I ordered a tv cabinet on cod but couldn't find any tracking details. On calling customer care in watsapp I am seeing blue ticks but not giving proper response to me . Don't know how to cancel the order also.

    It's absolute money n time waste. I ordered AC for 28000(only 5000 less from main price from Amazon), delivered after ten days, fine. They said it's completely verified by technician before dispatch and 100% in excellent condition. They said they won't send technician for installation so I hired from urbanclap. AC is installed (delivery charges 1500+installation charges 1500). Now AC is not running as there is whole to gas pipeline inside. So gas went away, (2500rs extra spent to refill gas again), extra 1000 for denting the hole, fortunately nothing burned. Now if I wanted to return, again installation charges and dismantle charges will be wasted and reinstallation charges and delivery charges will be wasted. To fix gas issue 3500 to ac guy. Omg, zefo fooled me every possible way, infact played with me like above.
    No response to any customer service number.
    Later after 3days they called me and said" they can't do anything, it's returnable only in 3days and can't pay compensation too". So they fooled and looted my money. Never ever buy things from this gozefo/quicker which is fooling everyone as if it's an organized company but it's fraud company. Especially AC and fridge kind electric goods, never buy from them. They are not minor repairs they r having major repairs and troubles which won't be fixed at all.

      Order id- 345428. Website took the order, disabled my login post that apparently dur to tech issue which is persistent since last 15days. Delivery ETA was shown 2-3 days. But on contacting their support they told it will take 10-15days due to some issue with vendor.

      Their customer support is extremely unresponsive.

        I have ordered a 4 door wardrobe from Zefo, Horrible customer service where the customer care number itself does not work. And after numerous follow up, the carpenters have come to assemble and then refused to assemble it stating there is not enough space in my house, this was first shocker, i don't know what kind of carpenters are they. And i was promised by Sathish Kumar who is only available via chat from Zefo, informed the item will be picked up today, for which till now i did not get any update and call regarding the pick up, i am tired sending out mails and follow ups, now even the the only customer executive sathish is also not attending my mails. i am stuck here with out any help.

          We have been mailing you guys since 1month about the product king size bed which was broken and damag from my husband mail id (shushant.[protected]@rediffmail.com) and told you guys to take it back but it has not been resolved till now such a poor service, not expected that from you guys, I have purchased from zefo in delhi and my experience was amazing but after that I don't think will ever do any business with zefo worst and pathetic service

            My pickup was done on 17 julu as tje product delivered was not tje one i order.i have ordered brand new product but got with defects mattress.my refund amount was 5055 but only got 1798 today.

              Worst customer service, Poor delivery, You have to contact them on mail only no call provision, They will not respond against the WhatsApp number shared, At one point of time they will stop responding against the mail, All the promises they make are simply fake. I have ordered bed from there sir queen size order date[protected] at that moment they were showing deliver date[protected], we didn't received on 12th so called them in which they told to write mail after discussion product was delivered on 17th July, after delivery with in 24 hours installation person has to come for assembly, till date he didn't came. We assembled it by our self we found that base plate of bed is missing we wrote mail to team First we were asking for return as fitment was poor but due to non availability of packaging we requested to please check and share feedback against the base plate. Return request was initiated which is not closed till day neither any feedback against base plate is received till day.

                Hi,

                I had ordered a dining table worth 19000 via Gozefo. Order number of the same is 737756. Which got delivered on 29th July 2021.

                No one visited from the company so I did installation by myself. On 3rd August I realised that there are termites in the table due to which I started seeing the structural damage. Spending 19000 for a table which has termites is not worth. Everyday I see termites damaging the table and I clean it.

                Have raised a complaint with them over email on 6th July 202 but no action has been taken from their side yet.

                I request this forum to take a strong action and help me out on this issue.

                  I had placed an order with Zefo for a bed, wardrobe and a shoerack.. I'm the delivery of items was delayed... after multiple follow up, the zefo team finally delivered the order 3 days after the committed date of delivery.. for the past one week, I have been following up with the zefo team for getting their installation team at my residence for installing the furniture.. there has been response from their side... they hardly care to respond to my mails as well.. their installation team had been making fake commitments and finally they have now stopped responding to my calls... I had earlier raised one complaint with respect to the delay in delivery of items...this is the 2nd complaint being raised for the same order ...

                        I had placed an order of a bed, wardrobe and a shoerack.. the payment was made through UPI.. however it has been more than 3 days since the order confirmation is awaited ..
                        There has been no communication from Zefo contact center.. the watsapp number is not reposting to calls or messages.. I have already raised a complaint .

                          I had ordered a chair on 23rd June, and made payment as it was mentioned that it will be received before 27th June. When I dint receive till 27th i had emailed them and a person called satish has called and informed me that it woul be delivered with in 2 days. But I dint receive, so mailed them again and same person called me and told it will be delivered before 4th july. There is no call back number and I am not receiving any email response nor getting the product delivered. I want my order to be delivered ASAP or cancel my order and refund it.

                          Please cancel this order and refund the amount at the earliest. I don’t want any sort of services from zefo. They are not professional and don’t have curtesy to respond back to their customer.
                          Nothing has happened so far. Zefo is not trustworthy and they are not cancelling the product. They are more than frauds. Pleas help me to cancel and refund my product

                              WhatsApp number not responding, Mailed not properly respond. I buy a fridge on 17th and till date no one bother, where is my product. Payment already done. But no proper reply from their side. It's too much delay from zefo services. Too much delay, customer care not listen what u feels.

                                  I am waiting for the installation since May 3rd. I do understand due to lockdown it was delayed for a month. however, ever after multiple followups i havent received a single call for the installation.

                                  I just get emails saying you will recieve a call back and apologies for whatever happened.

                                  I dont want your apologies. i want installation of my cupborad to be done ASAP.

                                  There is no response to my emails since two days. only false promises since a month
