Not working from last two months

My land-line No[protected] is not working since MAY, 2014.
Registered a complaint with BSNL and spoke to BSNL office a couple of
times but nothing happens. It seems that BSNL is becoming total
redundant, useless, inefficient and unprofessional f and believe in
giving their customers long bills without giving any worthwhile service.
I am sure the company will get a burial soon if they don't learn...

Disconnection of BSNL Broadband Service

Hungama deactivate immediately

Money reduction after sometime of recharge without any phone call

Dear sir,
on 11.8.14 I recharged my mobile no:[protected] for Rs.110 .My earlier balance was Rs. 23 so after Recharge balance shown Rs.116. But the very nex day it showed balance around Rs.84 without any phone call.My phone donot have any net facility either it is a simple phone without having any modern mobile feature.So I do not understand the cause of such reduction in balance....

deduction of my balance

I recharged my contect number [protected] with a 100 Rs recharge. On the next day my balance is deducted, charged Rs40 for service MobTV-All-Channels/Week and massage come to me from 57171. I tried to call customer care many times but no one respond my call. Even I don't know how such a service activated at my number. I just want to complain for refund. On 8th July i received my BSNL bill in which it was mentioned that from 1st of july download during night would be charged, but till that date i have downloaded 12 GB of data.
