After rigrous followup of 3 months and registering complaint, now the account is deactivated
But now even i am not able to login to zerodha account, even though the account is not closed
Now i placed request for rematerilization of mutual fund, it has been 1 month
And i am not able to get any update
Whenever you call them they will say you will get a callback from a concerned department, and no call back is received
What kind of call center is this, nobody has any idea, same answer is for every request.
If they charge less brokerage, they are compensating with other things definately
Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ankushchawla03 I got a update from the Zerodha, but why I need to reach consumer complaint forum for every complaints, why do not you take the tickets and customer call seriously.
