AM REALLY FED UP WITH AIRTEL, ONE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. I WILL TAKE UP THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT AND DRAG YOUR OFFICIAL TO TRAI ALSO. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED COMPLAINT. WHY SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT IS NOT TRACEABLE BY YOU WHEN ALL EVIDENCE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY ME AS PAYMENT PROOF. YOU FEEL I AM LIAR OR DISHONEST. SUCH A SHAME TO THE WHOLE TEAM OF AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND NODAL OFFICER. I WANT REPLY WITHIN 2 DAYS OR ELSE RETURN MY MONEY. I WILL GET IT DONE BY COURT ORDER.
