I have order anarkali from zipker.com
The item was very cheap material so i said them to return this and give me refund.
There customer service said share the pic of item, on mail.
Then after sharing return and refund request i got there reply after 4 days.
When i get pick up msg from couriers service that they can't able to find my address.
Even the courier services which they provide is very cheap service....

I have order item of rs 1499/-, while shpping it was looking very pretty but when it come in hand after delivery, it was very hopeless as i expected.

Sleeves does not have any embroidery, dupatta does not have any lace bottom is of 3.40 metre only the whole neck embroidery is absent with buttons on the upper area of the suit. Ordered date - 04th june, ordered no[protected], descp - handicraft product, divine enterprises, 221-a, d. R. World mall, near aaimata mandir, parvat patiya surat aaimata road, surat, 395010, postal code - 395010.
In that description they gave multi coloured dupata but its only yellow colour & its not match the pant's colour, the material is not same as the pic. Its a patch work & sleeves are very bad....
