This is to complain that yashtel broadband services was not available for 2 days i. E., 26th morning till 27th aug 2016 late night at j. P. Nagar, mysore. You are requested to credit back the lost time to our account and oblige. I regret to inform you that this is happening again and again and we have lost a lot of broadband time.

    Applied for an address change for account MYS7826.
    it's been more then 10 days, and everyday i call them around 50 times.Even wento to office 3-4 times.But everytime i call them and request to complete the setuo, they respond by asking to wait till next day."we will send 1 technician tomorrow".tehnician does not come next day, call them..we will send tehnician till today's eveving.tehnician does not come again, we will send 1 tomorrow.

    Also, they provide two tyoe of modem.
    Zyxel(only modem, no router) & Cisco(modem+router).And they give any of these modems depending upon the area.
    So i shifted from a location where i had cisco modem to an area where they gave me zyxel modem.

    So, the simple rule is that if i am returning them a modem+router, they should give me modem+router in exchange.As it is their issue that their network dont support cisco modem at my new address.but they only gave modem and no router or any similar replacement or refund for same.How is this a fair exchange?

    I raised an official complaint, but they did not respond.
    None of these things, (that they wont provide any router at new are, and i will no option other than buying my new router)was mentioned in address change application or was conveyed to me verbally or was present in the original application form, where i applied for the first time.So this is a fraud.

      Extremely horrible service from yashtel. Don't know how these people are doing business in mysore. From last 5 days internet at house is not working and i have called them atleast 50 times. Till today they say in next couple of hours we will resolve, but it is not happening.

      Dont ever take this connection, this is my humble suggestion to this group.

        I have raised several tickets and tried to call their customer support. Both banglore and mysore number not responding and support number is not active.To whom we need to escalate this issue to rectifying our problem
        I am not able to connect to internet, in a day atmost it gets connected for 2-3 hours..launched more than 5 complaints technician's come and go bt not yet resolved..MYS9508..tried calling the customer care but no response again...they are taking advantage of their customers..there is no other interet servoce providers in our area

              From User ID 9936. Our internet connection has been activated in 9/6/16 but you ve considered it to 3/5/16 .so renew our.connection as per the date of connection.In 3/7/16.it has been deactivated so activate it.

                My user id is mys5984. My internet is not working from june 21. Raised a complaint that day but it's not resolved yet.
                Complaint no : mys[protected]c..
                In a month at least 10days my internet will not work and am paying for a full month. These people never rectify anything on time. Worst customer service.
                Every time they say issue is resolved but i face the same issue after 1 week. I have never seen a customer service like this. They never value the clients at all. Horrible experiences with them till now

                  I have raised a complaint regarding the frequent internet disconnection and further no internet after 9 pm every day. Even after 3 months yashtel couldn't rectify the problem. Surprisingly every time i receive a call from yashtel in the morning hours saying the issue was attended backend and further the issue was sorted out and the complaint will be closed. Till now none of the technician has come to site to attend the issue.

                  I have paid the amount quarterly. Since the issue was unattended by yashtel. Extend the validity by 2 months free of cost and attend the issue on top most priority. If there is any issue with the copper line dbc modem, upgrade the line to cisco modem or give me a ofc cable connectivity. This time i require an immediate solution.

                  Refer the attachments how many times i have called to yashtel regarding the complaint. Every time the complaint number is updated. Every month around i am spending 100 rupees to call yashtel customer care for complaining regarding the issue.

                    I have shifted my home to different location, post that my net is not working(2months). all the time frequent disconnection. i have visited their office more than 10times.have called them 50-100times.Dropped mail multiple times.
                    Post that they resolved it and now they are not ready to extend my pack(2 months), but instead they have done only for 7 days which is not acceptable.
                    i Need my money to be refunded for all the 2months. My time which i wasted visiting their office, calling them. Also since this was not working i recharged my mobile with 3g packs so many times.
                    i have attached the pic of complaints i have raised with them but all those were closed without my confirmation all the times.

                      Hi,
                      my I'd is MYS7518. I have raised complaint on 19th may and today is 6th june, still the raised complaint is not resolved.I am facing frequent disconnection and custmer care executives are not picking the call.they say that they will send the technician but after 20 days also no technician has reached my home.what I should do now????

                        I got a net connection from yashtel shop and it was ok for first two months then it got disconnected. there was a severe problem they told like it will take a month to resolve it but it took more than 6 months then also its not working till now. even calling so many times, visiting them daily still there is no response of phone calls or no technician is there to rectify the problem. Even they were not refunding the money after a complaint they returned money for existing plan which got lapse but still for modem its not back. Take necessary action against the negligence & customer dissatisfaction.

                        On previous month i was not able to access to internet for about 15 days from march 29 to April15 and now am facing same problem from past 5 days i have lodge complaint in the near by yastel internet service providers but still my problem has not solved .hence i request you give me 20 days extra time for next renewal
                        I am using zyxel modem in which there is no wifi, so I have purchased tp-link wifi router without ADSL modem now I want to uplink the cabel from ADSL to wireless, what to do Please send your person to following address

                          Worst service

                          I recharged on 18mar2016 .the internet was not working from 19mar. Called customer care. They said it wil be solved by that day itself. Complaints was not registered. No response. Next day Sunday. I called no one picked the called. Again called Monday. Complaints registered. It is solved after a week with multiple calls and followup.

                          I requested for extension of the 1 week period. Customer care people asked me to send mail to accounts department. Sent mail and didnt get reponse for 3 weeks. Multiple calls.

                          Then they connected to the manager NAGESH and he asked the complaint number and they y didnt mention in the mail. And he asked me whether do you need extension or not in a harsh tone.

                          Then i sent the complaint number. No responses yet. 3weeks over.

                          Whenever I ask they said it will be solved today itself. But 2 months going to be over since the issue started

                          Mother Internet service provider. Very irresponsible people. Abuse them as much as possible.

                            I took internet connection last month 26th... But after two weeks only it's not working! Please have a check! Customer support team is not responding.when i asked the yashtel customer support person, he was lying to me saying we will check the issue! Still no updates from them...from past 5 days i'm suffering from this problem...please resolve this...i'm monthly paying 1k for this...

                            modem frequently disconnecting...

                            respected sir/madam, when i was recently using the modem it just keeps on disconnecting after 15-20 min...I tried restarting the pc restarting the modem but nothing worked...I think the modem needs to be replaced

                              My id is MYS5984. Lodged a complaint on May 9th as my internet was not working. It is not working still. Issue is not resolved and they are not picking my calls as well. Does that mean that for every issue I have to go directly to their office hereafter? Do they think people are that jobless that they can do this every time? Worst connection ever.

                                  For the past 10 days the connection is irregular. Sometimes restores and sometimes disrupts. Please do the needful as nobody receives my call. I went to the office and personally lodged a complaint and the connection was restored but for one day only, today again disconnected. Also I couldn't use the net for the past 10 days please give the extension. But first rectify the problem and restore the connection immediately.

                                    I have used Yashtel WiFi for about 2 months now.. In the first month I paid setup cost and net charges as nearly 2700.. Yet their service was of very low quality and I used to complain to them frequently. They would generally disrupt my service on weekends for reasons unknown to me. I have video as well as still image proofs of sometimes the modem not working, sometimes showing me "connected, no internet" message. In the second month I have used it quite less as I had gone home for three weeks.. And now when I have used it just for 2 days it is again having the same issues. In my area only I am the one facing this issue. I want to file a consumer court case against Yashtel seeking the damages for the harassment I have been met with . very poor service from Yashtel. Please guide me on how to file the case

                                      Hi,
                                      I am a Yashtel customer. My internet connection broke down on 06/04/2016 and i registered the complaint on that day. Its been 8days for today and still we do not have a solution. When we try to follow up with them, they simply ignore our calls and wont receive the calls. But when you try with a new number, they will pick the call. And if we are asking for extension of validity, they tell it cant be done.

                                        I have shifted my house from s.s nagar to hudco bannimantap... It's the worst experience that I have ever felt everyday my network went...then I have to call Yashtel office everyday...then they will ask ur user I.d. every time.i[censored] have registered with ur mobile no. Also...no use of that then they will register a complaint... And they will never call u i[censored] have registered complaint also...u have to call them every time..then they will resolve ur issues within 1 month then then they will send a message for renewal...fully frustrated by there services...it's worst experience I ever felt..rest is up to u, ...
