Please be informed that it has been a month since the Refund process was initiated. I am still waiting for the refund from your end. You guys don't have a direct callback number to call in and check the status. I need to lodge a complaint on your website. If you could look at the mail trail it has been so many emails to you and the response I get is 4 to 5 business days.

My flight was from chandigarh to pune on 4th jan 2021 but tge floght got cancelled so the go air people at tye airport gave me stamp of full refund now my refund is came from go air to cleartrip but not to me yet so i need it as soon as possible...

There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at Cleartrip. While the Airline says there are no charges for cancellation, the same ticket is shown as non refundable by Cleartrip. No contact numbers, no emails, just a loop of standard replies. Clearly a fraudulent company...

I had booked Air tickets on Jan 27, 2020 for Del-Bgl & Bgl-Del sectors by INDIGO AIRLINES for travel in June 2020 through CLEARTRIP.COM for INR 34, 232. frrom last 15 days m contacting cleartrip, for rebooking my ticket of pnr ndwggd, that was cancelled due to covid-19, last year..
Everytime cus. Care executive teels i will receive call from their team in 1 hour, but its vain.
Now today again i tried to rebook my ticket so its expressing credit shell validity is expired.. What steps i should takw now.. Suggest me.. Else i have to file a case in consumer forum...

I am very much harassed by Cleartrip. I am fed up calling clear trip for my refund frequently. It is showing refunded but the same is not credited to my bank account. May please do the needful. The only way to file a case in consumer court against this unprofessional act.
