Application Number-10743 There is no point complaining here also, i guess people responsible for complaints here are sleeping and are as useless as the Yashtel customer care and the service people are. Haven't received the connection yet after i had posted a complaint here also 5days back. They have so many written excuses and lies that they read and speak and will frustrate you to madness, Not Professional at all and the worst bunch of i have ever come across. Don't want the connection, don't want the refund. Go to hell you whole bunch o[censored]seless . Just posting this complaint to help others who haven't taken the connection yet and for others who have paid and haven't got it, Just a piece of advice, don't call these two customer care numbers: [protected] and [protected], You will be wasting your time with the useless calls and their dumb replies.

    My Id is yashtel BL 358, for past one week net connection is getting disconnected very frequently, complained several times to customer care but no result, kindly resolve the issue and also extend our validity period for next one week as it is going to be expire on 18.05.15

      Application Number-10743 I was told that it would take 10 working days to get the connection but I haven't received it yet. Whosoever receives the call gives a bunch of lies throughout the day like the person is on leave or single here yet, they tell me to wait for half an hour then they say it will be done by 2 o'clock then by 4p.m then the day is over and the next day they repeat the same, I was told that this Wednesday it will be done for sure so I booked and paid for few online CAT exams accordingly and I have missed some of my exams and due to miss more because after three days of continuous calls and their lies, today they are saying that it will be definitely done by next Monday. They hardly receive call and when they do they lie to your face. I am naming few of them who have frustrated me and have lied all along- Lavanya, Mahalakshmi, Pooja and few others but their names I don't know.

        We got Yashtel Broadband a few months ago and so far it has been great. But I see some complaints this site for against to Yashtel Internet Provider. All complaints sentence are match of one word. I know this is competitor's game. Past I have other one local Internet Provider customer, therefore I am experiance for broadband connection which one is best. I am finally subscribe for Yashtel at Present I able to stream TV shows and films in HD backup my computers online and it’s also great for gaming. The installation was fast and did a great job. The tariff plans also much affordable with heavy data to use. Definitely worth going with if you can get them in your area.

          I have paid Rs 2699/- on 02nd Apr to the concerned authorities of Yashtel (Internet service provider).A part of the Yashash Cable Networks Pvt Ltd #2713/ 4, Lakshmi Building, Adipampa Road, VV mohalla, Mysore -570002 I was given a assurance of getting the new broadband connection By 10 working days of the paid date but till now I have not go the connection that too after repeated number of calls to Customer care.Every time I call they ask me my contact number and says the connection would be provided the same day. After getting frustrated with the customer care I went to their office and checked with them what's the delay and they started giving some fake excuses one after the other. Then they checked with the technician in office whether the cabling work is done, but he is not sure, infact no one in that office knows about the status, because they say the person who keeps track of it is on leave. Then they told me that technician will come immediately to my home and check whether cabling work is done, and if done the connection would be setup the same day. I was not convinced about the surety of this, but they assured me that it would be done. I waited for the technician at my home and no one turned up or called. They are just lying on the face of the customer every time I talk to them. The complete office is a bunch of shameless liars who are good for nothing. They are very punctual and diligent in taking money from customer but cant do the work they are supposed to do. I want strict action should be taken on the company for failing to act on its part.

              I applied for Internet connection on Tuesday 7th April in Mysore and they promised me Internet connection within 15 working days but still nothing has been done. Everytime I call customer care, they ask for my name and address and mobile number. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even though I called only a couple of minutes back. They take your number saying that they will call you back but they won't. They keep saying that they will give connection this week this week but will keep postponing it. Truly a horrible experience. If they don't provide the connection within this week, then I'll have to demand a refund.

              The cabling was done immediately after I put the complaint here. Will have to see if activation is done as quickly as this.

                After long discussion and many follow up the connection has given, but it was been frequently disconnected, same think i given complaint, but the response is very poor.almost more than 2 months over there is No action.i am planning to change some other internet.

                  I have taken connection from yashtel they done everything wiring and all but for internet activation they are ignoring and playing with me, saying sir after 30 min after 30 min and last 4 days nothing happened, and once after calling they disconnect the call nd after they scolding me on phone Please take action for this company, playing with customer valuable time and money.

                  We tried to reach you for updating the status, since it was unable to connect you have faced this issue.
                  I wanted a connection and i paid the money of they need, for 15 days they are playing with me, When ever i call them they take my info and that's it, What a jerk. Please do some thing to this company...

                    I have paid Rs 2199/- on 07th Feb to the concerned authorities of Yashtel (Internet service provider).A part of the Yashash Cable Networks Pvt Ltd #2713/ 4, Lakshmi Building, Adipampa Road, VV mohalla, Mysore -570002 I was given a assurance of getting the new broadband connection By 10 working days of the paid date but they took 25 days to give connection that too after repeated number of calls to Customer care(i have called more than 25 times).After taking connection there is another issue Now i am not able to access Internet.Again i called them again they are giving me false promises. I want strict action should be taken on the company for failing to act on its part.

                      We the hostilites of JC college had asked for a new connection in the month of september 2014 And thier so called technical ppl came in December and just wired our room and went off later after repitative calling the customer care they sent this person for connecting the router And he never turned up till today

                        My userid is MYS4195 . I had raised a complaint on 2nd jan since the modem was not working . Everyday i used to call two times daily after that to the yashtel office. Every time they will say they will fix it today . it is going like the same for the last one week. I am fed up by calling them. If any one is having the contact number of higher authority kindly share.

                          my user id is 4955, i am staying in srirampura mysore. i got broad band connection from dated 30.12.14. but you are showing my activated date 23.12.14. i complainted several times to your yashtel office by phone.                             My id is MYS4965 taken internet connection from yashtel mysore. From Jan 2nd 2015 internet is not getting connected in sankranthi circle. They say its a cable line breakage. Its been 4days its not yet fixed. When i have called them they keep on saying tomorrow the technician will fix it. Is their technician coming from US so that they need more than 4days to reach a street in same town. When i asked if the prepaid connection will be extended for the downtime faced, they said thats not possible and have to pay eventhough if its not working. They are just collecting money in the name of internet. For new connections they take morethan 10 days For issues they wont even turn up its customers problem. Why do they worry they have already taken money in the name of prepaid internet.

                              i brought yashtel connection and they give connection after 1 month, two two weeks to setup, first it was the shortage of modem, then came we don't have some machine we take it for rent from others hece the delay.after 2-3 days of setting up no internet connection, then called the person who says cable is faulty we will replace it tommorow even after 5 days i hear the same thing and to that it was my fault that we hurried the process(ie so that they mean that 1 month wait for a freaking Internet connection is not long enough).If someone asks me to rate the whole experience it would be -100 out of 100

                                I am using this 10 mbps speed Internet of this bloody yash tel Internet it's to slow even you tube wil buffer in 10mbps if we call and give complent no body wil response customers service is very poor .since 10 days I'm trying to giving complete stil no 1 have come to check y my internet is slow I hate tis yashtel service. I'm a law student I'm thinking to put consumers case in tis company because they are doing cheating. This not 10mbps speed when I checked it's 2mbps speed

                                  I have paid 2199 for new yashtel internet connection on DEC 5 2014. They have assured that i will get connection in a minimum of 7 and maximum of 10 working days. Its been 18 days now. I have not got any connection. Always they come up saying they have a shortage of modems. If they have that problem, why they have notified that to new customer while taking money. 1. Seeing the previous complaints in the portal we understand that this is a regular practice for them to play with the customers, service is very poor. 2. Response is very bad, they behave as if they are doing social service in Mysore. 3. If you are not capable of giving connection, why you are collecting money from customers and making a fool out of them Please take necessary action on them, as they just can't fool people in the name of cheapest broadband

                                  Finally they have given connection after 20days
                                  WOW they improved after raising compliant.They took 25 days to give the connection to me.After connection there is no internet access till now.

Yashtel customer care is completely ignoring my calls on the same (I have called more than 20 times) but still action has not been taken, I have never seen such a disgusting/irresponsible services from any other companies.                                     I have given a complaint - frequent disconnection of Network 5 days before from now, but still they have not sent any of the service executive to fix the issue.
                                    Got fed up & planned to go for a different network!!!

                                    Yashtel is with poor internet connectivity & worst customer service.

                                      My customer number MYS1190, staying in bogadhi Mysore. In recent rain my modem got damaged and post which I requested termination of my service and removal of asset. Also I requested refund of current subscription amount . Yashtel person was rude to me.He refused to get their assets removed and also refused refund. He also refused to given in writing what he was telling me. The worst experience any customer can have. They have consumed my money by not allowing me to use even a single day.

                                      I applied for YASHTEL INTERNET MYSORE connection 14 days back! Recently shifted to Mysore, Gokulam area.

                                      Even after repeated calls and visits to their MAIN office NO RESPONSE and NO CONNECTION.

                                      As per their policy I have paid upfront and now I am stuck with my money with them and no connection. I asked for a refund the customer care hangs up or does not pick up.

                                      PATHETIC service even BEFORE I have had the connection. Reading many other complaints Online I feel stupid to have trusted this company at all! I either need a connection today or better need a REFUND. But no support from them. They no regard for their customer. Informed all in my office not to go for this connection EVER.

                                      To get my money only option left is now consumer court.

                                        Dear, Sir My user name:MYS091 i paid 1683 INR quarterly three months (August, September, October), i feel there is one harm me why? because through night the internet very slow and some times stop more than 5 min. and come back and stop some other min. and come back, yesterday through night more than 20 times stop and come back. So, please solve this problem or give me my money and take your cable, i'll go to other company, and you must notice that problem not happened through last three years why now happened? you discovered that reason!!!
