I have ordered sofa few weeks back and it is still not delivered. There is no customer care to contact. Someone called me stating sofa will be delivered but no one delivered. This is really upsetting and it been weeks we do not have a sofa. Please refund the money at least if you can't deliver. Such pathetic service. No one to reach out to as well. No customer care nothing....

I ordered TV cabinet which I received after 3 weeks follow up. The delivery guys just opened & kept, left telling installation will be done by different team. The money has been taken & still no response for installation. The customer care number doesn’t work. No proper support. They are cheating in the name of brand....

Placed an order on 10.02.21 and the amount of 34000 has been debited but still no update neither can i get in touch with the team at zefo! It has been frustrating. No option to cancel. Really scared i have been robbed.

        I placed an online order for an office chair worth rs 3411 on Jan 22nd at which point it showed the delivery date as Feb 4th. I receive a call from a guy on Feb 1st who said the chair will be shipped from Bangalore which will take 2 days and then it will take another 7 days to deliver it to my address. It was confirmed to me that the order will be delivered by Feb 9th.

        Got a call on Feb 9th to schedule delivery of the product...

          I purchased a bed and a wardrobe on the 23rd of December. (order no- 333703 and 721877) The same were delivered on 25th december. The bed was immediately assembled but the wardrobe has not been assembled till now. The carpentar who came to assemble the bed refused to do it saying he needsanother carpenat as it would take more than 2 hours to do so . After that I have been unable to contact anybody in Gozefo

            Hello,

            Please note that though we have received our order, two office tables, but none of them have been installed as the delivery guys didn’t have appropriate tools. We may want to return one table as there are lot scratches i.e. Simply study table by hometown, the delivery guy told everything will be taken care of. Now nobody is reachable. Order no. Is 333468.

              I bought an office chair from these frauds which broke in a few weeks.
              After that they tried fixing it twice. They couldn't. Now they have picked up the chair again and are now saying it's fixed. I don't trust them because they said the same thing last two times as well. I am asking them to either replace it or refund my money so that I can buy from somewhere else. Can you please help escalate?

                    Its very sad to hear that your service is so bad, I have heard good reviews about your service thats the reason I bought your product.

                    Its almost 6 days that I had complained about my washing machine and till now no one has responded.

                    Its very disappointing and I feel I should not recommend your brand to any of my known cirlce.

                          I placed an order worth 12k on November 27 with full payment. The delivery date was supposed to be December 3. In the app, it still says delivery unscheduled.

                          I mailed them. No response.
                          I called them. It's an automated response asking me to mail them.
                          I WhatsApped them. They have seen the message and still hasn't responded.
                          I went to two of their offices. They are closed permanently.

                          I don't know anything aboyt the status of my order.

                            Hi,

                            I bought a cabinet from Zefo (order no. 329030) trusting Zefo, which was delivered to me on 6th Nov, and the person who came to deliver gave me the no. [protected] for installation/assebling, but no one attends that no. and now is the 3rd day, no one has come to fit the same and the packets are lying unopened without any use.

                            Kindly arrange for fitting by 9th Nov, else kindly arrange for return of the item.
