    This informs you that my trading account in Zarodha application . I booked 1 lot in IRFC's IPO via Google pay. On 29 January 2021, 575 shares of IRFC were allotted to me, which I see in my application.
    On Jan 29, 2 payments of 14950/- from my account have been debit of 14950, whose narration is this

    UPI_ASBA_IRFC_[protected]/DT26012021 Rs-14950/-

    Hence I presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount 14950/- to the account.

      Hi,

      As, IDFC first bank only works with Zerodha for PIS NRE demat account, i have submitted all application forms filled and all supporting documents attested by my local bank and submitted. Now, the support agent need the name of the person and designation stamp of the bank person who is attesting. Thats impossible as Bank follows its own procedure to validate documents with originals and attested. Can someone in Zerodha with higher autorities handle this ticket as escalated.

        I have transfered Rs. 10000/ on 19/01/21 via IMPS still fund's are reflecting in zaroda account not being refund to my ICICI bank account.
        I spoke to customer care office on 20/01/21 he promised that due to system failure amount us reflecting however same will credited bank to your ICICI account by end of the day 20/1/21, amount is not reflecting in ICICI Bank nor in zaroda account. Where are my funds.

        Due to that I could not do trading on 22/01/21 I had huge loss.. I want compassion 2, 00000 and my principles amount. Zaroda customer is useless we hold phone more thee hour.. No call back system. If we call them we to hold phone more then two hours and listen there music.
        Pathetic service.

        Pls find attached reference from ICICI bank for 10000/

          I couldn't provide supporting document like Check and failed to open the account. They are not ready to refund. I feel Zerodha is cheating people by asking money first. If you can't get any document, it's gone. Money payment should be the last step. These guys found a new way to make money. This is Zerodha's ticket number: Ticket #[protected]

            My client ID NG8684

            On 2nd day of trading i open trade with 963.52rupees on 1Jan 2021 in MIS and booked profit of 19.9 rupees but even after deduction of your brokerage charges of 13.6 rupees I was in profit of about 6 rupees with total net funds of about 969.60 rupees but now my funds are 949.90 rupees...which is about 20 rupee less Can you guys explain is there any hidden charges and why did you deducted it
            are you doing this to every customer are you trying to grab money away! !!

                    I wanted to revoke my POA and I created a ticket in Zerodha Console. I was told by the executive that I need to submit the POA Revocation form and it would take up to 5 working days to get the POA Revoked.

                    The POA Revocation form was delivered to Zerodha Bangalore on 11th November. My POA is not revoked yet and there has been no response to my queries.

                      Client ID: KN7156 I bought an options contract BANKNIFTY20N1927700PE on 13/Nov/2020 and placed GTT sell with a specified target price. The GTT sell has been triggered and it shows in the GTT orders section as Triggered. The position was still open in my holdings and it felt like it will settle EOD, but it did not.
                      Due to the confusion caused by Zerodha, I ended up losing 80, 000/- Rupees despite having the time during that intraday session.

                            I am continuously getting payment request on bhim upi for zerodha account.
                            I am not user of zerodha so why I get the reuqest.
                            Why the phone number is not verified before adding into zerodha. This is common validation any company would do for financial transaction.
                            I believe this is internal scam by zerodha company for looting people.
                            Govt should block this company and fine criminal case against it.

                              Hi,
                              Today I was on a short trade for Axis bank. I Sold 250 stocks at 470rs and wanted to exit the order at maximum lowest. The LTP was around 465 which would have got me a profit of 1.1k. But I was unable to exit the order as I received a message saying the server not ready.

                              Now LTP is around 470 back.

                                Zerodha is not hearing my complaints since 1 month. I have registered so many complaints and also reached their customer care but they did not respond at all. All my registered complaints are pending till date.

                                They have provided me the wrong lot size of a contract in mcx traidng for which i have registered below complaints :

                                So i decided to come here and register a complaint against zerodha for a fraud with their customers and not hearing their complaints neither they provide any solution regarding this.

                                      New account id od8103. This broker provides online account opening facility with photograph capture and aadhar link for various purposes and finally the account is opened quickly. However in my case in spite of my photograph and i am being a male, my profile show i am female. It looks funny how this has happened and can the company justify this.

                                        Zero dha is having worst customer care. The phone no given are are dumb and it lays music only and no one receives even if we hold the phone for 30 min.
                                        Please look into it mr kamath. Only money making is not the solution.
