Eurovigi customer service is terrible. Had ordered an intrusion system with cctv & alarm system. Regret that the installation team has not completed instalation even after continuous follow up with even senior manager.

It’s been two months since the installation team was to complete work but regret that they have not. I have had to follow up even with the senior manager but to no avail.

Please go through my case history. I had purchased a new water purifier on the 7th of november. The installation person came 7 days after the delivery of product. Bhrath was extremely uncouth and misbehaved with my husband, on the verge of being insulting.

I have purchased water purifier of above company model no. Dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa dated 14/03/2018 of rs.19490/-. This product is under warranty of one year, but company demanding for change of filter cost of rs 4000/- approx which is most unreasonable.
