Poor service and poor customer care, irresponsible and senseless people .

They do not have any idea on customer situation and to resolve a problem they take more than a month, and since it is a prepaid, its totally a waste of money when you have some complaint .

They are least worried about customers and there is zero customer relationship factor with them .

I dont know why still such service providers does exist?
is there any actions taken in order to avoid these kind of service providers?

      Hi,
      I am Pramod Kumar using this WiFi connection from past 9 months. From past 3 days i am unable to use my WiFi even though i have done my recharge on 23rd Feb 2016.

      I have informed the same issue to YashTel customer care and everyday i am getting same response from them that it will be resolved on next day and we will send the engineer next day.

      From past 3 days no engineer has came to fix this issue neither they have done anything to get this resolved.
      This is not the first time i am facing this issue almost every month or once in two month i am facing the same issue.

      Every time this happens and their customer care and engineer takes 10-12 days to get it resolved and we have to pay for complete month without using the WiFi.

      This time they exceeds all limit and after chasing them for three days today they are telling Sir, kindly write an email to our customer care.

      I am really fed-up of this service i am paying every month but not able to use the service for which i took this connection.
      There is no other service provider in that locality that is why i have not the choice to even change the service provider.

      Kindly help me in this so that i can get a good service without any trouble.

        I am facing the frequent disconnection of internet and i have logged more than 40 Services calls with the YashTel customer care. They always keep on telling to me that their engineer will visit our place to fix the problem, but he has never turned up till today, Finally 4 days i went to they office and gave a personal complaint also.. but of no use . Mr Nagesh assured me that their engineer Mr Vinay would be visiting our house at 3 PM on 15thFeb2016, but its already 18th there is no sign of any one would going to visit and rectify the problem. I have finally decided to disconnect the connection and go for BSNL which is at present best i felt .
        This is the first time i have ever experienced such a level of worst service till now.
        I had very bad experience with YASH TEL,

          This is regarding the extensive delay happening in transfer of internet connection from my old address to new address. The new address is just one lane away from the old one and there are other users in the same building who already have Yashtel connections. The company charged me Rs. 500 as shifting charges which includes cabling and configuration charges. I raised the shifting request on 19th January 2016 and I was promised that my connection will be transferred within 7 working days. But till today (9th February 2016), i.e. 21 days, even cabling work is not done. I have been continuously following up with the office staff 2-3 times daily since 30th January and everyday they keep giving false promises that it will be done by end of the day today or tomorrow. But even by the end of 21 days, it is not done. Not only this, yesterday evening (8th February 2016), the office staff forwarded my call to their manager (Mr. Nagesh) who assured me that it will be done by EOD today. I tried reaching him again and today he said that they need another 2 days to get it done.
          So, I decided to raise a complaint against this as I don't think it will be done even by this week end.

            The guy from yashtel took 2300 for providing internet on 12th. Still not provided. Neither has called back or does receive calls. He is a bloody fraud. Just fed up of the service even before I got this. Refund my Money back and never again am I turning back towards this hell of a network. I am also registering a complaint in saraswatipuram police station against the guy and yashtel on 27th of Dec. This is the complaint registered for that document. That person from yashtel.-[protected]

              One of the worst Service providers, I have ever seen, I took connection but I use only on weekends, From the day I took connection, I am facing lot of issues.
              Recent One is Pathetic, From Past 2 weeks I am not able to use Internet, Every weekend I will call and fight with them, I am really fed with the service what they are providing. Last Sunday After I left to bang they told they have rectified the issue, I didn't check the connectivity and they have closed the ticket. This Saturday(10/31/2015) After coming, I checked the connectivity, again I am facing this issue. I observed below points,
              1) Technician is very poor in resolving the issue.
              2) Communication with Customers is very poor.
              3) Technically they are poor
              4) Not able to identify the root cause, like the server issue or Modem Issue etc
              5) They are not proactive, they won't take immediate action
              6) Very low number of Technicians and with low Technical skill

              My suggestion is to better they should stop their Internet service rather than fooling customers by their fake promises.

                There is a reduction in speed of internet than the recommended speed by the company.Am subscribed for 1mbps speed of internet service, but now the working speed is .59mbps.This problem has been persisting from past 6 days, hence i request to take care to increase my browsing speed.i hope the problem will resolve soon. personal info, as mentioned by company name Srinidhi S user i.d.                   They do not answer to your calls at all. Even if they pick up your call which is extremely rare they say we will get back to you in 5 min and they never call back. Ever since we changed our address and the wiring is done the new place, they havent done any configs neither they are picking any calls so that we can do that ourselves. our internet is not working since then and our money is being unnecessarily wasted as they take the bill in advance. Frustrated at their service

                    My id is BLRY236 im a yashtel broad band customer from past one year (start date 9/11/214 to Till date), I have given multiple complaints regarding the internet connection stating when there is a power cut internet won’t work, no action has been taken till now which I have paid already for the service in advance . each time I call, the call centre rep says ill inform Bangalore technical team member Lavanya and you’ll get a call, no one called me from past one year and still same problem internet won’t work when there is a power cut. I need a compensation of 100000 which I had a loss in my business with this internet connection. Very bad service, rating VERY POOR.

                      I lodged a complaint to the Yashtel people on the sept. 1 2015. Hey never bothered to rectify the issue. I have been calling them from Sept 1 till today that is Sept 6 2015. I have given them multiple calls. Yet their response is very poor. They don't care about the difficulty the customer is facing. They just don't even give the manager Mr. Manjunath's number. And each person gives a different answer every time we call. I am fed up. I need proper and swigr action on Yashtel.

                        My ID is MYS5231. I had raised a complaint by calling Customer Care on 2nd September 2015. After that, I have called a minimum of 15 times to Yashtel till date. The only response I get is: "The technician is on his way, we have forwarded him the details, he will call you in 30 mins / 1 hour." This same story is being repeated each time the call is made to them for the past 2 days. Today, customer care also had the audacity to say: "Sir, we are picking your call right" as if that in itself is a favour that they do to customers. Horrible way of dealing with customers, wonder how they keep lying through their teeth for 2 days straight to the same customer. No sense of customer service or satisfaction. Till date, issue has not been resolved.

                          I have been complaining to yashtel for poor internet connectivity for 4 months now. All they do is open a complaint and close it off in a few days without any resolution. For the last 3 days the internet is not working at all and no one is picking up the call at the customer support. I have already purchased a 3 month pack and have barely used it for a week.

                            Service has been disrupted for the last 5 days. Have called several times. the representatives came home and said the modem has to be replaced but so far nothing has happened. The representative is most times not reacheable. It has been only 2 months since I took the connection and already issues arising and very poor response by the provider

                                My user ID is MYS3774. My internet service is disrupted from 6 days, I have raised a complaint 6 days back and kept calling them daily 4-5 times, they keep saying it will happen today in another 5-10 mins. Their service is so pathetic. I wonder how can they say the same lie for 6 days straight and 4-5 times per day.

                                Poor speed and no resolution of issues

                                This company has worst customer service. Most of the times the speed is less than the package speed and whenever there is an issue with the internet they are not able to resolve. Their technicians are ill qualified.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam, I took and Annual pack from Yashtel in first week of June 2014 (Plan 4MBPS, 80GB); paying full amount during enrollment, attached the invoice copy. Service was good until August 2014 first week; after that most of the day connection will not be there and at time it will connect that too speed will very slow in the range of 0 to 0.5 MBPS. The technical problem got fixed only by first week of October, through 40+ calls to customer care and regular follow up; as per technician update, there was damage to cable upstream of my connection which got fixed. From October first week on no problem to service (except for occasional disconnection, which got fixed soon). I have been writing to the customer care for the past six months to either refund the part money or extension of services; no action is taken. Email communication is pasted below for reference. My annual pack is to expire on June 02, 2015. Please help resolve to this issue. Thank you ! Regards, Rajesh.                                         I took a new connection from yashtel. They took almost 15 days to install the modem. Ever since the modem has been installed till now I'm not able to access my internet. From past 5 days they were saying that the line was down. From today they are saying that problem with your cabling. I'm calling them at least 3-4 times a day. Help me to get internet connection. My id is MYS6048
