Movie Tickets refund

I had paid for 3 tickets on 6th of March for the movie 'The Batman'. ( scheduled for 7th March 2.25pm). The money was deducted from my bank through Google pay, but the transaction failed to process from bookmyshow's end due to server issues. It's already been 10 days and I still haven't got my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Money got debited, but tickets didn't get booked

I tried to book tickets. For the first time transaction got cancelled. money didn't get debited.

But for the second time, money got debited and transaction got cancelled. And tickets didn't get booked....

Please find booking confirmation details but in theatre they didn't allowed by saying bad transaction ticket. At least refund our tickets amount. We had a bad experience becouse of bookmyshow.

Cancellation and Refund

I had booked tickets on 23th Feb. Payment was failed. Tickets were not booked. I called your customer care number i had informed this, they told within 24-48 hours, your amount will be refund. I was waiting later on 26th feb again i call them to inform still i didnt receive any payment from you. They told me to wait within 4-5days amount will be refund. And again its 2nd march im trying to call your customer care they are not picking the...

Money debited from my account without any permission.I’ll booked an tickets before almost 5 days and I’ll payed it and watched that movie. But again same amount debited without any permission, please anybody help me....

Missing items / no proper response

Hi my name is Javed Shaikh and I have made online booking for movie tickets for my anniversary, in human error i selected the incorrect location which almost 60 kilometres from my location, and i paid it online for the amount 305 rupees. I immediately contacted customer care executive of book my show to cancel or modify the address, but i was told that its not the policy of theatre.

As a customer of booky show it is the responsibility...

Hi, I actually booked 4 tickets for a movie and the money got deducted but later it shows that there isn’t any ticket. I really want that money to book tickets cause that’s the only money which is left for me it’s been more than 8 hours I still didn’t receive refund please help...

Ticket booking closed or error

When I try to book tickets for new movie... always shows closed...as they opened in few minutes...if they distribute properly... everybody get tickets...thye think we are fools... 😡...

My concern was acknowledged 7 months back and I was able to get my claim approved within 2-3 days of lodging complaint, wherein bookmyshow duly mentioned "please share your NEFT details so that we can process the refund" which have been given the same day only..

After a long period of 7 months, no refund has been received.

I reside in Delhi. Cruise was to depart from Mumbai to Goa on 13th Nov 2021, but got postpone to 22nd Jan 2022 just 3-4 days before 13th Nov.

Money debited from account but no confirmation of booking tickets

I had purchased 2 tickets for a movie on 20th January 2022 but i didn't receive an SMS or email regarding the confirmation and no customer support is responding to my complaints.
I need the refund of ₹245, as the amount is already debited from my account....

I was booking tickets for a movie, for 5 persons i selected payment option to be upi id and i entered the UPI ID and i got a payment request in my phone pe i paid the amount and went back to the site, i didnt recieve any tickets or no further actions were taken . and this happened twice...
