Hi, the staff at hospital is very irresponsible (Specially tpa). It took more than 36 hrs for the approval from tpa as the staff was sending details in wrong format. Also they couldn't take the proper approval and i had to pay 20k as tpa denied that amount.

Also they charged 3700/- extra in name of file charges and other items. This bill was never sent to tpa.

During discharge, it was complete mess. Doctor approved...

If you take an appointment by 10 :30 am doctor attend the patient by 1: 30 pm,
Even they won't inform why so late attendance. When we enquire they give formal reply that doctor is in procedure...

It indicate that they don't have proper consultancy and person who attend and operate both one person. They take consultancy fee of rs. 750/-. But they won't respond properly....

My wife (Ruchi jha. Hospital# hebl-000c169929) got admitted to columbia asia hospital - hebbal hospital on 13-mar-2018. There were multiple doctors treated her including dr. Mahesh mylarappa and dr mohammed zahid yergatti in hospital.

I have medical insurance with medi assist insurance company. But due to delay in claim processing by hospital/insurance company, i have paid amount (Rs 17155) to hospital. Later i have claimed...

Their test reporting is very slow. Takes 24 hours for even blood report. CT scan reporting is centralized in Bangalore. So it's also delayed. Specialist not available on weekends. So, overall not meant for emergency or critical cases.

For example, my father's Serum Lipaze report was shared in 36 hours even when he was admitted into emergency. Its horrible. Similarity, Serum Amylaze and CT Scan report took more than 24 hours....

Columbia asia hospital, ghaziabad is very bad in service. Account and reception staff attitude is very bad. My son was discharge from the hospital at 20 feb. 2018 but extra money cheque is not refunded from the hospital till now when we call to hospital @[protected] then staff pick the phone and hold the same. No give the response the call.

I suggest to all, please don't go to columbia asia, ghaziabad...

My brother got admitted for his diabetic issue but while sending the details to the insurance company they mentioned bronchitis. While the entire treatment was for diabetic ketoacidosis because of this grave mistake the insurance company rejected the claim stating that bronchitis is not disclosed hence under non-disclosure part the claim is rejected. This incident placed today 08 nov 2k17 when i was at reception and dr. Bhavna mangal come up there. I smiled friendly and said thanks to her.
And this lady shouted on me why i called her on call. Let me brief on whole and the rediculous attitute of this lady who claimed herself as dr in columbia asia.

Whole night there was no cmo in the icu.
The head nursing staff both male and female were very bad in behaviour. The place was no less than a "fish market". Although i have recovered well from my illness but i will never get myself admitted in icu of this hospital.
Cmo on duty was dr suruchi.

A brainscan was done for my wife's head ache problem at your yeshwantpur hospital on 30.09.2017. Patient. I. D.. Yesh -[protected]. Accession no.. 4034498. Had requested for scan report to be sent by e-mail.

I know that charging parking for guests or paitients is something which is seen as an additional revenue for the hospital. But in name of parking the people are looted. They charge a hefty amount of 150/- for a night when the patient is already admitted in the hospital ward i am not sure why we should again pay parking. I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the fake billing to make more money in the colombia asia hospital, ghaziabad. They have prepared several fake bills without in patient knowledge to grab more money. I don’t know, if this is a common practice of hospital to loot money or a mutual understanding between insurance company and hospital. But in this money making game, i am getting tortured and also losing my money and faith...

I sumbitted my pf cliam three times at banglore kr puram pf office. But three times my pf forms and reauthrization form rejected because cash section not received my form.
