Purchased an aquaguard reviva ro m/c in nov2018.
1. After two days it's adaptor got faulty. After complain service man change the adaptor by cutting the adaptor portion only instead of changing whole adaptor with its wire. Till now he has not come to change the adaptor...

To service my product but each time they have an excuse so they has caused both physical and mental agony to me and damaged your reputation also. Hello audience, i bought a aquaguard superb ro uv uf tds for 19000 in april 18 and in dec i called for a second service when the agent cane and said i will have to get the filters changed which will cost me 5000 cause i have consumed 6000 litres of water in 6 months. We were out of country for 2 months and how can 2 members in a family can consume 6000 litres of water.

We bought a EuroClean Steam Cleaner in June 2018. After using it for 15 times, it broke at a connecting point. This product is of very poor quality plastic. Aquaguard nrich from eureka forbes on 23/12/2018 and get installed on 2412/2018 but water is very poor in quality and am requesting from same day after drinking water after installation no one is response from the sales man his name is mr. Ravi kumar from eureka forbes but he is not receiving my call from first day i called 100 time till today but no response....

I bought eureka forbes product dr. Aqua guard magna on 29/10/2018, very next day i cancelled my order but till the date i didn't receive my money back.
Eureka forbes customer care executive given me lots of fake promises and it's sales person is also a cheater, he didn't help me to provide resolution on it. So many times i called customer call and drop lots of emails but didn't get positive response....
