I forwarded documents to zerodha kochi office for account opening on 24 july 2020, after receiving they told they will be dispatching the documents to bangalore office and i tried contacting the office but i didn't got any proper replay. The kochi office told that they already sent the documents to bangalore. Now getting more than 2 weeks. Till now i didnt received any mail /sms or call.
I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and pls give an update at the earliest.

    All of sudden my TPIN stopped working, after multiple queries they asked for documents. i sent all documents by courier/ e-mail but still they did processed it from last 2 weeks.
    It has been 25 days and i am not able to talk to their customer care, there is always one automated message that we will get back to you.
    I am not able to sell my own stocks from last 3 weeks. It is causing significant loss everyday. attached is the also picture of multiple tickets raised in their system, they keep closing the tickets without solving it. Extremely poor customer service, using covid situation to justify delay from their side while they are able to launch mutual fund even during covid times and invite new account applications.

      I have opened the account in the month of march 2020. As per company policy, it takes approx 2-3 days for the account verification and hence provides access after that. I had to use my son's account to create a ticket and then follow up for evidence! It took approx 2 months to provide me the access! I didn't say anything but when i sent courier for nominee for my account in spite of taking risks during this crisis to send couriers for myself and for my son. They did so much drama and asked me to send the courier receipt for further assistance! I had to go back to the office to get all the details they require during this crisis!

      After giving all details they said, we have taken at a higher priority and finally, after three months they said that we lost the form. They asked me to send the courier again if you want the nominee to be updated! How cruel action it was. I have suggested an alternate way for their mistake is, i can write an email and if you require physical forms for nominee update then ask your representative to visit my place and thus get all the formalities required from your end! We won't bear any further chargers for all this!

      This is the fourth month running and until today no response from their end! They are literally wasting my time! Please help!

        My name is Lalit Rahi I tried to open demat account with my name and bank account and I call your number they said if your adhar card is not linked with your phone number you can't open account online I said OK than i tried to open account of my sister I admit details and submitted account opening fees also and I tried many times to upload documents on your site but it's not uploading after several hours I unable to open my demat account. If your site is that terrible why you given option of opening online account now I don't want to open my account with this pathetic service I want my refund as soon as possible.

          On 16th april paid money to zerodha (Pay_ef1ax5l7yd9ige) for trading account, and shared all the documents to them. Till now i didn't get any update from zerodha. I think my trading account and covid -19 vaccination will come together.

              I purchased a delivery stock of worth 191.40 on 15th june 2020 after deducting the balance was 101.70. When i checked my balance after a while it was 90.60. As i am new in this field i thought that it may be tax deduction. But i was astonished when i checked my balance today ie on 20th june 2020 it was 00 although today there is no trade going on moreover i did no trade during these three days. Please enquire into the fact.

              Hey, on Saturdays the exchanges hold a mock trading session during which we test our systems, deploy updates etc. During this period, fund balances might not be visible and post the end of the mock session they will be updated.                 Zerodha team,
                My id has been generated three days ago, but while trading in options it is showing that - this segment is not enabled in my account.

                During account opening i had paid rs 500 for all the segments, then why this issue...???

                Kindly resolve it asap.

                      I have paid 300 rupees on 1st june for the purpose of account opening but it was too late to create my account opening. So i created my account from upstox pro. Now i am requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you sir.

                                  I want to close my account, but zerodha is not responding and helping in this process. All their head offices are closed so it's not possible to send them physical form. Whereas they want us to fill form in ms word and esign it with digio, but digio charges 50rs for esign with adhaar card. But by sebi account closing process is free. Whereas in angel broking we just send an email and they close our account. Worst service by zerodha i'll not recommend it to anyone.
