I made a transaction of 23, 000 /- INR to my Zerodha account PS4989 on June 08, 2021. Transaction was successful through GPay, but I'm unable to find the amount in my zerodha kite account.

I had verified it with GPay and it was successful and amount received to Zerodha Merchant.
Kindly check the amount at Zerodha and revert back the amount to my bank account.

Please take necessary action to money back.

    Incorrect invested amount and incorrect average prices

    Address: BANGALORE

    In Holdings my total invested amount is showing as Rs 1, 51, 751/-.
    In console invested amount is showing as Rs 3, 00, 607/-.

    I have transferred some of the shares to another Demat account, the total amount of transferred shares is not being reflected in console.

    I have raised this query in their support portal on 15 mar 2021 with ticket no #[protected] still query has not been resolved.

    My id is AT2149 I bought 2 shares of symphony at the price of 1116 but now it is showing 1219 they are not picking up my calls neither they are replying to my raised ticket

      Ideally my overall account balance under Equity segment should be around 2.6 Lakhs including open positions ( only current value considered) but it is now relfecting ONLY 1.80 Lakhs only.

      I am facing the same issue and they neither reverting on support email. The amount of profit is more and there is a big difference in the P&L. I could figure out exact number as I have a track record of each transaction in my documents.

        Hi,
        I got bad experience with zerodha.

        I have raised a segment activation request on may 3rd May 2021, till 7th may 2021 they haven't enabled.

        On 6th May 2021 I received email which mention that my segment activation request approved and I can take trade within 24 hours.
        But even after mail I am unable to take trade.

        But when i start trading : this exchange segment is not enabled for your account. Enable by visiting: zrd. Sh/add-segment

        I can understand in this covid-19 employees are working from home. Takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect/approve.

        I have raise a ticket but no any response.

        IF you can not resolve the issue then, provide the refund of account opening fees.

          I have planned on opening account in Zerodha & have also paid account opening fee of Rs.300, but later decided to stop process & haven't even completed account process yet.

          When calling with Zerodha customer care after two unsuccessful days with no response they picked up & the response that I get is "you will not be refunded" & I was shocked. What is purpose of deducting account opening charge If I haven't even opened my account ?

          I am want refund of my rs.300 thats it.

            Hi

            on 23 april 28000 rs was debited from my State bank account for sip. But it is not yet credited to Zerodha.
            On contacting Zerodha they are saying please reach out to zerodha customer.
            Please look into this on priority .

              I placed a cover order in Zerodha for 500 quantity . My trade was profitable up to 45 thousand but the order was stuck in spite of my squaring off. I lost a huge sum .. this is the second time happening. I want to reclaim my loss.

                Zerodha deleted my delivery shares from my portfolio..

                "zerodha has fraudulent my account many times. I have 200 types of companies shares in my portfolio. It is difficult to remember and focus on everyone. But I once took delivery of some share of the symphony and two days later the shares of the symphony disappeared from my portfolio when I Did not sell them. Then I tried to complain in zerodha, he did not pick up the phone. Then I complained on Twitter, then my problem...

                On 24th feb NSE site crash i have purchased intraday 960share of tata motors in NSE ...but 3:15pm NSE not working so zerodha see 960 share from BSE delivery that is not in my account. How can they sell without that share in our account. Due to this i incured loss of 15000rs.

                      I had opened a ticket on 20-Jan for incorrect account opening and double charging issue it's more than 2 months but issue of double charging is still not resolved. I was charged 2 times for opening 1 account i.e Rs. 400 paid by cheque and Rs 200 online. My id is LV8557. Your service and support is absolutely regretful. Request you to please close my account and refund my Rs 600/-.

                        I submitted my trading account application 20 days back, after the initial raise of the issue that the passbook pic was not clear, I reuploaded them. Each day am calling them but, an interesting fact only those who are existing customer can get in contact with sales executives.
                        The executive does not pick up calls or reply over email. I used my friend's customer support number to talk to the sales executive and was informed that the application was not even sent for evaluation and is been kept in their system. Even it has been more than 4 days since then and no sign of login to be shared

                            Account opening Fee Refund Issue

                            I am a NRI. I tried opening a Zerodha account online. It's only after I made the payment and moving to the next page to sign the declaration, I realised that it is only for residents. As I am a NRI, I did not proceed further and raised a ticket instantly seeking help to get the refund back. I promptly received a call from Zerodha sales team.                             On 24th when NSE halted zerodha squared off my mis position in bse without my consent if that can be done why not given us the opportunity to square off manually ...due to price fluctuation i have lost 1.2lakh which is huge amount #boycottzerodha #zerodhascam #zerodha

                                  I wanted a joint account so I sent physical forms and a cheque of Rs 400 as advised by your sales person Silpa. Then I got an SMS from zerodha saying there are few things missing and asked me to provide them online. There was a link in sms and I followed it. There I was again asked to pay Rs 200. So now I have 2 problem 1) I paid 2 times i.e Rs 400 by cheque and Rs. 200 online. Please refund my double paid money. 2) the account opened is a single account while I wanted joint account. I logged this on their support portal and there is no response for more than 2 weeks now inspite of continuous follow up. Phone lines just rings and no one picks phone and absolutely no courtesy of call back.
