On 23rd April, I ordered groceries from Zopnow retails. I made the payment via UPI (Gpay). I did not receive any confirmation message. The order has not been delivered yet.

I want the company/merchant to refund the amount that has been transferred....

I made the payment of ₹1059 to zopnow through amazon pay upi but I didn't get any message or email nor any order no from them.I googled about this company and came to know if was a fraud com...

I placed an order with Zopnow for groceries on 30th April around 9.13 P.M. There was only 1 option available for payment that was through UPI. Once I clicked the payment the website rerouted me to WhatsApp Payments.
I did the payment for the amount of 1007 for my order and my money was debited from the account. I got the confirmation of the debit as well. But my order was not processed on the website as well as i did not get any acknowledgment...

Placed an order and selected the items and proceeded for the payment and delivery section. Due to pandemic no cash on delivery given no credit card no debit card. Only UPI was the option and same was followed to make the payment and it showed the scanner for the same and scanned the same.payment done. No order copy nor any other confirmation recieved. The page doesn't works properly....
