account not opening since march 21st

I have been trying to open account with Zerodha since 21st Mar and uploaded all the requisite documents on 22nd Mar, but till now my account has not been opened. Now, the status is showing as " Reallocation". God knows what that means. The Zerodha support as always not picking the call. Logged a ticket [protected] as well....

I have zerodha account client id lv6291. I have bought 5 shares at price of rs. 132.20 and sell same shares at price of rs. 134.05 in intraday trading [dated 01.04.2020]. Gross profit was rs.9.25. As per zerodha calculator, total charges should be 0.34 but rs. 6.35 was collected towards charge which is contradicted their own policy.

On the 2nd hand, remaining net realized profit is not added to my fund....

square off 2 nifty lots without proper intimations.

Zerodha has recently squared off my 2 x nifty may future lots, without giving a notice and has incurred me a huge loss.

2 lots of nifty future may squared off on 23/03

Had purchased 2 x nifty futures (May expiry) at the following prices.
~10, 000 x lot 1
~8, 850 x lot 1
Why were all of the 2 lots squared off on 23rd mar.?

Due to this i'm at a loss of 2.6lacs,

On 18th march i had taken a buy nrml position in infratel march futures which i was unable to square off due to there trading platform showing trading temporarily stopped in this particular segment. I had done account opening process, i got msg like "we are operating under our covid-19 contingency plan for business continuity and the safety of our team. Over 1200 members of our team are working from their homes. Due to this and an increased inflow of account opening forms, the account opening can take up to an additional 72 hours" ;

My i'd is zv4736, i had sufficient margin for positional trade, in carryover trade of crude when price tumble i putted to it lower circuit to exit but it's not done & autosqare off done at such price to maximize losses, my all margin become zero & balance went negative. As i had full margin then why i should pay negative & penal charges, so take action as soon for a normal citizen...

zerodha account user id not received.. after 72 hrs

I have paid 200/- on 16th of march but the account is not yet opened. I've raised multiple tickets, i've called the customer care and they said even we're waiting for the response from the backend team. Each and every day i'm staring at my mail to get the confirmation. Not able to talk to customer care. Nobody taking responsibility to open my account. Please open my account immediately or initiate refund....

zerodha request of refund for loss due to technical issue of zerodha kite app

account opening delayed by 5 days

I have applied for zerodha account opening for demat and payed 300rs on 13/03/2020. Upon repeated attempts i have not received any credentials and not getting any status of application. It doesn't seems to be good to delay in the process without any update from zerodha. As per zerodha it should be opened in 48 business hours. Please check this issue and do need full or refund my amount.

On 18-3-20 i bought 2701 shares of jindal steel at the rate of 105.5 on mis for day trading. But at end of the day it didn't square off automatically. sbi card shares not tradable

I've been allotted with one lot(19) of SBI Card shares. The same was not reflecting in my portfolio in Kite. Did some searching then saw the holdings to be shown only in Zerodha Console (There's no intimation of any sort in Kite mind you. This is completely by forums and others comments who had faced the same issue earlier) - This by itself was time consuming which in market is money.

I have applied for account opening on 11th of march 2020 in zerodha for trading and they asked for payment first i paid 200rs and they said your account will be opened with in 24hr. Now its been 72hrs but there is no sign of account opening, i tried to call them almost all customer care number more than 20 times but no one giving response. I feel they are not genuine and they are just fooling people by taking money in first step of account...

Really poor customer service. Tickets reverted pretty late. No reverts to calls/messages. Issue was wrt primary account to idfc and chnage to 3in 1 account. So much time effort wasted for simple things. Call/communication mthat were supposed to be made 5 days earlier happen/after follow up. Calls are ignored. Is this the way? This was the first time i required cs since starting the account and failed miserably. Only reason i didnt post it...
