Wanted a transfer of connection had call Yashtel call centre and informed, i was told that Ill be getting a call back . After making me wait for 10days, when i called to enquired further i found that they haven’t registered my transfer request. My call was transferred to ms. Shruthi, who very conveniently asked me to either wait for another 20 days or discontinue my connection. Surprised by Yashtel’s staff manner of handling customers.

    Los light is coming i have already complained still no use i have lost two days they won't respond also. I am working from home i need it resolved today itself.

      The connection went down on last friday even though at begging they told they will send some tech guy, nobody still around and we went to office and complained there also, and they told they will send today that was 2 days back, still internet is down. My username is mys15768. And i need it right now cause my online classes are going on!

        I recharged for 6 months plan (25mbps - 400gb) which is valid till 26th of July 2020. But my usage is over on 20th April 2020 so I recharged with next plan which is of 50mbps - 600gb for 1 month. Now my subscription is showing for only 30 days. What happened to my other subscription which should valid till July?

        My question is very simple, I have taken one month (50mbps - 600gb) plan as renewal due to my usage was over, Now this is also expired. Why my earlier plan (25mbps - 400gb for 6month) is not active once current plan is expired? What happened to my money that I have already paid for 6 months till 26th July 2020?

        On 30th May they called me back and asked to recharge for another month by the time they will resolve and give back a wallet credit.

        But as of today they are not answering our calls or not responding.

          Internet has not been working since yesterday afternoon (20th june 2020). No response from the yashtel when issue was notified on the whatsapp number shared. The yashtel site is also pathetic and the complaint section does not work at all. How will the issue be
          Rectified if no one from yashtel team is responding on the shared number.

            You guys don't care about your customers. # like you never seen. During the installation you speak nicely. But when we call to your number you don't pick or even respond. This is how you treat.
            My customer id is 15821. I want immediate action. We give you hard earned money for your service not just like we have extra money, hence we are paying you. Need immediate action on my complaint. Many times i have given complaints to you # but no response. If we complaint you say contact customer support, bhut when we call ko one responds.             This is the one always I get, but the issue never gets resolved. This the heights for you. Just u take complaint but no action. Just say contact. Customer service and we call non one responded. Wtf you guys are upto

            Hello ###s, what do you think of yourself, when we complaint you say, you would be sending someone to check. I am facing this issue I have recharged for this month. Past 15 days my internet goes down from afternoon 1pm to evening 6 pm is this a joke to you or what. Playing with customers is habituated to you ### . I am harsh words because you have crossed limits. I giving complaints on on and always when I aks there is a air issue. Ok I can also understand one two instances is fine but daily .               After raising complaint and nobody is responding through mails or calls or whatsapp

              Every month we will pay with out miss for the broadband but the service we agee getting is very very poor that we are not getting response for how to deactivate the broadband

                The login password link is not working for me. I tried to generate new password by providing customer i'd, mobile no. Everytime i failed due to network errors. Customer care are not picking call. They are comfortable with whatsapp and their advises are useless.

                  Internet is not working and i can see red light in the router and in portal account connection status showing as "offline".
                  Please fix as earliest as i'm working from home and internet is very necessary.
                  Customer care[protected] never responding and yashtel whatsapp ([protected]) number reply says its fiber cable issue.

                    Internet not working and i see red light in modem and connection status showing offline in my account section in portal. Fix this asap as im working from home. Internet is very necessary to continue my work. Customer care never responds and they have taken money for 6 whole months so customers wont back out after lockdown is lifted. But they are not ready to give support.

                      Wanted to shift my internet broadband connection.

                      When installed in 21st March had inquired about the shifting charges and was informed of Rs 500.

                      Now wanted to shift connection, they asked for Rs 1000, while new connection charges is Rs 500 only. After having no choice i agreed and paid them 1000 online on 19th of May and provided all the necessary documents also. And was informed the process will be done in a week.

                      No one is replying to my concerns. I did all they want but no work or response is there. The deadline is finished. They charged me extra amount which is unethical also.

                      Manjunat came with his team and did the connection on the 11th day . The person on whatsapp is very arrogant and doesnot respond well. Also, rate hike during lockdown is immoral and not correct, rates should not been increased unnecessarily, they are looting the customers.

                      Thanks, manjunath hismelf came with his team and did the connection.
                      Though the person on whatsapp is very arrogant. Also, yashtel should not hike charges during the lockdown, customers don't have any choice so they are playing with us.

                            On may 10 2020, my data pack was exhausted, the data remaining was 0gb.
                            I recharged my account online, previous to my due date on 19th may. Still, after recharging i can see data remaining as 0gb. I am unable to connect to internet. Will it be the same till due date? I messaged to whatsapp number, they didn't reply. I even called up the office, no one picked it up.

                              I'm Yashtel Broadband customer Mysore, Karnataka, India. My Customer ID MYS14131. My complaint No 12186

                              My internet got disconnected on 30 Apr 20. Complaint raised on 1 May 20. Note due to COVID 19 Curfew. No voice support. Only what's app and mail support was there. So no one will pick the call from WhatsApp number as well. I'm continuely asking in WhatsApp about my connection status. On 4 May 20 I got one reply that issue wil resolve today. After that no response for my message.

                              Note Yashtel repeteadly sends message to do renew for next month. I done 4 days prior to renewal date. At that time connection was fine. After I renewed connection got disconnected. They are telling that. Due to curfew they have limitted employees and can't give service. If they can't give service in the sense. Why did they keep on asking for renewal?

                              As a IT guy I'm doing work from home in this curfew. Internet is base for me. I can't give these resons to my client. Mobile network is horrible to work. That's why I gone for broadband. Now I'm in trouble at this critical suitation.

                              Yashtel broadband is utter fraud. Now crlurfew restrictions was released some what. They can fix the issue. But they are not even pick the call or reply for my message

                              Finally I came to decission to disconnect the Yashtel Broadband service. Only way is asking by Whatsapp. I think persons who replied to whatsapp is Sowmya. If I asked refund of my deposit and last renewal payment whis not used. There is not even single reply. Atleast reply is must. Even if there is reply it is 200 percent false commitment.

                                I am facing internet issue from yesterday and there is no response from the customer care on when its going to be fixed. If you cant manage the users and thier issue why dont you people just shut the internet service and pay our money back,

                                This is second time i am being faced such issue and no response from the yashtel customer care service.

                                I am working in it sector and working from home with such pathetic service provider makes working life very tough

                                    My plan is going to expire tomorrow and since last one week, i have very slow network connection. As i have to work from home in this lockdown, i am hugely dependent on internet. From past one week i am asking the yashtel whatsapp number about how to recharge it online. They sent a link regarding this. For recharging, there must be username and password provided, i have never set any password, i messaged them asking about the same. There is no reply. I called them too, no one answers on the other end.
                                    In this crucial time, we cannot step outside and go to office for recharge. Please be more responsive online and help me in recharging my plan.
