My one month subscription amount of rs.99 got deducted twice from my paytm wallet.
First it got deducted once but the subscription was not made or i could not avail the subscription and then i made the payment again and the amount got deducted for the second time and after the i could avail the subscription.
But instead of ₹99 i have ₹198 (₹99+₹99) deducted from my wallet. I am attaching the receipts of the both the deductions. Kindly refund the extra transacted amount.

    I have subscribed to zee 5 and my amount got deducted for 1 year subscription and still i have no access to watch the premium content. Please help me out. Everytime i try to subscribe again it shows me payment failure and try again. I am frustrated because of their weak app support. And i have tried with all other pack too amount get deducted from account. The premium pack does work this is such a big firm and are cheating on their customers. Please try to fix my problem as soon as possible

      I have paid an amount of rs 99 towards monthly subscription of zee5 for my account [protected] on 8 dec 2019. The money has been paid through goodle pay (Debit card) card. A successful transaction sms has also been received from debit card bank. The payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back.

          I bought a subscription for a month on my fire stick device. I have a confirmed order on my amazon account. Order no : d[protected] seems like they have stolen the money. I have tried writing to their customer support email, but no one has answered. They don't have a customer care phone number. They should be sued and case should be filed for cheating people.

              My complaint is againts zee tv serial coming from 9-10 pm. Its a request to people who write script to tv serials like kumkum and kundali bhagya to stop spreading negativity for the middle class families. This type of message diminishing value of middle class people in society. If you are earning more that does not mean you will judge people as per their income and show them down just because they are middle class.
              Kareena and alia. No doubt they are good serial and public is liking but the message they are spreading to all is against middle class. Its better you understand my serious concern and stop highlighting the gativities of the middle class people, where your 80% of income is generating by these middle class families only.

No proper reason for why it is still not activated.. No customer care number to solve my issue.. Now how can i get to know what the actual problem is..                 Hi,

                I have got an membership from Airtel but when i try to login to the app / Site it shows invalid input at the mobile number column.
                I have already 1 year plan for 999...but now I change my phone so the plan was not working in my mobile...always shows subscribe now...what can I do now?
                I have subscribed to zee5 1 year plan by paying via Amazon pay. Amazon pay transaction I'd is P[protected].But still subscription facility is not available to me.

                    Can't open the pre-installed z5 app for few days in my samsung smart tv. Initially it would run smoothly a few months ago. Now-a-days, it always shows installation problem. If i can't open the app at all then how can i follow any instruction that may have been sent by z5? Please help me to fix the problem as early as possible so that i can resume watching z5.

                    Paid Rs99.00 for one month thru Itunes on 16 Oct.
                    so far the account not activated. Three tickets raised and all details sent but no action from your side. Now requested I tunes / Apple for refund.

                    Zee5 is fake...after paying 65000 IDr for one month subscription i am not able to watch any premium shows.. I had complain several time through email but there is no response from that side, my one month subscription will be ended soon without enjoying any show...I live in Jakarta so I am not able to do phone chat so I always email to zee5 customer service...

                      I subscribed to zee premium and used it on my android tv. Aug update of zee5 removed support for my tv. I contacted customer care. It went on for a month of email exchanges on ticket number 518898. Then on sep 13th i received attached email from zee5 that my refund will be processed within 7 days. I have still not received the refund. I have sent umpteen emails and zee5 app to reach out to customer care but to no avail.

                        This is to bring to your notice that i had subscribed to zee5 app on my apple phone.
                        After using the app for the first month i later decided to cancel the subscription but despite cancelling the zee5 app subscription, i observed that my amount is getting deducted automatically every month from my account.
                        Last night my amount got deducted again for the second time. I kindly request you to look into the issue and get it resolved at the earliest

                          Hi there,

                          Zee tv is most prominent south indian tamil channel. However, the advertising in zee tamil is totally awful. Like, if a movie runtime is actually 2:30, zee tv runs it for 5 hrs and they try to shorten some scenes to match up their timings. This is poor channel.. Im currently watching nerkonda parvai in zee today (Oct 28th).. Im really pissed now that's the reason i'm here to complaint about this thing.. For every 15 mins movie scenes, i'm seeing 10 mins advertisment. This made me to change channel to sun tv.. If zee tv crew thinks why there are not popular you must consider that your advertising is very poor

                              I have taken zee5 premium subscription worth rs 999 from my apple subscription on 17th of october 2019 but i am unable to watch any of the premium contents and zee5 app says i have no active subscription. I have raised complaint against them on their customer care mail id (Support.[protected]@zee5.com).
                              On that complaint they asked for invoice screenshot which i have shared twice. Still they said they haven’t received the document they asked from me and the closed the ticket.
                              The ticket number is 579192.
                              I have raised the same complaint on twitter also but there also i didn’t get any proper response other than only “we’re looking into it”.

                              Please help me resolve this issue. I am attaching all the required docs.

                                I have paid an amount of 999/- for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through amazon pay and accordingly it has been deducted from my account.

                                A successful transaction message has also been received through amazon pay end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.

                                I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response.

                                Now i am able to use the Zee5 app on which a 8 day free trial subscription is running.
                                Kindly let me know when would my package of 999/- be updated in the App.

                                    Hi i am not able to see zee5 on my tv. Its active on my mobile. How to get activated in tv. This is free subscription from airtel. You are requested to let me know how to start it on tv. On my tv screen only logo comes and get stuck. Please send me link so that i can start it. I request you to share some numbers so that i can talk and explain everything in detail as i may not be able to explain it by writing it.

                                      Why have they stopped english subtitles i’m very dissatisfied and i’m considering stopping my subscription if this service is not provided as i dont understand hindi but i love the show
