I ordered a product 28 aug. Bt by mistake it was cancelled.. Now it's completely more dan one month my deducted money wii not refund. Or any customer representative can connect with me. And zipker can't. No are nt connected. I mailed many times to zipker site. Bt they don't respond. Bahut bar hammein order kia hai. Par iss bar to had ho gai.. All contacts no are nt reachable.. Den why they give such nos. I[censored]r company values ur customers den resolve my issue and refund my money rs 699

    I have order 2 kurtas from zipker site of 3500 rs, they were of free size and semi stitched in nature. I have checked with my tailor and she confirmed me that these will not fit me as they are small for me. I have asked multiple times to return this order and refund my money, when you have policy of return. No one is responding to me from customer site.

    Please help in returning these kurtas, i am a first time purchaser of this website and very dissatisfied with their customer service. Please help in refunding as my hard core earn money is getting wasted

      The quality of product i ordered was not good so i put a return request a day after i received the product.
      It's been a week since i requested the return but there is no response from their side.
      There is no information about the seller or any contact information available.
      Their contact numbers are not reachable or busy all the time.
      They are not responding to any mails.
      This site is a scam and should b banned.

        I want to return the product of order number[protected]. Zipker 's customercare are not responding to any message. They even blocked me from facebook and other social networks where i have tried to reach them. So i asked for exchange. They agreed on it. They replied to complaint to exchange but they have not told me when and how to return old product so that i can get exchange. They are not responding now.

          I have purchased a dress.. nd i think ds ws my biggest mistake to shop wid zipker...i really hate ds site nd recommended to everyone to not do shopping frm dere... The quality of product ws very poor n cheap... I must say other sites like Amazon, snapdeal, paytm, flipkart are much bettr to do online shopping... I called thm so mny times bt no one received it...
          Seriously it is a FRAUD Site which only makes their customers fool...
          Plz never ever purchase anything frm ths site...

            I wish i could search for costomer complaint 1st and then place the order... Now they are not recieving calls, neither replying to emails... I got a product from the website... The app is so worst that it doesn't even reflect my order. When i moved calling... It's ringing but no one is picking the call... I don't want the product... They are not taking it back... And refunding my money... Dont ever buy from here

                    I have ordered an dress for rs.1899.they delivered me the dress and it was very cheap cloth and entirely different colour seen in the website..so I make a return request...but there is no response from the service..that I have contacted so many times..always it was in switch of mode and they are declining my cal also...I wasted my amount with ur bad services and product..I want my refund as early as possible...if not I'll complaint to the higher officially of dis website...

                        They are not at all responding for return request, these companies and postal should be banned as this much of complaints are posted against them, they are just looting the customer bu showing wrong images of products and not replying for return request refund.. This is totally frustrating, can anyone sort it out, or else i am going to take this on social media.

                          I have place an order for saree as on 02/07/2018 for rs.2475, same was returned by me as the color dnt suits the person for whom it was order with in the time prescribed. The product was taken away by the pick up man representing zipker. It has been month but yet i didn't got my cash back, inspite of so many mails didn't got proper reply. The contact nos. Provide is always switched off. No call executive calls in 48 hours. Its really painfun and disturbing i feel why i have order online as u took away the product and even not processing my payment.

                            Hi,

                            I ordered for a saree from zipker. After i received my saree i cam to know that it is entirely different from the image what was shown in the website. So i raised return request and tried to contact zipker over phone. but it is always out of service. Then i contacted them by Mail. After few days i got reply from them to send invoice copy and product photo. Then i emailed them with all the details. But i dint get any reply from them. and sent around 10 emails after that. But they are not replying for that. Really frustrated about their service. Please help me to get my refund.

                            Attached is the product received which is worth of 200 Rs. But i payed 825 Rs after discount.

                              I had ordered dress online but they send me wrong order with poor quality dress material in June 2018

                              Since then, I have been trying to return them but no one from customer service is responding, I received ticket after mail but no action has been taken against it. I even emailed [protected]@zipker.com as it was given in their website to email them but customer service is not responding. I tried calling them but All their phone numbers given on their website and other websites are always switched off or not reachable.

                                  I ordered 2 suits worth 1500 each both the products delivered are wrong despite mailing them on their mail ids is useless just got mail we are reviewing will get back it's been almost a month no body has given a call my 3000 rs have gone totally waste received wrong n useless quality products.                                       I bought a kurti from your online site and stuff is very poor o want to return it, and i already farwarded a request for return buy no response from your side. I want my refund back to my actual payment mode. Mujhe 18 aug ko kurti received hui thi and maine same day return k liye request bhi fwd kr di thi mail pe but mujhe koi revert nhi mila thik se.

                                        I have ordered one gown on 17th of august order no[protected] but still i didn’t receive any confirmation i called several time on their given numbers but those numbers are showing switched off but suddenly i got a call on this number [protected] he asking about everything thing related to my product after that he said your order is already has been canceled from our side because of out pf stock please tell me your cc details (Card no/cvv/exp) your amount will be refunded within 5 minute.. Who the hell is he who asking about my card details is your company doing a scam or or what?? This kind of a service you guys given to the customers.
                                        Refund my complete amount against my order otherwise ill take a legal action againt you..
