Hello team. This manjunath here my i'd is blrpv00774,

Internet is not working more than 14days many times raised complained but no use and if we raise the issue ticket some one from yashtel team will close the ticket without resolved, and sending reminders to renewal, how many times we need to complaint and you peoples dosen't have common sense to attend the issue, getting fedup with you company where its cheating me for not providing service, and how you peoples having face to ask renewal.

I need refund for 14 days which service has not been provided.

    Applied for new connection last week called for installation on tuesday they said will come by 4pm then called on wed said will come by 11.30am then again 4pm but none came. Called today said will be in 2 mins so i took permission from office came waited for 3 hrs. Called to installation person but he doesn’t pick the call. He called me around 5pm and asked me whether i can come home for an hour. Does this guys think we are sitting simple in office i took permission mrng for 3 hrs but this guy didn’t come. Again he wants me to come back home. I would have consoled myself if the guy picks the call and say i can’t come by this time can i be there by so and so time i would happily turned back to office and come back on that time. But the guy never attends the call. Even now i don’t know when this installation will happen. I asked to cancel the connection request but i didn’t get that update so far. By connection request id 39646 in mysore. I have lost half of my day completely without any use.

    After I requested for cancelling the connection I got call from the customer care stating the concerned department will be taking necessary steps asap. Then they finished the cabling work outside and made a call to me to get my account activated. I wasn't able to come by that time since I was out of office in morning waiting for these guys. So today they came back and got my account activated.

    After the followups the person reached to me and the installation was done successfully. He apologized for not picking up the call. I hope this will not be repeated again. Marking the complaint to resolved state now.

      I'd like to have an internet connection and chose yashtel. It took two days to get a callback and takes more than two weeks (Still waiting) to send a person to install the network. Worst of all, why do they not respond when they give the number to contact? If not, at least they should have the courtesy to tell but behavior such as just ignoring calls is disgusting. I'm so done with yashhtel or whatever and moving on to another service available. Anyone who looks for isp, go for other services if you don't want to waste your time. Seriously!

        Yashtel! Yes is a waste company, it just look like internet company, very bad customer services, very bad internet speed, and also their boos hidden in one room, and don't responsible to customer, hey you boos, you (Madam) must go to the kitchen for preparing food only!!!

        I renew my internet plan on yashtel website and paid the complete fees, i didn't have internet at all after 2 weeks.. And it's going on

        Please close this waste company

          I have been an old customer of yashtel, i run 4 pgs and have 4 internet connections.
          The customer service provided by yashtel is extremely poor, the company is thriving because of the fact that there is no other service provider in mysore. Now that there is jio fiber net, this will change the monopoly in the city.

          The technician that used to attend in saraswathipuram was extremely rude. They just don't care about old customers.
          Please think before you get a yashtel internet connection.

          I called your office number to inform this, I told the lady about this technician, she told she will take care of it. I told her to inform the HR team about this, she wasn't bothered about it.
          She didn't even ask me the name of the technician.
          But anyways the disconnection issue seems to be fixed now.

              Yestel mysore is working worst. They are not providing good customer support. They do not give service for old connection. They are really cheating. They don't bother about existing customers. After 5- 10 days also the problem will not be fixed by them. They are working worst.
              If it's for new connection then they may do it at the earliest. But they are making fraud things and we the existing customers are suffering lot out of it.

                My id is mys5992.
                The service given by yashtel is very poor. I hav been complaining about the net problem since 3 days and still they haven't lodged the complaint. Also, previously in this month itself there was an issue in the network for 5 days. They took 5 days to resolve the issue and they simply claimed to extend the net pack for 5 days but they did not. Now when we are asking them to resolve the problem they are like your data pack has been expired. You need to recharge it. They hav taken my data for 7 days. Such moneyminded people that they refuse to lodge a complaint and fix the problem before recharging.
                When we ask them about the procedures to cancel their yashtel data they simply try convincing us and give false hopes.
                Very bad cooperation..

                  My id is mys11404. The net did not function from monday 10th 2018 to friday 14th (5.30 pm). Pl extend the renewal date by 4 days.

                  Though complaint was raised on monday, it was not resolved till i visited your office on 14th morning. The lady at the reception gave a cliche reply. I wanted to meet the responsible person in this regard, but she refused. When i insisted, some technician tried to speak to me, but he was no avail. When i persisted with my demand, mr. Manjunat hegde appeared and introduced himself as the manager of the company. Only after his intervention the issue was resolved.
                  The response of your front end people is totally irresponsible, to say the list. I earnestly request you to go through the voice recordings to know the reality. If you want to know the ground reality, please go through the recordings.

                    I have been using yashtel broadband for quite some time now, but recently, since last two weeks i have been facing lot of problem with frequent
                    Disconnection. When contacted the local operator they have hundred of issues and doesnt seem like they can fix the issue for good at once. There was outage in connection for three days during last weekend and the same goes with this weekend since friday. The problem is not fixed yet. Now, even the local operators are not responding to my calls. What is the use if not able to use your service when required the most on weekends? Kindly look into it and take some action. Also, kindly update your customer care number in your website. With this kind of service it gives me a second thought on continuing the subscription.

                      I am manjunath h. N., id no. Mysk172.

                      I had renewed my connection on 19.05.2017 for one month by making on line payment on 19.05.2018 for rs.470.82 under sbi id: nsbi[protected]gadocned6.

                      But, i am surprised to see that, yesterday my connection has been de-activated.
                      I also verified my sbi account by which i made the payment and my account is debited with the amount without any reversal.

                      Please look into the issue immediately and correct the mistake at your end under information to me.

                        Deat sir i ravikumar customer of yashtel my user id mys11051.
                        I complaint about fiber disconection on 11/04/2018 at 11am. But the problem solved on 13/04/2018 at 2pm. So your service is disconnected 3days. My importent work is delayed due to disturbence service from ur side. So please extend the internet connection service from 23/04/2018 (Expiry date) to 26/04/2018. Thank u and waiting for ur solution.

                              I have taken one year internet package from yashtel (Internet service provider), a part of the yashash cable networks pvt ltd #2713/ 4, lakshmi building, adipampa road, vv mohalla, mysore -570002.
                              From last one week there has been interruptions in internet service for 2 days in first instance and again one day each (Total 4 days). After giving the complaint the matter is usually rectified within 24 hrs. As there is construction work going on behind my home the cable is being cut. Despite informing the concerned person at yashtel, they do a haphazard job and the next day again same problem is faced. This has led to my work dependant on internet to pile up and i am facing job expulsion. Will the concerned authorities take the matter up with yashtel.

                                Please note that our internet services was down for five days in current month which has become now inactive on 28/02/18. My id is BEL597 and this has already been conveyed to customer care department through phone. In a nut shell five days have been lost in two stages first it was down for three days and now since 26/02/18 it was down for two days. Yesterday it was discussed with you department and was advised to send a mail to customer care department. In fact he was supposed to call back me as promised but he didn't turn up. Because of poor services it is very bad to share with you that local authority is not taking care and in fact not able to give prompt service. Every now and then there are excuses that because of problem from Bellary you have to wait. Most of the time they don't attend the call.
                                With the understanding that lost period will be compensated immediately I hope the internet services will be resumed very soon. Till then I am not going to reactivate the services.

                                  Bill was renewed yesterday night at around 9 pm. Renewal date was to be on february 10th 2018. Due to the busy schedule we had., we could not pay it on or before time. We paid the bill online yesterday night at round 9 pm, but it seems like the recharge wasn't successfull yet i was debited. Can you please look into this matter? Thank you.

                                    After disconnecting the yashtel isp i was supposed to get my modem deposit amount which they took through hard cash. Now more than a month of disconnection i haven't received the amount yet so im lodging a police complaint against the yashtel isp. My conclusion is dont go for this network it is the worst possible u can get with zero customer support

                                    It is really very disappointing to know that even after refund done on 13th Dec-2017 itself, you have raised a fake complaint about not returning the amount. It is expected from your end to check before posting such fake comments on public platform and misleading others also.

                                      Yashtel mysore is the worst isp i have seen in my life. They don't pick your call at customer care, even after visiting many times personally to the office and raising multiple complains, nobody cares about getting the complain resolved. Even their website is not so customer friendly, you cannot see your proper data usage nothing. Never go for yashtel in mysore.

                                        I am mr. K s dinesh my yeshtel user id is mys4444. I have requested your office to block my account on 20.05.2017 thro your senior technician mr. Nagaraj. Since my router and system mother board was not working due to lightning effect. Without router & system, i cannot use internet connection. I have given my wifi router to the concerned shop to repair or replace which comes under warranty.
                                        After i got back the same on 10.06.2017. I call your office for re-configuration. Service personnel mr. Manjunath has set it right. Immediately i called mr. Nagaraj for the restoration of 20 days and it should be given as extension. He has assured the same and it will be attended with in a week and informed me not to send the mail to yeshtel in this regard. It has not restored, once again i called him for further reminder, he has not lifted his phone. I have sent sms to his cell no. [protected] on 04.07.2017. Till date i have not got any news from him or yeshtel.
                                        Yesterday, i have visited your office and enquired about the same. They informed me they will contact mr. Nagaraj and take further action for restoration.in yeshtel office itself i called mr. Nagaraj, he was busy at that time.in the mean time customer care personnel has requested to send the mail to yeshtel. Till date mr. Nagaraj is not lifting the cell phone.

                                        Kindly do the needful in restoring my 20 days for which net is not used. You can check with my account usage.
