Not resolving of a problem and reps ask to close the complaints

After using them for the last few years, their service now become a headache, they claim top speed and been charging over 1300 each month but the internet speed has been poor for the last couple of months I raised several complaints but their reps would ask to cancel the complaints which is sort of red flag, they were suppose to changed the wire to the main router which they never did. Late fee charges

My subscription is ending on 15th May'2023.
I want to resume the connection on 1st June as I am leaving town for 15 days.
But ACT is charging a late fee. Which is clear looting and illegal. How can they charge late fees for prepaid plans?...

Installation & Refund - Act Fibernet Account No. 101677296876

I paid Rs.4130/- on 5th May but the installation was not done 6th and 7th, Then I asked them to cancel & refund the amount. The refund is not done till now and they are delaying it everyday in spite of calling the call center its of no help...

Speed is very low repeatedly

Dear Sir,

I have enrolled in 80mbps speed plan but I get only 3 mbps.

My interest speed is very low and this keeps happening often. Everytime someone raises complaint from my locality about the internet speed issue, the technical person fixes it and within one week again the internet speed is down where I get on an average between 20-30mbps. Else other times is 3mbps. Please check the screen shot.

Closing the Service Request without Resolving The Complaint

I had given a complaint for disconnection of my Broadband connection. For that, I have been calling ACT customer care since the 9th of this month and whenever I called, they will inform me that my request will be completed and will get the refund within 7 working days, I called 4 times for the same issue and they will raise a Service request and without resolving the complaint they will close it. Worst experience

During the meeting internet dropped, it's been more than 8 hours now issue not resolved. Unable to reach the customer service technician. People don't respond the call. Can't bank on the internet service. Very bad experience. Airtel is much better than this. They even closed the ticket with the issue resolved....

Speed is not consistent

Act Plan A1325

Address:kristareddypet, beeramguda. hyderabad

I took act connection in 2018, When I took the connection they gave a router which supports 40mbps.
in 2020/2019 I upgraded the connection to A-1325 plan and which is of 300mbps plan. and they didn't suggest or propose to change the router.
Even when we try to raise request in ACT app. it shows only 3 options to increase the speed. no one is related to according to Act Plan.
There is no option in act plan also which suggests...

No reward is paid for junction box installation at our home

Denial of refund for the additional amount paid

Shifting

The after sale service is very bad. I had been calling them and their representatives from past 1 and half month for shifting the connection. I have tried applying for shifting through the application too. But there is no one who is taking any action. I have paid for 6months but from past one month I couldn't use it coz no one is shifting my connection. For the new connection, they were fast enough to install. They installed in next day....

Cheated on WIFI Router + Partial pathetic installation

Applied for new connection and was cheated:
1)On Router: Promised to provide free router TPLinkC5. But provided some cheap brand and was bluffing that this is more costlier than the promised TPLinkC5 router - raised tickets SR[protected], SR[protected] - and were closed without any proper resolution.

i didn't use their service after my plan ended, but still, they are charging me for their plans...
