Hi,
My i'd is ft1195.
I had put in 30000 in zerodha from my bank a/c... I started trade on 9th april and lost 3 rs plus 4.5 rs... Two nights ago i had deposited money and it was showing 29992.50 rs but suddenly yesterday it was showing 29933.50 rs and i was in shock.
59 rs been deducted yesterday uncessarily from my account yesterday without any reason... No trades were conducted on 10th and 11th of april 2020... Please refund my money back asap or i shall close my account with zerodha.

    Even after multiple escalations zerodha is not answering my question regarding the payment i had to make even after my account was open. They are asking to make payment again and again in commodity. I requested that if they can refund the amount, but they are not responding. I opened my account on 2016 and paid 300 rs.
    I was just trying to login to web page and they asked for money and i thought that was to add ni commodity account but the money disappeared.

      I paid rs.300/- as opening charges to zerodha account on march 22nd. But due to kyc issues, i was unable to complete account opening.

      Spoke to customer care (Executive - sowmya) multiple times and considering current situation with covid-19, they are unable to help completing formalities. Since opening account is not a possibility now, i asked to refund my money and she agreed to it at least twice over call. On the last call, she asked to raise a ticket asking for refund and it will be done in 7 days. But after raising ticket, same executive responded saying money cannot be refunded. Tried calling again and no one responds. No response on emails as well other than standard template response.

      How is zerodha authorized to charge opening charges without opening the account? I need my refund and this fraud to be addressed.

      Sowmya from Zerodha team contacted me on April 13th but she couldn’t provide any answer and she assured that her manager will call me by end of the day on 13th itself. Guess what, no call received until now, that’s May 3rd. If excuse is COVID 19 situation, I am sorry team Zerodha. Not calling for 20 days is unjustified in any given situation. This just shows your poor support.

        I have been trying to open account with Zerodha since 21st Mar and uploaded all the requisite documents on 22nd Mar, but till now my account has not been opened. Now, the status is showing as " Reallocation". God knows what that means. The Zerodha support as always not picking the call. Logged a ticket [protected] as well.

          I have zerodha account client id lv6291. I have bought 5 shares at price of rs. 132.20 and sell same shares at price of rs. 134.05 in intraday trading [dated 01.04.2020]. Gross profit was rs.9.25. As per zerodha calculator, total charges should be 0.34 but rs. 6.35 was collected towards charge which is contradicted their own policy.

          On the 2nd hand, remaining net realized profit is not added to my fund.

            Zerodha has recently squared off my 2 x nifty may future lots, without giving a notice and has incurred me a huge loss.

            2 lots of nifty future may squared off on 23/03

            Had purchased 2 x nifty futures (May expiry) at the following prices.
            ~10, 000 x lot 1
            ~8, 850 x lot 1
            Why were all of the 2 lots squared off on 23rd mar.?

            Due to this i'm at a loss of 2.6lacs,

            When i clearly have shares 4 times over the margin requirement, which can be used as collateral
            P. S:- zerodha has got poa signed on behalf of me already.

              On 18th march i had taken a buy nrml position in infratel march futures which i was unable to square off due to there trading platform showing trading temporarily stopped in this particular segment. The stock went down the next day due to which i lost rs. 59300. I have sent repeated mails to zerodha asking them to provide me with order history of 18th march which they have not done. There is no option of order book in their platform. When i complained about the loss they said that due to technical error all mis/ co positions could not be squared off. When i said mine was nrml position and i was unable to square off and was shown pop up that trading temporarily suspended in this segment. The answer they gave me it was system issue however there call and trade was active. I again wrote a mail to them why such issue was only at the end of day and why they did not show a pop up that please use call and trade. Also this was the first time at zerodha this happened with me bcoz i am a regular trader. How can zerodha suspend trading on their own or give such faulty message. I even wrote to them that how do i know whether this was system error or such order has come directly from sebi. This was the first time such message came so i thought may be it was directly from sebi. Zerodha should refund the loss i faced due to incomplete information on their platform. I had written a mail again to them in this regard on 23rd march but received no reply till now.

                Hi,

                I had done account opening process, i got msg like "we are operating under our covid-19 contingency plan for business continuity and the safety of our team. Over 1200 members of our team are working from their homes. Due to this and an increased inflow of account opening forms, the account opening can take up to an additional 72 hours" ;

                Due to cuvid corona virus process will take time process but how many days i had activated account on around 5 days ago how many days it will take if everything is online as per your advertisement it take 5-10 mins for account activation then why it goes to 5 days, 2-3 days is ok why should take such long.
                Even there customer supoort and sales team not answering properly

                    My i'd is zv4736, i had sufficient margin for positional trade, in carryover trade of crude when price tumble i putted to it lower circuit to exit but it's not done & autosqare off done at such price to maximize losses, my all margin become zero & balance went negative. As i had full margin then why i should pay negative & penal charges, so take action as soon for a normal citizen

                      I submitted my account opening application on march 15 and the account is not yet created afterv5 days, i raised ticket, called and followed up multiple times daily, sent multiple emails but no response. I was charged for account opening even before my account was opened, please create account immediately otherwise refund my money.in the website the account opening time is provided as 48 to 72 hours, but no response at all until now. I understand due to covid-19 your team is working remotely, but is should not delay the deliverables. I too work remotely but it's not stopping me to stop deliverables. Pease try to understand the disappointed and resolve the issue immediately without providing further reasons.

I've raised multiple tickets, i've called the customer care and they said even we're waiting for the response from the backend team. Each and every day i'm staring at my mail to get the confirmation. Not able to talk to customer care. Nobody taking responsibility to open my account. Please open my account immediately or initiate refund.

                          I have incurred lost of rs. 1.4l at 18/03/2020 15:16 but due to mis orders not squred off, it increased to rs. 1.53l. I requested for payout of rs. 1.73l on 18/03/2020 as market expected go down on 19/03/2020 but it was rejected by zerodha. Unfortunately zerodha converted my mis order to cnc on 19/03/2020 and forced to make additional loss of 1.74l due to market volatility. Please refund my loss as it was not at my fault and who would be responsible for my loss. I lost my entire capital amount and not in a position to trade anymore.

                            I have applied for zerodha account opening for demat and payed 300rs on 13/03/2020. Upon repeated attempts i have not received any credentials and not getting any status of application. It doesn't seems to be good to delay in the process without any update from zerodha. As per zerodha it should be opened in 48 business hours. Please check this issue and do need full or refund my amount.

While the account opening process is completely digital for you, there are a lot of manual steps on our end, including manual verification of your documents, that are required to be compliant with regulations. Due to this and an increased inflow of account opening forms, the account opening can take up to an additional 72 hours.

                            Raised ticket on 28 Feb for reviewing Document as per SEBI Circular but unable to get answer on this date.
                            Had multiple follow-ups but no one replying to me on that.
                            I am also attaching a SS for the same.

                              On 18-3-20 i bought 2701 shares of jindal steel at the rate of 105.5 on mis for day trading. But at end of the day it didn't square off automatically. But these shares were kept at holdings on my account, on next day 19-3-20.in that day share value of jindal steel down further to 96.75 and it makes me loss of around 20000rs/- for me. Who would be responsible for my loss. Its zerodha, because if zerodha squared off my trading on 18-3-20, the loss would be around 7500rs/-. Please explain to me.

                                Hi Sachin, your fund payout was rejected due to a rejection from your bank. It has been reversed into your trading account on March 18th. Please check with your bank if your bank account has been made dormant.

                                    I've been allotted with one lot(19) of SBI Card shares. The same was not reflecting in my portfolio in Kite. Did some searching then saw the holdings to be shown only in Zerodha Console (There's no intimation of any sort in Kite mind you. This is completely by forums and others comments who had faced the same issue earlier) - This by itself was time consuming which in market is money.

                                    Then in Console there's a message saying the trade has a descrepancy and I have to manually resolve it (Seriously???). Fine, time is running have to do it at any cost, I follow the instruction of adding a manual trade entry for the allotted shares. And it gives an error which does not make any sense to the end user (Have attached the error as screenshot).

                                    I have raised complaint in Zerodha support ([protected]) as well but no help what so ever. Even tweeted in Twitter with the ticket details asking for help, but no reply.

                                    The market is closed now and I lost the oppurtunity of getting off the shares today. Who's gonna pay my losses caused by ineffiency of these folks?? This is completely unacceptable.
