I have paid for the zee5 premium subscription but still didn't get any services. Whenever i try to view any premium content it requests me to subscribe again. I have shared a screenshot of the payment made to zee digital using my phonepe account. The transaction id is c1907302252312619017790. Can't find anything useful in the help section of the app so writing it here.

I have paid 359 rs for 6 months all access subscription pack on[protected] via phone pe app, but my subscription not activated.

I have wrote my complaint 2 times at zee5 help desk but they didn't respond to me till now, even they don't send me a confirmation message.

What about my money?... If you are not able to activate my pack then at least return my money back

Deae zee i want to download all episodes of swarajya rakshak sambhaji serial but it not downloaded, so please give me idea how to download it permanent. I am going to download in your app but it download remains only for 48 hrs, its deficult to store it as long as possible. I want download it permanent, so please guid me to how it downloaded through net.

Please can zeetv refrain from showing horror movies and horror movie adverts during family time. Kindly be advised our kids are exposed to these channels and it is very unhealthy for their minds to be exposed to such horror, there were incidents where people died in their sleep because of fear of what they have watched or experienced in their life. Both adults and kids being exposed to such horror creates fear of being alone which is horrible because some o[censored]s live alone which isn't by choice.

A humble request to please show all horror movies and adverts relating to horro movies between 10pm and midnight as this doesn't interfere with family time and relaxation time for an individual. It will be highly appreciated if this could be dealt with as a matter o[censored]rgency.

I have subscribed for the 1 month all access pack of ₹100, received an email for the same. But the subscription isn’t activated yet. I am shown that the subscription works till august 1st 2019, yet i can’t access premium shows. I want to know why? Are my money going to get wasted for nothing?
I had also sent a complaint on the zee5 app, but found no help. So hoping to get it here. Please i want to know what went wrong.

I have paid an amount of rs 99 towards monthly subscription of zee5 for my account [protected] on 29th june 2019. The money has been paid through debit card. A successful transaction sms has also been received from debit card bank. The payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back.

Just want to update that the movies telecast on zee tv... The maximum proportion of the the movie is being cut off.. And no fighting scene is being telecasted... Like ghatak and china gate... All these old movies which are being telecasted.. We want the full version of the movie... Plz provide us the details... Why this injustice is being done.

A. Rajalakshmi (21 years) that time age, from tiruchirappalli, 2014 onwards, working in spinning mills (Jg, vj, sowmiya spinning mill at annur area (Coimbatore district).
This problem start from november 2017, at vj mill at kovilpalayam. She got a bonus amount, and expenses to diwali expenses (Dress, cosmatic item) so, she did not gave to money to uncle (Ramesh, and jayanthi) therefore he went to ladies hostel, and beat with chappel whole hostel girls and mess helper see and told to security, that time security inform to rajalakshmi grand father rathnam at trichy, he say come to home and don't give the money to uncle. January 1st week, went to trichy and told the matter to grand father (Mr. Rathinam). And again come back to mill and she is mistake to compulsary push the mr. Annamalai (17 1/2 years). Jan 1st week 7th evening 3'o'clock went to kovilpalayam station and send back to home with uncle ramesh, he same month go to another mill at sowmiya mill, that time same mistake at night shift with cleaning contract mr satheesh, that time supervisor catch the girl, next day go to hospital check, that time only know, rajalakshmi consieve. And inspector came to vj mill and check the all boys raja annamalai, at thudiyalur station. He is agreed. And next morning say he marriage the girl, that uncle ramesh i go to court. He ask some mediator give money 2 lakh, but raja annamalai age is below 18 therefore he release from police custody with zamin. Uncle ramesh money mind. Therefore rajalakshmi life is no end. So decide the case that is true by annamalai at tirukovilur

I being a fan of your serial stories have been watching your serials from 3 yrs and i like them alot. I never miss any episode but now a days its getting very irritated to watch the same story again and again. I am talking about your new serial kundali bhagya. I love that serial but mam pls do some changes in the story. In that serial Prithvi and shirlin are continuously beating karan and pritha after all their sense. Mam pls do some change so that public will not get bore. Please its a request from ur serial fan.

We may put court complaints against too much exaggerated stories of prime time dramas.that causes mental stress and we can prove medically that these type of negative twists in stories all the time disturb emotional and mental peace. We are not taking name of any particular serial.everytime we watch with hope of goodness and relaxation but every time there is mental chaos which they call twists.we are here to relax ourselves mentally and physically not for apprehension. Those people who are involved in such negative twists should be punished

Horrible after sales support by zee5, i subscribed to their premium content and could not view their content. I provided them the invoice, and they told me i am not registered user with them. I provided them proof that i am a registered user (How can i not be registered when they are sending me emails to my personal email id. Yet after more than 48 hrs of raising the ticket #401701 there has been no resolution. As a frustrated ott consumer - resorting to this now - hope a consumers pleas are taken notice of by a renowned media house.

‘hamari bahu silk’ an upcoming serial ad dialogue is offending and un appropriate.
The dialogue is ‘’ye jism pyar karna ni janta, janta hai to sirf bhookh jism ki bhookh’’
The serial is promoting nudity.
As programs are not only watched by a particular group or ages people, but together with the families.
It is highly requested you to remove this ad or serial either.
Work should be done in priority based.

Currently, siya is shown as a dark complexioned lady and she refers herself as being ugly comparing to manmohini. Such a reputed channel and promoting discrimination.
How is it possible that such a content is being promoted when it can affect the minds of many.
Pulling us back to the old ages.
Serials have a responsibility. Episode 131... Or 131 or couple of episodes before... Where jhumri comes to the palace she too accuses the girl as being dark and certain nicknaming.
The content needs to improve. Didn't expect this from a reputed show and channel.

In the episode of kumkum bhagya aired on may 22, 2019, it is shown that doctors are refusing treatment till fir is made fearing it is an accident case. But according to a law by supreme court passed no doctor or hospital can refuse the treatment of a patient or make the patient wait till fir is made. By showing such a thing on a popular show watched by so many people, a wrong message is being delivered. Instead of making people aware about such laws in our country, they are being misguided. Such a shameful act on the part of the production unit just to increase the length and trp of their show.

I have paid an amount of rs 99 for the movie subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through mobikwik on 21/5/19 and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through mobikwik end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.
I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response.

Hi. We are watching zeetv serials for long but recently found 2 -3 years back. These serials are not entertaining, relaxing rather causing emotional disturbance showing goons troubling elderly mothers. We want peace, jovial and relaxing entertaining serials. Being in medical line i can prove scientifically that these type of disturbing and overstretched stories are causing ill effects on health of viewers. Kindly reform.
