Rs.75k Money transferred through UPI to zerodha account but not reflecting in fund balance. The support call person had no information other than the information I provided. Replied saying we will get back. No proper response other than to wait. Also created a ticket with supporting documents. Received automated reply. Loggin in for Zerodha attention through this. It is not early to call for poor service atleast for traders....

Only when opening an account do one get customer service. For enquiries the customer support is really very very poor. One only gets recorded messages, no one answers the call to help with our queries.

I had opened Dmat and trading account with zerodha on 16th May 2021. But there were 2 failed transactions worth INR 300 each. Out of them, only 1 transaction of INR 300 got refunded back to me. I made a transaction of 23, 000 /- INR to my Zerodha account PS4989 on June 08, 2021. Transaction was successful through GPay, but I'm unable to find the amount in my zerodha kite account.
I had verified it with GPay and it was successful and amount received to Zerodha Merchant.
Kindly check the amount at Zerodha and revert back the amount to my bank account.

My id is AT2149 I bought 2 shares of symphony at the price of 1116 but now it is showing 1219 they are not picking up my calls neither they are replying to my raised ticket...
Ideally my overall account balance under Equity segment should be around 2.6 Lakhs including open positions ( only current value considered) but it is now relfecting ONLY 1.80 Lakhs only.
I have raised a segment activation request on may 3rd May 2021, till 7th may 2021 they haven't enabled.
On 6th May 2021 I received email which mention that my segment activation request approved and I can take trade within 24 hours.
But even after mail I am unable to take trade.
But when i start trading : this exchange segment is not enabled...
