We are very much sorry to inform you that pl. Send confirmation on which date our mentioned hotel as mention below is available in kolkata accordingly we will send the soft copy of voucher by e-mail. Because your hotels which was mentioned is not comes under any star because when we had spend money for rs.17998/- for 6 nights /7 days then we get near to this hotel rates.
What you are giving hotel names as mention below those are below 1000 per day on double occupancy sharing basis which pl. Note. You can also check your website from google as well.
We will file a case against you for fraud with us by using resort list and then after giving hotel names which are no category and the below cited hotels are under[protected] per day on double occupancy basis.

Because we are not foolish person that by taking money for rs.17998/- and you are giving 1000 per day hotels.
So we are taking up this matter with consumer court level. Because you had send the list of the hotels in which we will choose accordingly with destination.
Accordingly we had choose the same. So pl do the same what we had mentioned in the request from along with voucher.

Now as per the live availability, we have sent you the list of hotels that is coming available on your requested dates. Its seems that you are not ready to accept and follow the policy of our company. We request you to stop suggesting the resort category or name because we have shared only those hotels to you which are getting available from our travel vendor.

Kindly be informed that you have purchased a promotional offer & you must be aware that the package can be availed in anywhere in india up to 4star properties (Which means the hotel star rating may vary from 1* to 4*) because you had been informed the same in the first email when the agent started the deal communication with you sharing the package details.

We would like to request you to kindly share any written confirmation with us if you have, stating that you will be served only with 3 or higher star rating hotels from our sales executive.

We don't usually offer low budget hotels, we do offer those hotels, sometimes when we are not getting any other hotels on your requested dates. Further, hotels rating depends on the availability, if we get some good hotels then we definitely offer at the same price as well. Therefore, we request you to stop suggesting the resort name because we will share you only those hotels which are getting available from our travel vendor.

Hence, you need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team otherwise this booking will stand cancelled for this time. However, we can provide your booking according to the booking availability.

Please be informed that we work on promotional availability & No bookings are entertained during the High peak seasons and black out period (Dec 20th to Jan 7th).

Now we need you to choose any one from the hotels mentioned in the availability mail so we can process further and generate the confirmation voucher at the earliest, Otherwise the availability will keep changing.
