Hi, i purchased 1 lehenga from zipker last week and the quality is really bad and also the product is different from the picture which is given on website. I have been trying to return them but no one from customer service is responding, I received ticket after mail but no action has been taken against it. I even emailed [protected]@zipker.com as it was given in their website to email them but customer service is not responding. I tried calling them but All their phone numbers given on their website and other websites are always switched off or not reachable. I need to return the products and get my refund. They can't promise a return and refund policy and not respond when i email them about returning.please do something about it.i also complaint on the same but still no response from costumer care service.

      I ordered a black shrug lehega. They delivered me a very cheap quality products although size were too small. I filed retrun immediately. But after 15 days as well there is no response. I tried calling there number they always go off. I msilf thm several times but no response. Only they replied they find no problem with order. They are fake retrun me my money

        I know I won't get my money back by writing this content, not even this consumer complaints forum can help me out in anything. But I want to make aware to others about the fraud app 'ZIPKER'. The worst ever products, fake customer care and escalation mail ids, fake customer care contact number. I spent almost 3k on the products and sending mails every day from last 10 days for return with no response from there side. I want you to know to be aware of the fraud 'ZIPKER' and do not suffer as I am suffering.

        I have each and every screenshot of the mail chain and complaint ticket raised by zipker but there is no use to post here as the money is gone and neither zipker nor this forum can return me that back.

        I am not sure why this one star is orange in color. There should be punches in place of stars for 'ZIPKER'. Worst site. Fraud site.

          Actually, few days back i had ordered a suit (1399) but it was not according to my expectation. It has a very poor quality. It has a pant's material which has a such a bad quality.
          So i want to return it and also want to get back my money as soon as possible.

                I ordered two kurties from this side. Both of them were wrongly delivered. It's been more then 1 month I have complained them, but the customer care is ignorant towards my mail. There number always come busy.

                You can see what I ordered and what I got in the picture. And I have even shared a screenshot of complain mail that I am following from past one month

                This is my worse online shopping experience. I want my total money refund of ₹1748.

                  Hi Zipker,

                  I received the item( Yellow Bangalori Satin Kurti) today what I have ordered, it was damaged and of bad quality, I didn't except this item to be like this and I have paid full amount Cash On Delivery of Rs.1049. Please refund my amount, I am not happy about the service and not satisfied what the seller as sent. It is first and worst experience I had in Online shopping.

                  And the packed item was in bad condition, the recepit slip is folded and in throwable condition.

                  Please see the image of the Kurti that is damaged and the recepit slip and take way the Kurti and deposit my Rs.1049 to my account ASAP.

                    I had ordered for a green & multi-coloured salwar suit product from zipker on 14th of july 2018 and received a confirmation email from them. Order id:[protected] and transaction #:[protected], total price: 999/-

                    I received a wrong product (A blue and beige coloured material) on 16th and so sent a mail to them regarding the same. Their customer care number was not available at all so i tried repeatedly and raised complaint via email.

                    On 22nd they responded that the ticket is raised and they will respond. On 25th july, they sent a mail that the ticket is closed even though nothing was resolved and they dint contact me for anything. After that i tried to contact them again and again but still dint receive any response. Finally i raised a complaint now, because they did not respond and i could not return the product. My refund also is pending and its already august 8th today.

                    Kindly revert.

                    Hello, zipker has not yet resolved my complaint. They just send an email closing the ticket by themselves & when i responded that the complainy isnt resolved, still there is the same automated email sent to me.
                    Attaching the same email here.
                    Its more than a month now since i raised a complaint. The zipker company must be sued.

                      I purchased a crop top n skirt which had a size issue on 3rd aug 2018 and was delivered on 6th aug 2018.. Have requested for return and refund of money on 6th aug 2018, but it is still under process, customer service no is busy and more over none other contact numbers mentioned are available.. I need d refund of money asap otherwise i may have no option bt to approach consumer forum. Also i wanted to ask do zipker people fool their customers or are they really fraud?

                        The product is not the same as I have ordered and it is a cheating product which is written as velvet material and it is not that type as I prefer to buy...I am totally not at all satisfied with the product and I want it to be returned and refund as quick as possible...the product photo has been added below that by the company as a screen shot photo...thank u

                          As per order no :[protected], i ordered dual 2 cotton suits un-stitched material (White, blue, yellow) on july 19, 2018 on zipker.com. I received an mail the same day that confirmed the order in the amount of rs 1299/- through cod basis. I received the parcel on 23, 2018.. After opened the parcel i was very much disappointment, because i didnt get what i ordered.
                          The quality of product was very worst and instead of blue colour you sent the green colour.

                          I contacted through mail and phone and was told that i received wrong product and i requested that to refund my money.

                          Even after repeatedly mail to your organisation to refund my money. I didnt get any response from your side.

                          Because of your irresponsible and careless behaviour, iam very upset and disturbed.

                          I need my money back or the items which i ordered.

                          Herewith i attached the images of the product which i ordered and which you delivered.

                          Treat the matter utmost urgent.

                            I have ordered an item (new peach color mirror work lehenga ) on 19th July. Which was delivered on 21 July. But Zipker had delivered a wrong product. I have raised an returns request on same day but I didn't receive any update from past 17days.

                            It's ridiculous to not get the response on ticket/email/mobile from past 17 days.There is no medium to connect to customer support.

                              They are shameless and stupid. They delivered a wrong product and then i raise see a return. They picked up my product and after 2 day whatever i returned was delivered back to me when i was not at home. After that no means of connecting to them neither no response to my mails.

                              Donno how to take both my money. I was ok even if they would deliver me what i ordered. But none of the numbers are working. It's a fake site.

                              I'm disgusted by behaviour of these people.

                              Someone help me as to what to do.

                                  Refer your ticke no. 89612 & Order Number [protected] regarding refund my money.

                                  I have requested for return of product due to wrong product and details has provided to you and status say it's waiting for confirmation. What is this. 03 days is over but no one has came for collecting the item. Now you tell me when I will get my money back?
                                  In between I am continuing trying to reach you but always line is busy. It's make me horrible situation.

                                  Here I am requesting you tomorrow your person should take back the item and same time money to be hand over me otherwise I am going file complain to consumer forum.
                                  They never given after that any reply only recognised the issue

                                    I have placed an order for a saree on zipker app on 16/7/2018. Recieved a wrong product on 17/7/2018. Immediately i have opted for a return and even sent a mail to zipker customer service regarding the same since none of the number given on their app for customer service is available as i had called more than 50 times but no response. After that i had sent so many mails to them even on escalation but they did not respond to any of them and after so many days my issue is still not resolved

                                      This is regarding order #[protected]. Have received my order on 23rd July but have received wrong product. I had placed for some other kurti and i have received something else. Please refund my money urgently. Have already sent so many mails on customer care but no response since 24th july. Have been mailing daily. Very bad service. Will tell everyone not to buy anything from zipker. very very pathetic service
