I want to complaint about the Sale caller

I'm Complaint against to the sale caller name as Kumari Neha, the way of talking with the customer is very rude behaviour, don't have manners to speak at all, kindly plz change person or refund my amount... She is the one the most laziest person ever I seen......

Funds not reflected

Transferred an amount of Rs. 20000/- (PI4319) via googlepay. Amount not reflected in my trading account. Raised a ticket and the service replied that it has been successfully transferred and credited to my trading account. Whereas till now it has not been added to my T.Account. Replied that the issue has not been resolved. But no reply. Should i write a complaint to SEBI?...

KITE API Token Problems

Hi,
While I pay an assured amount of 2000 Rs / month to get an API call, it is hardly 8-10 days in a month that I am able to connect due to your server load.
But then, if I pay the assured amount, you need to provide me an assured token/connection for my app.
Here is the stack trace that I continuously get at the peak hours of trading, when I need it most.

Kindly resolve this matter asap. My credentials...

Rs 300 debited from my Account through Pay phone vide T21071218 20083635003350 on 12 Jul 21

Sir I have applied to open the account on my wife name Ranjna Kumari whose PAN no is CNFPK4731A.I have deposited fee Rs 300 vide above-mentioned details.Amount was deducted from my pay phone [protected]@ybl vide above details but account opening option is not showing.Request to do the needful at the earliest.

Its the 4th time Im facing this problem, whenever I try to exit the position I go to exit and place the sell order, and I surprised to see a new buy order got executed and I will be holding both the orders instead of exiting the position and by the time I will incurring with heavy loss, as most of the time it happened with the option trading. When I executed sell order I place limit or SL-Limit, I never placed SL at the entry or GTT. I complained...

Documents collected but account not opened for months

It’s impossible to go through all the mismanagement and customer negligence we have experienced from Zerodha so I would try to make it brief.



First experience:

We applied for a corporate account for our company on March 9th, 2021, Since then till April 5th, 2021 it was a nightmare of 20+ email back and forth, not receiving responses to email for 8-10 days, asking for same documents over and over again, falsely...

Regarding Delivery Charges

Sir, I delivered only one quantity of India mart.
According to zerodha calculator P&L is 23.4 Rs.
But in my account it seems only 2 Rs.
So please consider my request.

Monay transferred to zerodha but not reflecting in Zerodha fund Balance.

Rs.75k Money transferred through UPI to zerodha account but not reflecting in fund balance. The support call person had no information other than the information I provided. Replied saying we will get back. No proper response other than to wait. Also created a ticket with supporting documents. Received automated reply. Loggin in for Zerodha attention through this. It is not early to call for poor service atleast for traders....

Poor customer service

Only when opening an account do one get customer service. For enquiries the customer support is really very very poor. One only gets recorded messages, no one answers the call to help with our queries.

Deducted my balance

On 17th june 2021 i bought silvermic(MIS) and my balance was 9444 i wanted to convert from MIS to NRML so i added funds of 5000 and converted position next day my funds were deducted and my opening balance was 11802 on 18th june. I want my funds back when i have converted my position how can they deduct?...

Zerodha account opening failed transactions

I had opened Dmat and trading account with zerodha on 16th May 2021. But there were 2 failed transactions worth INR 300 each. Out of them, only 1 transaction of INR 300 got refunded back to me. But 2nd one is still not refunded inspite of raising complaint in last week of May 2021. Today it has been more than a month and still that failed amount of 300 is not refunded. I have complete evidence as per my attachment here. Please refund my INR...

Money I added through GPay not reflecting in my Kite trading account

I made a transaction of 23, 000 /- INR to my Zerodha account PS4989 on June 08, 2021. Transaction was successful through GPay, but I'm unable to find the amount in my zerodha kite account.

I had verified it with GPay and it was successful and amount received to Zerodha Merchant.
Kindly check the amount at Zerodha and revert back the amount to my bank account.

Please take necessary action to money back.br...

Incorrect invested amount and incorrect average prices

In Holdings my total invested amount is showing as Rs 1, 51, 751/-.
In console invested amount is showing as Rs 3, 00, 607/-.

I have transferred some of the shares to another Demat account, the total amount of transferred shares is not being reflected in console.

I have raised this query in their support portal on 15 mar 2021 with ticket no #[protected] still query has not been resolved.

Zerodha is showing average price of my purchased shares wrong

My id is AT2149 I bought 2 shares of symphony at the price of 1116 but now it is showing 1219 they are not picking up my calls neither they are replying to my raised ticket...

Incorrect Overall Account Balance, Profit & Loss is reflecting

Ideally my overall account balance under Equity segment should be around 2.6 Lakhs including open positions ( only current value considered) but it is now relfecting ONLY 1.80 Lakhs only.

Regarding Segment Activation Request

Hi,
I got bad experience with zerodha.

I have raised a segment activation request on may 3rd May 2021, till 7th may 2021 they haven't enabled.

On 6th May 2021 I received email which mention that my segment activation request approved and I can take trade within 24 hours.
But even after mail I am unable to take trade.

But when i start trading : this exchange segment is not enabled...
