I submitted my account opening application on march 15 and the account is not yet created afterv5 days, i raised ticket, called and followed up multiple times daily, sent multiple emails but no response. I was charged for account opening even before my account was opened, please create account immediately otherwise refund my money.in the website the account opening time is provided as 48 to 72 hours, but no response at all until now. I understand due to covid-19 your team is working remotely, but is should not delay the deliverables. I too work remotely but it's not stopping me to stop deliverables. Pease try to understand the disappointed and resolve the issue immediately without providing further reasons.
