combo500 plan has been withdrawn

i have been using bsnl 500combo plan far past 6years, which provide me unlimited download during 2am to 8am.today i came to know that bsnl withdrawn the whole plan for new and existing customer from 1st july2014. Is it a legal way to change existing post paid plan without any concern of customer, moreover how it can be possible to break agreement with a post paid customer without notifying .please do as need full....

BSNL BB plan change without any notification

Deducting Balance Continuously

very poor customer care service support..
