My mobile no. is [protected]. this no is dead from 28/07/2014 upto 29/07/2014. today this no also dead i launched this complaint third times. previously bsnl customer care officer says that this kind of problem will not appers in future but this problem arriess again and again please solve this problem....

I tried to recharged my mobile online today and Rs. 110 was deducted from my bank account. But Recharge was not done. I have this experience 3 times this month and I have lost around 300 Rs. to BSNL. Now how do I recover the money from BSNL. Calling BSNL customer service is 100% useless as they never going to take the call and you will be wasting half an hour of your time hoping some one will take the call....

I am from rajasthan and, I had recharged Rs.- 1011 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through SBI NET BANKING and I get no confirmation massage that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action..

Actually Yesterday I mentioned a complaint regarding recharge of bsnl where amount debited from my bank account but balance not credited after payment. Today, I got a call from BSNL +91 [protected] who asked me for my debit card no, account no and finally OTP password . he told me that my debited money will be credited to my account through debit card, I disconnect the call when he asked for OTP . Actually Today I tried to recharge my Assam BSNL (GSM) Mobile through Net Banking of State Bank Of India . It was successful transaction and the amount I tried to recharge got debited from my account, But did not get the talktime . The Transaction ID is IGX3774364 for Rs. 135 on 27/07/2015 at 05:59:35 PM for mobile no +91 [protected] . And I havn't got any respond from custome care .Please resolve it as soon as possible. The services offered by BSNL are pathetic. Internet connection and land-line connections are off for months and when a complaint is lodged, after 15 days or so they change its status to 'Closed' without even checking the problem.
