We ordered online on 24.04.21 and after entering all the details you're asked to pay through scanned and I done payment by phone pe, later we waited for couple of days for confirmation from your end but not received any message from you and we paid Rs.653/-, kindly go through this and sort our issues or otherwise we take necessary action.

        On 23rd April, I ordered groceries from Zopnow retails. I made the payment via UPI (Gpay). I did not receive any confirmation message. The order has not been delivered yet.

        I want the company/merchant to refund the amount that has been transferred.

                  I placed an order with Zopnow for groceries on 30th April around 9.13 P.M. There was only 1 option available for payment that was through UPI. Once I clicked the payment the website rerouted me to WhatsApp Payments.
                  I did the payment for the amount of 1007 for my order and my money was debited from the account. I got the confirmation of the debit as well. But my order was not processed on the website as well as i did not get any acknowledgment or confirmation from the website about my order or anything else. Unfortunately I was debited twice of the same amount. I tried contacting the website regarding the issue but there is no authentic mode to contact them their No & Email all are Invalid. I am attaching a copy of the transaction ID for your reference below.

                            Placed an order and selected the items and proceeded for the payment and delivery section. Due to pandemic no cash on delivery given no credit card no debit card. Only UPI was the option and same was followed to make the payment and it showed the scanner for the same and scanned the same.payment done. No order copy nor any other confirmation recieved. The page doesn't works properly.
