I purchased a one month all access subscription of zee5, however I was not able access their premium content on my TV through amazon fire TV stick. I sent them a mail with screen shots but no response after that which is disgusting. Will have to consumer redressal in the next step.

Purchased 99 RS subscription of zee 5 premium through paytm wallet, it's showing transaction successful but cannot view premium videos on app, there was a error on zee app like it got cancelled, so please check and activate premium or return money .thanks

I have taken subscription in Zee 5 to see kundali bhagya before 24 hrs but it never came on time today is 28 and they r still showing 26 is the last ...tn for wt should I pay for Zee 5? And it is not only this time... every time this happens...other tn kundali bhagya all serials are in time...and we r not satisfied with new Karan π
