I can’t delay it.
                          I have written emails to them twice and also, have tried calling them almost for more then 50 times but their customer care is too bad not even connect the call. The Executive number that they share in the message is also wrong. I think their existence is not correct and they are working with a big giant like Landmark group. I raised a complaint with them too but so far no response.

                            Hi Sir/Mam

                            I have placed an order for laptop delivery on XpressBees Logistics via ShipRocket.in on 24th June, 2022. Xpressbees and ShipRocket.in courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 28th June, 2022.

                            Today it is 1st July, and still the laptop has not yet delivered, it is incurring a huge revenue and reputation loss to my company, also XpressBees support is very unprofessional, they are not telling me any good reason, and not helping with the delivery of my laptop.

                                I have denied otp based delivery

                                I ordered my laptops keyboard cover from ifyxstore.com and that orderd shipped and after shipping i have senn that i have enter my wrong mobile number which is [protected] but my original number is [protected] i have contact ifyxstore.com they say we have change your number in order but when the delievery man came they ask me otp from thi number [protected]
                                but i don't have this number and he don't give me my parcel then i go at xpressbees...

                                Hello,
                                My last time i tracked my order it was somewhere between"Hyderabad or kolkata". I don't remember the place precisely. But from last 4-5 days whenever i am trying to track my order it's showing "no data found". I have called xpressbees customer support. They told me "they don't have the product with them" but how can it be with them few days back. The ajio customer support also said the product will be delivered by 30th june. But there is still no update of the product..
                                I ordered the item as a gift & will update as soon as i get the product. Kindly resolve the issue.. my AWB no is attached with the screenshot.
