I have been facing very frequent disruptions from yashtel. Whenever i call, there is no answer and whenever they answer, they won’t adhere to what they say.in this crucial time when we are supposed to work from home due to covid-19, we are hugely dependent on proper internet connectivity.in a month there will be a connection disruption for at least 4-5 days. Tired of complaining and tired of hearing - “issue will be rectified”. Why don’t yashtel fix problem for once? I strongly suggest you set things right or else there is no use of paying you. You owe me compensation by extending my validity for at least 5 days. My connection is set to renew tomorrow. Your response is highly appreciated.

Dear Sir Please provide me the user ID or registered mobile number we will rectify the problem on high priority based.
I'm facing connection issues which is impacting my work from home. The Port has only one blink instead of three blinks. I re-checked the wire connection, but still nothing seems to be working. I tried calling the customer care but no response . Please help me resolve this at the earliest as it is urgent.

      Date of the incident: 06 april 2020
      We are located in teachers layout, mysuru. From today morning around 8 am your internet service has been stopped working.
      As we can see the router - three green lights are on and no red light is seen.
      Looks like there is no issue at our line.
      Kindly repair the issue as soon as possible.

        This is the 4th time i am placing the complaint as they are closing the complaint without resolving it!!!

        I have internet issue from 6 days! And there is not proper response from the customer service!

        The technician did not help to resolve the issue, and a small issue is taken 6 days to resolve! This is crucial time when we are working from home 1 or 2 days delay is fine but 6 days delay makes no sense. You people have time to close the complaint cant you spare 5 minute to resolve the user issue.

          From past 6 days, i have been contacting to yashtel customer service. But they hardly respond and close the complain without checking with customer if the issue is resolved or not.

          Technician who configured wifi, is not responding call even after i have called him multiple times.

          This is a crutial time, were we are in lock down and have to work from home. One or two days of delay is fine but from past 6 days to resolve the issue makes no sense! And they have time to close the complaint but no time to respond call nor respond wats app messages.

            I have internet issue from[protected], 8:30 am. Where in the modem los port is displaying with red light, and wifi is not getting connected.

            Now the modem issue is resolved and wifi issue is not.

            Request the team to close the complain once the issue is resolved completely as my wifi issue is not resolved.

            As discussed in wats app. The technician did not help to resolve the issue
            And still the wifi issue exists. As i told it has to be configured by yashtel only, cant do anything from my end.

                I have internet issue from morning 8:30 am. Where in the router the los port is displaying with red light, and wifi is not getting conncted.

                But they hardly see the watsapp (Even there is a single tick mark, which means neither the mobile data of provided phone number is turned on until 11 am) nor respond to my calls, no response to email.

                I want this to be fixed asap as i am working for my company

                  Internet bill has been paid. Yashtel is not ready to provide internet connection even after 4 days. Customer care is non existent
                  They don't pick calls at all
                  Whatsapp is useless
                  The # person doesn't even reply. What a bunch of cheaters and scam artists.
                  What sort of a pathetic service they provide that too in times of emergency in corona virus

                    I am a free user means providing place and electricity for their equipment to place in my house.
                    My internet connection is out of order for more than 3 months. When ever we call them, there is a standard reply saying will update to manager or will send our team.
                    But nothing happening, can any one senior person look into this.
                    If it is not taken care there is no point in we providing facility.

                      Here new set box given two more days from near cable services but still now not connected new one, now he contact number switched off. Shop also closed. Cable services too bad
                      This area somee people go to dth, because of bad service and irresponsiblity of that person plz immediate solve this problem in case too late disconnected to your services i am also go to dth

                        I had applied for a new internet connection with this isp over 15 days ago,
                        They had promised me that it will be installed in 5-7 days and i did wait for that and yet no connection

                        I have been following it up with the customer care team every day from last 6 days, and i get the same response from their team saying it will be done tomorrow, that tomorrow never came till now.

                        After my frustration level is reached, i had to shout at them then asked for a manager to have a talk then this lady shruthi called her self as the manager, addressed my issue and repeated the same statement again and again... That it will happen by tomorrow.

                        There is no system for them to talk to customers and they dont follow any parameters, they get the update of the work from the customers rather than get an update their technical team.

                        The cabling was done at my place, however they still dont have that update with them. I dont know for what sake they record the calls. Good for nothing.

                        Never ever choose this service.

                        If yashtel is looking into this complaint,

                        I want you to take strict action or train them on your customer care.

                          There is frequent disruptions in internet availability for MYSD00547 and MYSD00412, both are in same locality at Mysuru.

                          No action has been taken by Yashtel on this, in spite of complaints.
                          Network is not available when it is really needed, such as Ticket Booking, urgent message transmittal/viewing, search for hospital / medical facilities etc.

                          The Franchise in this area is not able to address the problem and says, it's Yashtel issue and is beyond his control.

                          Please resolve it permanently and confirm.

                            I had applied for a new connection on 17th nov 2019 with application number 43036. I have paid for 6 months charges in advance. I was assured of a connection with a max time of 5 to 7 working days. It has been 11 days as of today.
                            Every time i contact them i get to hear "tomorrow". Last time i mailed them i was assured on 28/11/2019 but they have failed to provide a connection.

                              I have subscribed for 25 mbs for 400 gb

                              But net speed is 1.47 mbps speed.

                              I have all the proofs
                              Tell me where to send it.
                              Web site is not allowing to upload more than 2mb photos
                              But i have all the proofs more than 2 mbs.
                              Means, what yashtel is promising to the customers is not fulfilled

                                I am constantly calling these people from august 17th and they have not set right my problem completely as of till now. One engineer/technician even made me change my router which was working perfectly. On 17th of oct i made a call and repeatedly called them as my connection had gone dead. The calls were either not received or when received, no formal complaint was registered at their end. On 20th, i received a message stating that my connection had been deactivated for not having paid. My final request to them was to disconnect their services and to relieve me from this horrible experience. These people who had not asked me to come to their office at the time of applying for the connection had the audacity to call me to their office for getting disconnected.
                                Think twice before going for their services.

                                  Yashtel is worst in customer service. I logged a complaint that internet is not working from wednesday evening. I sent the complaint in their whatsapp. Thursday they created a complaint but none followed up on it. After calling the service person directly on friday afternoon he came checked and said it was fiber issue, other team needs to get it fixed. But i didn’t have any followup calls or any short of work fixing it. I clearly stated to the person i have some work to be accomplished i need internet connectivity asap. But no progress so far. Also they are not following up on the tickets we create. Only after we follow them back, checking out if there are any ticket created already.

                                  After the complaint here and calling to customer care and yelling at the people technicians came and resolved the fiber cable issue in 15 mins. They have extended the validity for 2 days though i was with outage for nearly 3 days

                                  After posting here and yelling at the people in customer service they came and rectified the issue. I have asked for extension of the plan since it is not working for past 3 days. But they want me calling the customer care and raise a request separately but am not going to do that. I will have the complaint open until they send an email or message apologizing for the service and stating the issue has been resolved and we are extending the plan expiry as they didn’t get the issue resolved on time. Issue was from Wednesday evening and they resolved by Saturday evening. So it was for 3 days.

                                    Internet not working and there is no response from yashtel.
                                    Already amount paid but not getting service they are cheating customers.

                                    I paid 3k+ 3 days back after that internet not working. I call customer care multiple times but they are not responding properly. After paying amount they are cheating customers.
                                    This is 2nd time from last 2 weeks

                                      I'm customer of yashtel for 2 years. I'm shifted the home to another feasible location in near by area. I paid shifting charges 500 and 530 of plan charges as well. After that unethical person came to my home after 5 days for an installation. Issues are as follows

                                      1) modem not configured properly
                                      2) main issue i have paid inr 500+530 for shifting and plan charges on 25-jul -19. 30-aug-19 that unethical service person not configured modem properly. Main concern is i have paid inr 530 plan charge on the day of 25-jul-19 but activated on 30-jul-19. Its for 1 month. But daily i'm getting message account is deactivated and deactivate as well. Note i paid for one month as prepaid. Charges are calculated on day of installation ie on 30-jul-19. If i raise complaint the person nisanth is the executive renewing for one day again. Then he can't answer about my problem. Why should i pay as prepaid and cheated? Daily deactivating account? Please take an action. My advise is please don't choose yashtel.

                                        Wifi is not working since today morning. Though we are connected to wifi, unable to access internet using wifi. Also facing connectivity issues almost daily since few weeks where in the wifi drops suddenly and we have to restart the modem every time.

                                        Please send someone to fix the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I complained about network issue and your staff delayed it by 4 days, Yashtel was a very good network but now the customer care service is really careless. Iam disappointed by this delay. Make it fast
