I had placed order for 3 items on April 4th n chose weekend delivery. I got just one item delivered the other 2 sofa and Dining Table is not delivered and I am not getting any update from zefo. I have paid for it already. I need someone to look into this on priority basis and deliver the item asap.

I have ordered sofa few weeks back and it is still not delivered. There is no customer care to contact. Someone called me stating sofa will be delivered but no one delivered. This is really upsetting and it been weeks we do not have a sofa. Please refund the money at least if you can't deliver. Such pathetic service. No one to reach out to as well. No customer care nothing.

I ordered TV cabinet which I received after 3 weeks follow up. The delivery guys just opened & kept, left telling installation will be done by different team. The money has been taken & still no response for installation. The customer care number doesn’t work. No proper support. They are cheating in the name of brand.

Placed an order on 10.02.21 and the amount of 34000 has been debited but still no update neither can i get in touch with the team at zefo! It has been frustrating. No option to cancel. Really scared i have been robbed.

Sofa which I bought from zefo got damaged within 2 months so need a urgent solution for it.my order number is 328628.kindly do a solution as soon as possible.

I placed an online order for an office chair worth rs 3411 on Jan 22nd at which point it showed the delivery date as Feb 4th. I receive a call from a guy on Feb 1st who said the chair will be shipped from Bangalore which will take 2 days and then it will take another 7 days to deliver it to my address. It was confirmed to me that the order will be delivered by Feb 9th.

Got a call on Feb 9th to schedule delivery of the product for Feb 10th b/w 12pm and 3pm. It's Feb 11th and I still dont have the product nor have I heard back from them. The customer service no. does not get you connected to any1. Only way to reach out was through emails but that hasnt helped as well.

I've emailed them multiple times but all I get is a generic response. In my last email I've asked them to cancel the order and initiate refund but havent heard back. This is definitely a sham and strict action needs to be taken against them.

I have placed the order on 25JAN 2021. Still now i didnt get any update regarding this . even though i have sent email, tried to contact them on the provided number, also informed team through the chat option. no feedback received still now.

I purchased a bed and a wardrobe on the 23rd of December. (order no- 333703 and 721877) The same were delivered on 25th december. The bed was immediately assembled but the wardrobe has not been assembled till now. The carpentar who came to assemble the bed refused to do it saying he needsanother carpenat as it would take more than 2 hours to do so . After that I have been unable to contact anybody in Gozefo

Please note that though we have received our order, two office tables, but none of them have been installed as the delivery guys didn’t have appropriate tools. We may want to return one table as there are lot scratches i.e. Simply study table by hometown, the delivery guy told everything will be taken care of. Now nobody is reachable. Order no. Is 333468.

I bought an office chair from these frauds which broke in a few weeks.
After that they tried fixing it twice. They couldn't. Now they have picked up the chair again and are now saying it's fixed. I don't trust them because they said the same thing last two times as well. I am asking them to either replace it or refund my money so that I can buy from somewhere else. Can you please help escalate?

Ordered a sofa set but the delivery date is not getting scheduled for weeks now. Customer care no also not working. No replies to mails either.

I have purchased Recliner on 08.012.2020 but till date not received any phone call or not delivered recliner. Since 30 days, when Iam going to complaint, always received recorded message "within two days our representative will be call to you"

Its very sad to hear that your service is so bad, I have heard good reviews about your service thats the reason I bought your product.

Its almost 6 days that I had complained about my washing machine and till now no one has responded.

Its very disappointing and I feel I should not recommend your brand to any of my known cirlce.

Request you to please send someone by today or by tomorrow .

The buying experience on the website went quite good but the actual delivery experience didn't quite match up.

The delivery guy called up asking for and exact location link on whatsapp,

I was out of india, and asked him to contact my mom who was there alone at home.
I live in a bit of crowded area in the south mumbai and the delivery guy refused to come and deliver it to our house.
He constantly rang up my mom, and said that I'm waiting at the end of the road, and you need to pick up your order ( a 324L Refrigerator) and he won't come and deliver to my home. He also asked the floor, and if the building had a lift.
When a person is out to deliver a Refrigerator, one will expect he has hands to carry it.
If he was'nt equipped to deliver it, why did he take up this job ??
Fortunately my uncle was at home who then took some help of local porters and a handcart and carried the refrigerator from the main road to the street where I live and then to my house on the 3rd floor. (the additional costing was beared by myself)

When a person order online, he expects the item to be delivered to him home.
I have had many deliveries done at home, I was'nt expecting this kind of delivery service on your behalf.
I had paid all the necessary charges online prehand.
How can one expect this kind of service from a delivery person who does'nt deliver at your doorstep.

I would like you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it and I need feedback from your side asap.

My order no. 331249 was cancelled from your end yesterday citing non delivery to the location, Shimla. Will you please confirm how and when are you going to refund my money.

I placed an order worth 12k on November 27 with full payment. The delivery date was supposed to be December 3. In the app, it still says delivery unscheduled.

I mailed them. No response.
I called them. It's an automated response asking me to mail them.
I WhatsApped them. They have seen the message and still hasn't responded.
I went to two of their offices. They are closed permanently.

I don't know anything aboyt the status of my order.
