Got very worst service for water purifier (Aqua pearl).
Tank is not cleaned properly and the sensor is not working after the service is done.
Had to call the service people many times for the mandatory service.
Received the service only after 3 months.

My aquagaurd was not working properly since 26/09/2017 and it is in warranty period and i logged multiple complaints since that day and every time the give me complaint number and said that our technician will visit in next 2 days. 1) engineer never visited for installation even after several calls were locked as well as made

2) the purifier has some defect and it does not fill water up to maximum level intact fills only half or 1 litter against capacity of 7 litter tank

3) to solve this issue we had again locked the call but same no engineer has turned up

I think pureit is better brand than dr aqua guard (Which i was using...
