Hi received a faulty product from bajaj electrials and no one responding to my complaint not a single person has come from the company. The website say easy return and yet I have to go through all of this. Pls look into this matter. Calling to costumer care they just note down the complain and they also have no idea what to do just told me person will come but have turned up yet. I don't know where else to go now. My money is waste....

Thier response was pathetic and I was completely dissatisfied. I asked them whether its an authorised svc or franchise. One mr. Hi My self sunny saini. i was purchased bajaj exhaust fan in march month last month june 4 its not working. i erased a complaint in bajaj cust care complaint is 9946250... after 5 days person come and check all things he said i ll replace the motor neext week... i contiunes calling him he s not picking my call ...again i erased compalaint no is 10041275... still m not geeting any response please help...

This is about order no. Bel001b0120287 which was placed by me on 11th june, 16 but since product not delivered and even status was not updated on site i called on help line on 23rd june, 16 and i was told that same will be updated me on my email but till date neither product delivered nor any response received on email.
If product not delivered within next day or two please refund my money with interest....

As tap is on water flows and gas will come to the gas chamber and switchd on sparks will come many times. Sometimes burns and sometimes not. Then water will heat. The problem is once burns and many times not burns in the chamber when the water tap on. Kindly resolve the problem immediately. I am using regularly in the morning and evenings. My children going to school by taking bath with cold water many times....

I am very sad and annoyed with bajaj service and customer handling. Customer is cheated and this fraud has been done thrice till today.

For your reference, i am narrating all the 3 sequence of events below.


1.Inside new geyser, — faulty and repaired tank supplied and delivered to customer. This is totally against customer consumer rights.

But today I got a message stating door lock.

I have purchased a cooler model2004 on 19 may 2016 from CSD ajmer. However two pannels of the said peace are misfitted for which i complained on tollfreeNo which was attended after a week or so satisfactorily. I am really disappointed with your service at chennai zone.. What happened is i purchased one jx5 juicer mixer grinder from air force canteen avadi chennai on 3rd april 2016. Once i opened the box i got the fiber led broke (Upper case fiber cover). And once i started it, it was giving so much spark and smell inside the motor.. Then i contacted with bajaj customer care...

I ordered a product at 'bajaj electricals' online portal on Feb-02, 2016 and prepaid the amount. The funny part is they are not able to give information about my order. I haven't received product till today i.e. May-30, 2016. I phoned many times to their customer care no. they just responding that 'sir, online team is not available at this time, I will forward your request within 2 hours'.

They even not refunded my amount....
