Recharge offer

Sir, I AVINASH KUMAR i recharge my no [protected] by rs 195 after i got a massage for 1 GB data, but i got only 500 MB and 15 days validity.After that i contact c.care he ask me because you recharge throw pytm so cant get offer.But pytm also shows same offer so i whynot get offer.c.care Ref NO IS CONRC[protected].MY recharge date is 15/9/15 and i contact c.care on 16/9/15 at night....

Poor quality of service and harassment

My broadband is not working for past 10 days and even after continous calls to your representative, the issue has not been resolved. The representative is even wasting my time. deactivation request not processed;two months unfair bill

Dear Sir, My airtel 4g no. is [protected].I asked for deactivation of my airtel explicitly in a call with the custmer care executive of airtel on 26 june 2015.I was under the impression that my no. would be deactivated but i kept getting bill.I contacted them to find out that no deactivation request was registered.But now they want to pay about 2600 bill .Needless to mention my data usage for two months is 0.00.kindly check the call interaction...

Non refund of 1000 security money for new broadband connection

DATA LEAKAGE and Phone numbers getting monitored

Hello, Its really unfortunate that people have to spend their time on writing such complaints. Airtel is monitoring my phone numbers, whats app messages, the data being browsed using airtel gprs connectivity is shared to external without any permission. 4G DOngle isnt working complinent not responded

I bought a 4g dongle I have submitted proofs correctly and verified the same and it was working fine for few days when I came to my home town and tried to connect the dongle wizard says I am not registered to the network and this damn airtel tower is few yards from my door step yet it shows only 3G signal then why in this world airtel advertised for 4G...

Plan change wrong bill

Wrong bill was presented after changing my postpaid plan. Not informed of the percussion of changing a plan in middle of the month. They charged my free data usage as normal usage and presented bill of around 12000/-. I have been paying regularly but this is extortion....

No connectivity of 4G network at my place , but charging for full amount

Dear Airtel Management This is to bring into your notice and for action, since last 3 days there is no connectivity of 4G network at Borabanda, New Allapur which is my residence area for the same I have raised complaint via your call center but as per them it can be resolved by 19th Sept. My query is if my payment get delayed by 1 or 2 days your team is on action to disconnect the connection and sending to much of SMSs for payment remainders...

[protected] Back end employee given me call and said if I will take 199 plan for data 3G then I will get 2GB data but I got 2G data with only 1GB(Rs 199 deducted from my main balance. Hi There, Initially I was using vodafone connection and then did MNP to AIRTEL. Now, it is since 28th Aug 2015, they collected my document, then vodafone, discontinued their service. And still airtel guys have not sent me my sim card. when I call them they keep promising "Sir, card aaj aa jayega..." 4G data theft.

I didnot use my 4G wifi from 20th and 27th june 2015. When I attempted using the wifi it was very slow inspite of it being the start of the billing cycle. I callee airtel's call center and was surprised to hear that my 7GB has been consumed. The billing cycle started on the 20th. It is not possible to use 7GB when the wifi was not used!.
