    Unable to play premium content on my smart tv while i'm able to play on my phone.

    When i playing the content it is asking "please check your network connection and retry" while all other applications are working on (Ex : prime, you tube)
    Please respond on it on priority basis.
    Awaiting your quick response on this matter.
    It's been 2 months since i have taken subscription.

      I have selected zee family pack rs. 39/- through airtel dth customer id no. [protected]. But all 23 channel s are not coming in my dth. I have received message as 'this channel is not in your package'. Zee anmol cinema is not coming. Some other channels are not coming. Please do needful in the matter. Advise by airtel dth some channels are not included in your package.

        I have paid an amount of 49 for the 1 month subscription to tamil zee5. The money has been paid through google play and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through paytm end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.
        I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response.
        Zee TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Hello, i am shankar and i have registered with zee5 subscription for one month and my subscription is valid till 31/05/2019 and the same i got sms to my mobile number which is registered for zee5 subscription but now after 3 days of subscription now it is asking again for user login and we are unable to view the zee5 channels today and when i try lo login it is saying as the (Mobile is not confirmed and registered) and when i check with forgot password to get otp then it is saying as (Number is already registered by another user).

          So after paying the amount for subscription and other details and registering the number also now it is having some disturbance in login.

          Hence look into this asap with immediate effect and close this issue.

          A serial named ' yaaradi nee mohini' gives more depression and mental disturbance to many women. So, please please please stop the serial. Its a very humble request. Please take this as a issue to stop that serial.

            Please resolve problem of zee channels that are not playing on zee5 app through paid annual subscription. Initially after paying annual subscription it rn smoothly for one month, but niw it seans wastage of money, that is not justified, since remaining channel running, but zee anmol not run, only message diplays everytime, unable to process

            Please resolve problem of zee anmol channel live TV they are not working from one week on my one year paid subscription remaining since other channels are working but not zee anmol they show something went wrong try again.               Pl note that you are already advertising the above mentioned bouquet price as rs 15/- only and the same is being reflected in trai price list also. But unfortunately d2h videocon service provider is not correcting the price at their site and i am not able to subscribe the same.

              I request you to get it corrected at their site urgently. I have been following up with them for the last one month but they are not correcting the price. I hope you do the needful and inform me.

                  I am a regular zee tv fan from day one but lately i have felt as if you guys are taking us for a ride. So many repeatition of series.
                  It sucks to have you repeating all the things we have seen before. Would appreciate new shows and series because I cant watch stuff that i have seen over and over again.

                    Pronunciation of zee bangla hd tv anouncer is very poor. For example, while referring to a tv star (In bengali : taraka) it is alwas pronounced as "tadaka". "tadaka" was the name of a mithological demon and not the bengali of star, which the announcer actually ment. This may be refereed to any bengali scholar for clarification and immediate rectification.

                      I have paid an amount of 999 on 20 th april for the 1year subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through bank and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through zee 5. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show... Yet not activated last 5 days ago... I send 5 mails to zee5 support team but no response... Only they created ticket no 351895 again 2nd ticket no 352421.
                      I have raised complaint in the app as well posted on play store bad review. Worst services.. But there was no response.

                          Zee channels not playing on live tv through zee5 paid app subscription since last week. So many feedback given but not resolved problem nor any customer care executive contacted for the same. Rest of channels playing but zee entertainment and movies not playing, after processing only message showing that something went wrong, kindly try again. But all in vain, there is also loss of one year subscription.
                          Kindly resolve problem.

                              In sathya serial that is played between 10pm & 10.30pm every night, many times the hero character is being shown drving the car while he is on phone while talking with some one... This is a very bad example that this serial showing to audience, it seems to convey that there is nothing wrong in talking over phone while driving the car, which actually is very dangerous as it can result in fatal accidents... Pls ensure the same stands corrected immediately in future episodes

                                    For 2.0 movie you published advertisement like i[censored] correctly answered qns regarding movie, prize of 50 mobiles... It is not fair since the movie concept is avoid cell phone usage and network but u advertize as to provide mobile prizes. As u recognised with good name, so please avoid this type of advertisement. Instead of giving mobile provide any other prizes.

                                      I have paid Rs. 590 as subscription. which was acknowledged by the zee5 team via mail. but in my app it is showing no subscription and i am not able to view anything. I contacted their customer care and they provided me ticket no 332096. I provided my bank transaction details, their mail communication regarding the payment and the screenshot of payment done thru google play as they asked but no resolution yet no reply for my repeated query. I request they refund my money.

                                      the company has not resolved the issues. instead it is creating confusion by generating ticket no after another whenever i send mail with the active ticket no. The mail id from which they communicate is [email protected] and the latest ticket no is 341141. till date they have raised 5 complaint tickets, but no solution provided

                                        Street dogs are increasing in delhi day by day.. Early morning and night time is worst for walking. They gather in good numbers and start barking first, if you repel they bite you. Government of delhi must take action against it. Kids going to school on foot are most affected. Night time old couples walk after dinner, they cannot save themselves. Government has no plans to curb street dogs.
