I have subscribed to zee 5 and my amount got deducted for 1 year subscription and still i have no access to watch the premium content. Please help me out. Everytime i try to subscribe again it shows me payment failure and try again. I am frustrated because of their weak app support. This is such a big firm and are cheating on their customers. I bought a subscription for a month on my fire stick device. I have a confirmed order on my amazon account. Order no : d[protected] seems like they have stolen the money. I have tried writing to their customer support email, but no one has answered. They don't have a customer care phone number. They should be sued and case should be filed for cheating people....

My complaint is againts zee tv serial coming from 9-10 pm. Its a request to people who write script to tv serials like kumkum and kundali bhagya to stop spreading negativity for the middle class families. This type of message diminishing value of middle class people in society. If you are earning more that does not mean you will judge people as per their income and show them down just because they are middle class.

Bought a subscription plan in zee5 app. Money debited from my account still the plan is not activated in application... No proper response for that. No proper reason for why it is still not activated.. No customer care number to solve my issue.. Now how can i get to know what the actual problem is.. Resolve it and let me know the problem what actually it is...

Watchin serials from 9. Pm to 10 pm is worst

After kundly and kumkum bhavya is over my full family is never gonna watch zee ever again.. Infscd out building of 24 flats is gonna cancel zee package...

Can't open the pre-installed z5 app for few days in my samsung smart tv. Initially it would run smoothly a few months ago. Now-a-days, it always shows installation problem. If i can't open the app at all then how can i follow any instruction that may have been sent by z5? Please help me to fix the problem as early as possible so that i can resume watching z5.

I subscribed to zee premium and used it on my android tv. Aug update of zee5 removed support for my tv. I contacted customer care. It went on for a month of email exchanges on ticket number 518898. Then on sep 13th i received attached email from zee5 that my refund will be processed within 7 days. I have still not received the refund. I have sent umpteen emails and zee5 app to reach out to customer care but to no avail.

This is to bring to your notice that i had subscribed to zee5 app on my apple phone.
After using the app for the first month i later decided to cancel the subscription but despite cancelling the zee5 app subscription, i observed that my amount is getting deducted automatically every month from my account.
Last night my amount got deducted again for the second time. I kindly request you to look into the issue and get it resolved...

Zee tv is most prominent south indian tamil channel. However, the advertising in zee tamil is totally awful. Like, if a movie runtime is actually 2:30, zee tv runs it for 5 hrs and they try to shorten some scenes to match up their timings. This is poor channel.. So far account not activated. Sent payment details vide ticket no. 578325. No response and ticket closed. Raised complaint again vide ticket no. 579916. Sent details again. Ticket again closed stating details not received. Attaching the payment details

I have taken zee5 premium subscription worth rs 999 from my apple subscription on 17th of october 2019 but i am unable to watch any of the premium contents and zee5 app says i have no active subscription. I have raised complaint against them on their customer care mail id (Support.[protected]@zee5.com).
On that complaint they asked for invoice screenshot which i have shared twice. Still they said they haven’t received the document they asked...

I have paid an amount of 999/- for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through amazon pay and accordingly it has been deducted from my account.

A successful transaction message has also been received through amazon pay end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.

I have paid rs 499 as one year subscription on 21 september through hdfc net banking systems and the account is debited to my account. The ref in my statement is

Horrible to see such big groups cheating customers so openly.
This complained is being written against zee for the sole reason that even after deducting money from the bank account they aren't providing me with the services for which i paid.
They say that the transaction has been pending, then say verify, which wasn't working.

Zee channels are not working on fastway cable set - top box from last few days, we pay for these channels so why cant we get a satisfying results. Please solve this problem asap. I'm not able to enjoy watching my serials zee tv is the only channel i watch for serials.

I have already logged in my tv by authentication code after watching zee5 for two months now it says register ur device (We dont have such problem with other app) no option of log in.. The app directly takes u to the window when i try to watch premium content..
