We purchased items online from zopnow website on 30.04.2021 and paid the amount through UPI app, we have not received neither confirmation nor items are delivered. kindly take action on ZOPNOW.

I have paid 1836₹ through phonepay. I have booked order on 3/5/2021. But I have not received any confirmation not refund.
Please refund my money

FRAUD zopnow.in This company making fraud Stop this company i lost my money also lots of people also lost money and sharing review online google ads also supporting this nonsense STOP THIS FRAUD

Payment is done successfully through phone pe but I didn't received any order till now.
I want my payment back or else send my order items.

I have ordered some products from site on 30th April 2021 and paid for the order Rs. 612 but no order confirmation received nor delivered till now screenshot attached for info.
I have also mailed at [protected]@zopnow.in but no revert received till now.
Please refund the amount asap.

I have paid money twice and no conformation and didn’t get any product need my refund

I placed my order and it showed a qr code to scan and pay, i made the payment thorough phone pe of rs 625 and did not receive any kind of confirmation . Money is deducted from bank account but order not confirmed, what to do

I ordered from website at zopnow.in.
I am not a registered user. Therefore I did guest check in with an email id "[protected]@gmail.com" and my registered mobile number.
I paid with paytm UPI but after returning back to the merchant page neither the order number was generated nor I received any intimation about whether the order was placed or not.
I wrote an email to the company customer care email but received no acknowledgement or reply.
The screenshot of the payment is attached.
I want my paid amount back or the order delivered ASAP.

I have ordered food items worth Rs.851.00 on 28th April, 2021 to be delivered on 30th April, 2021 but immediately after making the payment, I was logged out automatically never to login again. Every time I tried logging in, they said user not registered.

I understood, I've been cheated.

Also, let me mention that I used to buy from Zopnow way back in 2017-18 and they even refunded/replaced money/items for damaged products.

That's the reason there wasn't any suspicion this time around but who knew, they have become a fraud company now.

Will take other routes too and file complaint against them.

A company https://zopnow.in/ doing fraud with many customers. Please look at
this and to the help o[censored]s. On 2nd May I have received a call from
https://zopnow.in/ . They told me that For your first order you will be eligible for
an assured free product. and if you are not satisfied with our services. you can
cancel your order at any time. They made me purchase one item through his
site. I made payment through UPI (ID: [protected]@ybl). I did order. After my
order, I searched on the Internet and found this is a fraud site. and tried to
cancel my order by calling these guys. But these guys care no. is not reachable
. even I called to the phone pay help centre but these guys are not willing to
help me. I just want to refund of money for that I willing to take legal action
against them also. Please provide me your help to resolve this issue. site

I ordered vegetables and fruits from zopnow after seeing an ad on youtube ads section, showing sale.
The promised time for delivery was 1 May 6 - 9 PM. But today's 2nd May and all the reviews around fake site etc are worrying me more.

Ordered the items of RS 699 no order was placed but I have done the payment of RS 699 by phone pe by its QRScan what should we do, , , we can't track it also

I have ordered grocery items throgh zopnow on 29 apr 21 at 19:08 pm and paid rs 866.00 throgh my sbi upi from a/c 6439 on the same day with refernce number[protected], but till date i have not recived my items or any kind of refund, my login credentials for zopnow is [protected]@gmail.Com. Request you to kindly look inot this matter.

We have completed the payment but order confirmation not received. Kindly do the needful.

I placed an order on zopnow.in for groceries as the offers were pretty lucrative. My order total was Rs. 1301.50/- and I made the payment through UPI. Upon payment I was shocked to see that I did not receive any confirmation mail or message. So, I would like to request you to escalate this issue and take required actions against such thieves so that in future it does not repeat with other people.

we had ordred food and grocery items and made payment through paytm worth Rs 619 . payment got deducted and we did not get any deivery and their consumer no does not work . we are at loss
