Please can zeetv refrain from showing horror movies and horror movie adverts during family time. Kindly be advised our kids are exposed to these channels and it is very unhealthy for their minds to be exposed to such horror, there were incidents where people died in their sleep because of fear of what they have watched or experienced in their life. I have subscribed for the 1 month all access pack of ₹100, received an email for the same. But the subscription isn’t activated yet. I am shown that the subscription works till august 1st 2019, yet i can’t access premium shows. I want to know why? Are my money going to get wasted for nothing?
I had also sent a complaint on the zee5 app, but found no help. So hoping to get it here. Please i want to know what went wrong.

I have paid an amount of rs 99 towards monthly subscription of zee5 for my account [protected] on 29th june 2019. The money has been paid through debit card. A successful transaction sms has also been received from debit card bank. The payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back....

Just want to update that the movies telecast on zee tv... The maximum proportion of the the movie is being cut off.. And no fighting scene is being telecasted... Like ghatak and china gate... All these old movies which are being telecasted.. We want the full version of the movie... Plz provide us the details... Why this injustice is being done.

‘hamari bahu silk’ an upcoming serial ad dialogue is offending and un appropriate.
The dialogue is ‘’ye jism pyar karna ni janta, janta hai to sirf bhookh jism ki bhookh’’
The serial is promoting nudity.
As programs are not only watched by a particular group or ages people, but together with the families.
It is highly requested you to remove this ad or serial either.

These serials are not entertaining, relaxing rather causing emotional disturbance showing goons troubling elderly mothers. We want peace, jovial and relaxing entertaining serials. Unable to play premium content on my smart tv while i'm able to play on my phone.

When i playing the content it is asking "please check your network connection and retry" while all other applications are working on (Ex : prime, you tube)
Please respond on it on priority basis.

I have received message as 'this channel is not in your package'. Zee anmol cinema is not coming. Some other channels are not coming. Please do needful in the matter. Advise by airtel dth some channels are not included in your package.
