Hai, I am writing this complaint to inform you that i have done an online net pack recharge for the mobile number-[protected] on Jan 10 2015 for an amount of Rs249. The amount has been debited from bank account but still not got recharged. As I am going to get it recharged through airtel store today, I kind request you to refund the amount back. Online top up not working but money deducted

I hold an Airel number [protected] and did an online topup for 3G for Rs 249. The amount was deducted from the bank but the Airtel site threw an error saying that there was some issue.
