We have ordered some fruits & Vegetables from Zopnow
They have increased the prices of strawberries from Rs. 39 to Rs. 89, onion from Rs. 13 to Rs. 19 & tomatoes from Rs. 21 to Rs. 27.
They have cancelled delivery for one product and adjusted the price in the remaining products.
This happened multiple times but earlier the differential amount was 5-10 Rupees so we never concerned that much but this time the differential amount was huge which is not acceptable at all.
We order to return the goods, they just called, somehow we missed the call but no one came home to pick the product.
We also called back to the same number but the number rerouted to their customer care and no one picked the call.

I am expecting them to refund the complete amount for those goods back as i didn't used them hoping someone will come to pick them up and now they have got spoiled.

We are attaching documents which will justify the amount booked during placing the order and what were the prices they charged during delivery of the product.

An amount of Rs519 was paid through paytm wallet on 7/02/2017 at 10.20pm against order for groceries. Next day the deliveryman arrived with goods worth 479 as they did not have milk worth Rs 40/- He told me that the amount was unpaid. Previous night when the order was placed & payment made online the payble was shown as zero but at the time of delivery the Zopnow showed the amount as payble. I was told to check with paytm who in turn asked me to contact Zopnow. I am in a quandry as none of the parties to the transaction are accepting their fault

1. Ordered for 1 kg. "Red Delicious" apple 20th December 2016.
2. Received order at around 5 PM the same day.
3. Instead of "Red Delicious" apple got some other variety mixed with that.
2. Complained immediately about the same to the customer care and initiated return for the same through the website.
3. 21st December and still No pick-up yet.
4. Complained about the same to the customer care, told they will not do.

This is really unprofessional and unethical. Harassing innocent customers and fleecing their hard-earned money seems to be your motto.

I have ordered around four times from zopnow. Following are the issues faced:
1. Each time the guy comes, he wont even give me a gplastic cover and let the contents roll over the floor
2. Each ordered goes in 2 times, so i keep getting calls to confirm
3. Sometimes an order is in the cart and it still becomes an order
4. Once they randomly canceled and order without any reason

It is by far the worst ecommerce site ever and one must look at better people in the market.

There have been two instances of misrepresentation by this company in less than 30 days.
In the first instance I placed an order for fabric conditioner at a discounted price, ZOPnow on its own removed the discount and revised the order. I did not accept delivery of this order for the reason that they cannot show the discount on the website accept the order and then revise the price.
In the second instant I ordered 3 quantities of ID Malabar Paratha (300 gms) priced at Rs. 60 each. Zopnow changed my order to a different (totally unknown) brand priced at Rs, 90 for 300gms. This is totally unacceptable and cheating the consumers.

Order id is 11381686 with payment 573.39. Transaction id: [protected]. I ordered through credit card, the amount was deducted on 17th august 2016. The next day zop now delivery guys demanded money. After lot of discussions and argument i sent them back saying it is already paid for yesterday's delivery. I kept on receiving payment reminder mails every day. Finally they blocked my account and was not able to order any extra items. I kept on calling their customer care, each time some one picksup and assured it will be resolved. Today is 24th august and still not resolved. My money has been deducted, i am not able to order any further items as in the website it says "first pay the pending payment". What kind of worst website is this? It blocks me from further ordering. I have never seen such a pathetic kind of website design where it blocks customer from further ordering? I have also sent credit card statement and transaction id which clearly states that money has been deducted..


You guys need to learn from amazon about the customer experience, if zopnow continues like this then i am not sure how soon its gonna vanish from the market.

From now onwards not going to use zopnow

I have ordered groceries and I paid through online and also in person.when i asked for refund they asked me to check with bank, they replied that my online transaction was successfull and zopnow claims that they did not recieve amount. I have provided my transaction id, consumer code, bill refrence information but stil no response from them. Zopnow is totally untrustfull site.

I order on 11/08/2016 on your side for product . it is not delivered on time and full order items on same time . order reference no. [protected] and order reference no. 11196817. the full payment is done by net banking . please get back as early as possible.

This is the 2nd time i am facing the problem.
I order veg and they are full of worms and fungus..!
And no 1 back to response it..! This is the worst online food site..!! Delivery is always on time but food is not good.!!! Try not to buy from this site..!!!

I had ordered some food items with zopnow but i only get few items, the delivery boy is saying that product is not available.And I have to mail them for refund, firstly they didnot provide proper service and they are saying to" mail us if you want refund"is this the way, you guys are not fulfilling the commitment n telling us to mail you guys for refund...

I had bought online vegetables today and I must share the quality of fruits were so bad that u will have to throw out and they exorbitant price from me.. I thought the online shopping will be a convenience. However, it is other way around. Inspite of paying so much I did not get the quality .. Whom shall I blame for this.. I want my money back and somebody can come and take the vegetables back..

Zopnow has no service sense, and are looting people with false promises. Their staff is egoistic and I would advise to not to allow them near your family.

They will change the order, delivery timings as per their convenience.

If you complaint they even harass you.

Companies like this is bad name for India start ups.

On 25th may'16 night 7 - 10p. M slot i received my delivery. The amount of the delivery was rs.100. I did not have change, so i gave the rs.500 note to delivery boy and he gave back rs.400 to me.In that there is one rs.50 note which is not valid, looks like fake. I noticed and told the delivery boy, but kept on saying it works. I believed and took it.
Now when i am trying to use this note, no body is accepting. They are telling it will not work.
I want to return this note back to the delivery boy.
I request zopnow team to look into this on priority and get hold of that delivery boy and take back the note from me.
Please respond or contact me how this will be handled.

I placed an order on 8th of feb, I returned 1 item which costed 47 rs. On 14th feb I placed another order, the sales boy fought with me very rudely and said that there is a pending amount of 47 and I need to pay him for that. He took 47 rs extra and just ran off. I complaint to customer care at that very moment and they told me that it will be reverted back in 2 days. And since then I have claaed around 10 time, I think I have already spent 47 bucks on phone itself, but still no return. This is seriously not done. Never gonna shop from these thieves. They keep saying 2 days and no one even ever calls back.

Dear Consumer team, This is to bring to notice that ZOPNOW were cheating the customers. I have been utilizing this service for past 2 months and during this almost around 4 times, they debited extra amount or don't the deliver the product etc. Always we have to follow-up. The Customer Service is PATHETIC. WORST PERSONS!!. Recently on Dec-10 2015, they have collected Rs 200 Extra from me and when I raised the issue, they just created a ticket #52876, I called 10-20 times, emailed 10 times but until now no proper response. Customer Care is having Abusive staff. when asked why my order was not delivered on given time, the words used by them were... "haan nahi kiya.. toh kya ukad lega tu humara..." i was astonished with there behavior.. i disconnected and called back again... i was told "that no senior is available, if you want to talk then talk to us or we are disconnecting..." i called again and after explaining the situation to them they were like, "ho jaata hai sir kabhi kabar... manage karlo na"... it was so unprofessional. i asked them to return my money they said we will deliver tomorrow, to which i replied "tomorrow is Saturday i will not be coming to office..." they replied "we are coming to office, we will deliver tomorrow..." i said "I AM NOT COMING TO OFFICE TOMORROW, ITS SATURDAY"... they replied "we cant help..." WOW!!! To anyone who is willing to order please beware!! ZOPNOW is a THUG...!!

Issue : Cancelled the order after accepting money.Date:20/11/15
Order: 4797349 Zopnow first publish on their website the attractive rate of the products in their hot offers section and then after the customer places the order and makes the payment and they cancel the order after accepting money. To me it seems the fraud they are doing with customer

I usually buy from this site. But its really a very bad to say that the customer service of this zopnow are really bogus fellows. When I tell them to cancel one order, they dont do anything. And again everytime you will get a fresh message that your order is updated. Yes, in time also your order get dispatched but you dont ever get your product in time. Its really a very bad service. Please dont go shopping from this site.

On 25/09/2015, I ordered a product with ID# 3847884‏ but the product wasn't exactly what i ordered and i requested for return on 28/09/2015 as they had return policy within 15 days of delivery. But till now they didn't pick my return items and giving some lame reasons and not replying to my mails. The product cost is Rs.600. Please help me out. Thank you.
