I was admitted in your esteemed hospital last week and made a deposit. As per my previous experience, what other hospitals are followed is whatever the payment is made initially is refunded when the patient apply for medical insurance. But unfortunately you counter staff was not ready to do that. I was admitted in emergency initially, and before getting admitted to icu, they have done ecg, ct scan etc and billed and collected...

1) need press bell for change drips.
One of the time, i pressed bell and nurse help me to stop the drips but she used 2 hours to change a new drips for me (After 1-2 times reminder).

2) morning 10am doctor was informed that i can discharge after 3 hours (Which mean 1pm) if no more fever, but i waited until now 5:05pm still no update from nurses or doctor amir. Asked nurses but they...

I visited columbia asia hospital hebbal for the treatment and faced many issues but above all when i asked the bill details the person at the desk madhu is so arrogant in the replies that he told "sir u pay the big or go talk the nonsense with someone else.
Is this the ethics the columbia asia hospital teaches its staff.

Their are many complain about nursing staff. From morning they didn't provide medicine to patient. If patient call them from bell rings. They switched off the bell. It's disgusting behavior from them. It's looking third class muncipiplty hospital. Cleaning staff have not responsible they didn't cleaning well nursing staff have not any order to cleaning staff...

I have been overcharged by hospital for Rs. 7339 under overhead of Medical supplies + EMRD + Administrative charges.
Hospital team did not add the amount in total bill sent to reliance general insurance for approval given justification as this is nonpayable under medical insurance.

On 20 may 2019, my wife was admit in hospital columbia asia iskandar puteri johor bahru, fruit and food for lunch was sent to room 107, when my wife want to eat and found on fruit (Honeydew) was stinky and smelly, can i know why hospital food isnt never qc? My dad sh. Om parkash dahuja got admitted in the hospital at patiala on 8.4.2019 for hernia operation.
I was provided a written estimate of rs 45k.
Today, 9.4.2019 before discharge, i am informed that the estimate provided to me was wrong and the bill can go up to rs 1 lac.
This is not acceptable at all.

I consulted a gynecologist for my irregular menstrual cycle,. She advised me to take medicines and wait for period to come after 10 days and meet her when i get periods. I came to meet her again after about 20 days as she had initially asked me to but i had to pay again consultation fee of 650. Isnt this consultation should be for free because there is a medical reason for the wait time. This is disappointing...

For some reason, opd is completely closed on sundays, and despite the need for a general pediatrician consultation for my baby (22months old), had to go to the emergency because there is no other option.

This is regarding the rude behaviour of radiologist where she doesn't know how to speak with patient or person with patients. The people who are coming to doctor expects to be well treated at least in private hospitals after spending their hard money.
With such a great reputation of said hospital and such doctors behaviour debars patient to get them treated in your hospital.

My parents took complete senior citizen health check up.

When we visited to dentist dr deepika somnath. She first thing said go for teeth cleaning and remove your teeth to get new set of artificial teeth.

As per my understanding, she is not a doctor, she is just doing business on behalf of columbia asia which i really don't expect and appreciate....

This time i lot the trust on this hospital.
We have taken an appointment for on 5th dec with dr. Chandrakanth for saturday (8th dec).
He was on emergency leave since friday (7th dec).
Hospital authorities have no courtesy to inform the patient in advance that the doctor won't be available.

Many times i have visited columbia asia but they always refused my health insurance provider 'religare' opd cashless card. One last time when i visited i made them see mails from senior religare officials and they finally searched for religare card swiping machine and agreed to the usage my opd cashless card.

I was give bill of 29, 300 after hospitalization. i have insurance which will cover 80% of charges, But scam here is 29300 whole bill amount has been approved by my insurance also they told me to pay 15 % of bill which is 4395.
