I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

SONY ERICSSON HANDSET K810i
I purchased the above handset from Mobile King, Penta Menaka, Marine Drive, Kochi-682031 on 01.03.2008.
The set became completely out of service on 29.04.2008 and I was directed by the dealer to contact the service centre. Accordingly I gave my handset to Messrs. Accel Frontline Limited, Opp. Veekshanam Press.
The set was delivered back to me on 23.05.2008 saying that the board has been replaced and asked me to check up. Since I did not have my sim card with me, I tried to check the handset in the evening at home. The set is still having the problem of becoming off and on, which was the original complaint.
When I contacted the supplier, he informed that he cannot exchange with another set. In the meanwhile, I will be contacting your service centre once again. In case I fail to get a brand new set as free replacement, I will be forced to take suitable remedial actions. This is for your advance information.

Hello madam/sir,
I brought a SONY ERICSSON HANDSET K750i dec. 2007, after some time, handset battery back up is down because their key pad lights glowing all time even the phone is turn off.
Then i give my phone to care center at bhiwani, care center personel Mr. kuldeep returend my phone after 15 days, i received my phone to think that it is ok now. but when i checked my phone at home after pushing battery inside, the same problem is occured, after few days i again deposited my phone at care center(12-05 2008), This time, He(KULDEEP) told me that your phone is send to Delhi for repair and returend after 7 days, i agree with this .
But after 7 days, He told me, please wait for 1 week more b'cos spareparts are not available.and after 10 days he returend my phone with outer body changed(with full scrached body), then i refused to accept my phone with this condition.
then he told that the the body is same and refused to change, But in actual the body is changed, and not mached with my battery cover.
I am still waiting for my phone,
So please help me, What can i do in this situation? |

| i bought a sony ericsson w580i phone from "The mobile store" in palarivattom, cochin, kerala on05/11/2007 with imei no 357143012986813 and last saturday ie on 7th of june 2008 after noon i saw that the display screen was showing some fluctuations and it was increasing which later on covered the full display, i went to the store where i purchased it and thier advice was to take it to the sony authorised service centre coz it was just a software problem and could be rectified.later on monday when i took it to the service people they told that the display screen liquid was leaked and it was corroded which can be rectified by repalcing the screen panel and it doesnt comes under warranty and a amount of Rs 2000/- likely has to be paid, and the service centre guys doesnt have an idea of what are the chances of this corrossion(as per them the handset has to be fallen down or water should enter the dispaly)which both of the things has not happened.i request SONY ERICSSON authorities to kindly look in to the matter and provide me a solution as early as possible or any legal action should be taken. |

I purchased a Z555i on 21st May 08. Since purchase, I realised that battery back-up was lousy, however, in the recent past it has become ridiculous when despite charging for hours, the phone would go dead in an hour.
On having approached their Service Center in Banjara Hills, Hyd, I was advised there a was manufacturing defect with a circuit issue in the motherboard and timescales are 20 working days (effectively a month)!!!This has got to be the most ridiculous timescale for anything.
In the interim, they have also declined to provide a standby phone to use or provide a replacement. So in effect I will without a phone for the next 1 month!!! There has severe implications on my work and life.
The most ridiculous example of customer service! My advice, do not buy a product from this company!!! |

More than 14 month over i have purchased sony erission model w830i.Suddenly i have face problem automatically its getting on and off .I took to sony erisson certified services centre .Address is ascentel .1023 Dr Rajkumar Road Near Planet Honda showroom .4Th Block Rajijnagar Ph no 08065316607.They told me software problem so i gave them for servicing .They took almost 1 month, Once in a week i used to check with them they used to tell me its gone at headoffice for servicing.One day suddenly they gave my mobile saying that it cannot be repaire.And i found the mobile condition with battery changes, camera flash light remove, even slider at keypad and display side changes.It was really my bad experience with sony erission service centre people.So please do needfull as soon as posssible .Otherwise i am going to flash these situation in news paper and news channel and even to Police IGP OF BANGALORE whom i know through one of my staff .Please do the needfull as early as possible.
In my life very bad experience with sony Erission certified services centre .We can believe what what component of mobile they are changing. I in my life never Buy sony erission set and also spread these messages to all my frnd not buy the sony Erission Set They all are cheater. |

i am nitish i got k750i as a gift four month back now this mobile is giving problem of boats, showing no acces to network, one month back i had given the mobile for repairs in manglore bunts hostel showroom, til now it not repaired, i think cc of sonyericson is verybad, insted nerby nokia showroom there is no crowd, i mean to say only sony mobile have most of the problem not nokia, even service is very slow, i dont think in future i will buy sony mobile.

i had w-910i in warranty,
i was submit on 8/7/2008 at ludhiana mobile service centre {solora},
i reported that it is in navi key's problam.
always when i ask about my set, then alwase gevi me two day's time more.
i think its is only in flex{metadom}problam.
2 month for only spear part's, bad responce getTing from service,
but till { 04/09/2008 }date no response is gained.

I've given my Sony Ericsson mobile K810i for repair at Venus Telelinks Marathalli, Bangalore, INDIA for joy stick and key pad problem. It was on warranty and the customer care executive has promised me that the problem will be rectified with in 2 to 3 days and now it has been 15 days but still pending, no proper service is provided by the service center and this is second time with in warranty that I've approached service center. one or the other problem with the mobile. I request Sony Ericsson to take proper action and address customer issues on time, a proper SLA should be set up to meet customer problems. |

I haved purchased sony ericsson mobile in June -08 from mobile shop at virar(W).After 1 month used it’s not ringing so I went to your customer service center at vasai(W ).They told me that circuit gets damaged so we are sending this mobile to head office. Since last month my mobile is in your service center & they are just telling me aaj nahi do din ke bad.
I fed up from your service .I am not at all enjoying mobile & it get’s damaged.
I agree its electronic device it can get damaged but your service is not good at all. Give me my mobile or money back as early as possible or replace my mobile with new one.
